4 神说：‘当孝敬父母’；又说：‘咒骂父母的，必须处死。’ 5 你们倒说：‘无论谁对父母说：我所当供奉你的已经作了奉献， 6 就可以不孝敬他的父亲[a]。’这就是你们藉着传统，废了 神的话。

4 For God said, ‘Honor your father and mother’[a](A) and ‘Anyone who curses their father or mother is to be put to death.’[b](B) 5 But you say that if anyone declares that what might have been used to help their father or mother is ‘devoted to God,’ 6 they are not to ‘honor their father or mother’ with it. Thus you nullify the word of God for the sake of your tradition.
