7 有些法利赛人和一些从耶路撒冷来的经文士聚集到耶稣那里。 2 他们看见耶稣的一些门徒用不洁净的手，就是没有洗过的手吃饭[a][b]。 3 原来，法利赛人和所有的犹太人都拘守古人的传统：如果不按规矩[c]洗手就不吃饭； 4 他们从街市上回来，如果不行洗净礼，也就不吃饭；他们还有很多其他的传统要拘守，例如洗杯子、瓶子、铜器，甚至床[d]等。 5 于是，法利赛人和经文士就问耶稣：“你的门徒们为什么不照着古人的传统行事，用不洁净的[e]手吃饭[f]呢？”
6 耶稣对他们说：“以赛亚指着你们这些伪善的人所说的预言是对的，正如经上所记：
8 你们离弃了神的命令，而拘守人的传统[i]。” 9 耶稣又对他们说：“你们为了要守住你们的传统，竟然弃绝了神的命令！ 10 摩西吩咐过
11 你们却说‘如果一个人对父亲或母亲说：我本该给你的，已经做了“各尔板”——这意思是“圣殿奉献”， 12 就准许这个人可以不再为父母做什么了。’ 13 这样，你们就藉着所继承的传统，废弃了神的话语[l]。你们还做很多类似这样的事。” 14 耶稣又[m]召来众人，对他们说：“你们每个人都当听我说，也当领悟： 15 从人外面进到他里面的，没有一样能使人[n]污秽；相反，从人里面出来的，才会使人污秽。 16 凡是有耳可听的，就应当听！[o]”
17 耶稣离开人群，一进了房子，他的门徒们就问他这比喻的意思。 18 耶稣说：“你们也是这样无知吗？你们难道不明白一切从外面进到人里面的，不能使人污秽吗？ 19 因为这些东西不是进到人的心里，而是进入肚子，然后排到厕所里去。”耶稣这样就使一切食物都洁净。 20 他接着说：“从人里面出来的，那才使人污秽。 21 因为从里面，就是从人心里发出种种恶念：淫乱、偷窃、杀人、 22 通奸、贪心、恶意、欺诈、好色、嫉妒、毁谤、骄傲、愚妄， 23 这一切邪恶都是从人里面出来的，而且使人污秽。”
外邦妇人的信心
24 耶稣起身离开那地方到提尔和西顿[p]地区。他进了一户人家，本来不愿意任何人知道，却还是不能避开众人。 25 有一个妇人，她的女儿有污灵附着。这妇人一听说耶稣的事，就赶来俯伏在他的脚前。 26 这妇人是希腊人，出生在叙利亚的腓尼基。她请求耶稣把鬼魔从她女儿身上赶出去。 27 耶稣对她说：“应该先让儿女吃饱，因为拿儿女的饼扔给小狗，是不合宜的。”
28 妇人回答说：“主啊[q]！连桌子底下的小狗，也吃得到孩子们的碎渣！”
29 耶稣对她说：“凭你这句话，你可以回去了。鬼魔已经离开了你的女儿。” 30 妇人回到家，发现孩子[r]躺在床上，鬼魔已经离去了。
耶稣做事都美好
31 耶稣离开提尔地区，经过西顿，从德卡波利斯境内又来到加利利湖边[s]。 32 有人把一个又聋又哑的人带到耶稣面前，恳求耶稣按手在他身上。 33 耶稣把他从人群中单独带到一边去，用指头伸进他的耳朵，吐唾沫来抹他的舌头， 34 然后望天嘘了一口气，对他说：“以法达[t]！”——这意思是“开了吧”。 35 他的耳朵立刻开了，舌结也解了，说话也清楚了。 36 耶稣吩咐他们不要告诉任何人。但是，他越是吩咐，他们越是大大传扬。

7 Fariseii şi câţiva cărturari veniţi din Ierusalim s-au(A) adunat la Isus. 2 Ei au văzut pe unii din ucenicii Lui prânzind cu mâinile necurate, adică nespălate. 3 Fariseii, însă, şi toţi iudeii nu mănâncă fără să-şi spele cu mare băgare de seamă mâinile, după datina bătrânilor. 4 Şi, când se întorc din piaţă, nu mănâncă decât după ce s-au scăldat. Sunt multe alte obiceiuri pe care au apucat ei să le ţină, precum spălarea paharelor, a urcioarelor, a căldărilor şi a paturilor. 5 Şi(B) fariseii, şi cărturarii L-au întrebat: „Pentru ce nu se ţin ucenicii Tăi de datina bătrânilor, ci prânzesc cu mâinile nespălate?” 6 Isus le-a răspuns: „Făţarnicilor, bine a prorocit Isaia despre voi, după cum este scris: ‘Norodul(C) acesta Mă cinsteşte cu buzele, dar inima lui este departe de Mine. 7 Degeaba Mă cinstesc ei, dând învăţături care nu sunt decât nişte porunci omeneşti.’ 8 Voi lăsaţi porunca lui Dumnezeu şi ţineţi datina aşezată de oameni, precum spălarea urcioarelor şi a paharelor, şi faceţi multe alte lucruri de acestea.” 