24 于是耶稣对门徒说：“如果有人愿意跟从我，就当舍己，背起他的十字架来跟从我。 25 凡是想救自己生命的，必丧掉生命；但为我牺牲生命的，必得着生命。 26 人若赚得全世界，却赔上自己的生命，有甚么好处呢？人还能用甚么换回自己的生命呢？

24 Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.(A) 25 For whoever wants to save their life[a] will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it.(B) 26 What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul?
