4 Jezus antwoordde: ‘Ga terug naar Johannes en vertel hem wat jullie horen en zien: 5 blinden zijn gaan zien en verlamden lopen weer, melaatsen zijn genezen en doven kunnen nu horen, doden zijn weer levend gemaakt en arme mensen horen het goede nieuws. 6 Gelukkig is degene die in Mij blijft geloven.’

4 Jesus replied, “Go back and report to John what you hear and see: 5 The blind receive sight, the lame walk, those who have leprosy[a] are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the good news is proclaimed to the poor.(A) 6 Blessed is anyone who does not stumble on account of me.”(B)