9 El le-a mai zis: „Aţi desfiinţat frumos porunca lui Dumnezeu ca să ţineţi datina voastră. 10 Căci Moise a zis: ‘Să cinsteşti(D) pe tatăl tău şi pe mama ta’ şi: ‘Cine(E) va grăi de rău pe tatăl său sau pe mama sa, să fie pedepsit cu moartea.’ 11 Voi, dimpotrivă, ziceţi: ‘Dacă un om va spune tatălui său sau mamei sale: «Ori cu ce te-aş putea ajuta», este Corban(F)’, adică dat lui Dumnezeu, face bine; 12 şi nu-l mai lăsaţi să facă nimic pentru tatăl sau pentru mama sa. 13 Şi aşa, aţi desfiinţat Cuvântul lui Dumnezeu prin datina voastră. Şi faceţi multe alte lucruri de felul acesta!”
Ce spurcă pe om
14 În urmă(G), a chemat din nou noroadele la Sine şi le-a zis: „Ascultaţi-Mă toţi şi înţelegeţi. 15 Afară din om nu este nimic care, intrând în el, să-l poată spurca, dar ce iese din om, aceea-l spurcă. 16 Dacă(H) are cineva urechi de auzit, să audă.” 17 După ce(I) a intrat în casă, pe când era departe de norod, ucenicii Lui L-au întrebat despre pilda aceasta. 18 El le-a zis: „Şi voi sunteţi aşa de nepricepuţi? Nu înţelegeţi că nimic din ce intră în om de afară nu-l poate spurca? 19 Fiindcă nu intră în inima lui, ci în pântece, şi apoi este dat afară în hazna?” A zis astfel, făcând toate bucatele curate. 20 El le-a mai zis: „Ce iese din om, aceea spurcă pe om. 21 Căci(J) dinăuntru, din inima oamenilor, ies gândurile rele, preacurviile, curviile, uciderile, 22 furtişagurile, lăcomiile, vicleşugurile, înşelăciunile, faptele de ruşine, ochiul rău, hula, trufia, nebunia. 23 Toate aceste lucruri rele ies dinăuntru şi spurcă pe om.”
Femeia canaaneancă
24 Isus(K) a plecat de acolo şi S-a dus în ţinutul Tirului şi al Sidonului. A intrat într-o casă, dorind să nu ştie nimeni că este acolo, dar n-a putut să rămână ascuns. 25 Căci, îndată, o femeie a cărei fetiţă era stăpânită de un duh necurat a auzit vorbindu-se despre El şi a venit de s-a aruncat la picioarele Lui. 26 Femeia aceasta era o grecoaică de obârşie siro-feniciană. Ea Îl ruga să scoată pe dracul din fiica ei. 27 Isus i-a zis: „Lasă să se sature mai întâi copiii, căci nu este bine să iei pâinea copiilor şi s-o arunci la căţei”. 28 „Da, Doamne”, I-a răspuns ea, „dar şi căţeii de sub masă mănâncă din firimiturile copiilor”. 29 Atunci, Isus i-a zis: „Pentru vorba aceasta, du-te; a ieşit dracul din fiică-ta”. 30 Şi când a intrat femeia în casa ei, a găsit pe copilă culcată în pat şi ieşise dracul din ea.
Vindecarea unui surdomut
31 Isus(L) a părăsit ţinutul Tirului şi a venit iarăşi, prin Sidon, la Marea Galileii, trecând prin ţinutul Decapole. 32 I-au(M) adus un surd, care vorbea cu anevoie, şi L-au rugat să-Şi pună mâinile peste el. 33 El l-a luat la o parte din norod, i-a pus degetele în urechi şi i-a atins limba cu scuipatul(N) Lui. 34 Apoi Şi-a ridicat(O) ochii spre cer, a suspinat(P) şi a zis: „Efata”, adică „Deschide-te!” 35 Îndată(Q) i s-au deschis urechile, i s-a dezlegat limba şi a vorbit foarte desluşit. 36 Isus le-a(R) poruncit să nu spună nimănui, dar, cu cât le poruncea mai mult, cu atât Îl vesteau mai mult. 37 Ei erau uimiţi peste măsură de mult şi ziceau: „Toate le face de minune; chiar şi pe surzi îi face să audă, şi pe muţi, să vorbească.”

Jesus Challenges the Pharisees’ Traditions(A)
7 The Pharisees and some experts in Moses’ Teachings who had come from Jerusalem gathered around Jesus. 2 They saw that some of his disciples were unclean [a] because they ate without washing their hands.
3 (The Pharisees, like all other Jewish people, don’t eat unless they have properly washed their hands. They follow the traditions of their ancestors. 4 When they come from the marketplace, they don’t eat unless they have washed first. They have been taught to follow many other rules. For example, they must also wash their cups, jars, brass pots, and dinner tables.[b])
5 The Pharisees and the experts in Moses’ Teachings asked Jesus, “Why don’t your disciples follow the traditions taught by our ancestors? They are unclean because they don’t wash their hands before they eat!”
6 Jesus told them, “Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you hypocrites in Scripture:
‘These people honor me with their lips,
but their hearts are far from me.
7 Their worship of me is pointless,
because their teachings are rules made by humans.’
8 “You abandon the commandments of God to follow human traditions.” 9 He added, “You have no trouble rejecting the commandments of God in order to keep your own traditions! 10 For example, Moses said, ‘Honor your father and your mother’ and ‘Whoever curses father or mother must be put to death.’ 11 But you say, ‘If a person tells his father or mother that whatever he might have used to help them is corban (that is, an offering to God), 12 he no longer has to do anything for his father or mother.’ 13 Because of your traditions you have destroyed the authority of God’s word. And you do many other things like that.”
14 Then he called the crowd again and said to them, “Listen to me, all of you, and try to understand! 15 Nothing that goes into a person from the outside can make him unclean. It’s what comes out of a person that makes him unclean. 16 Let the person who has ears listen!” [c]
17 When he had left the people and gone home, his disciples asked him about this illustration.
18 Jesus said to them, “Don’t you understand? Don’t you know that whatever goes into a person from the outside can’t make him unclean? 19 It doesn’t go into his thoughts but into his stomach and then into a toilet.” (By saying this, Jesus declared all foods acceptable.) 20 He continued, “It’s what comes out of a person that makes him unclean. 21 Evil thoughts, sexual sins, stealing, murder, 22 adultery, greed, wickedness, cheating, shameless lust, envy, cursing, arrogance, and foolishness come from within a person. 23 All these evils come from within and make a person unclean.”
The Faith of a Greek Woman(B)
24 Jesus left that place and went to the territory of Tyre. He didn’t want anyone to know that he was staying in a house there. However, it couldn’t be kept a secret.
25 A woman whose little daughter had an evil spirit heard about Jesus. She went to him and bowed down. 26 The woman happened to be Greek, born in Phoenicia in Syria. She asked him to force the demon out of her daughter.
27 Jesus said to her, “First, let the children eat all they want. It’s not right to take the children’s food and throw it to the dogs.”
28 She answered him, “Lord, even the dogs under the table eat some of the children’s scraps.”
29 Jesus said to her, “Because you have said this, go! The demon has left your daughter.”
30 The woman went home and found the little child lying on her bed, and the demon was gone.
Jesus Cures a Deaf Man
31 Jesus then left the neighborhood of Tyre. He went through Sidon and the territory of the Ten Cities [d] to the Sea of Galilee.
32 Some people brought to him a man who was deaf and who also had a speech defect. They begged Jesus to lay his hand on him. 33 Jesus took him away from the crowd to be alone with him. He put his fingers into the man’s ears, and after spitting, he touched the man’s tongue. 34 Then he looked up to heaven, sighed, and said to the man, “Ephphatha!” which means, “Be opened!” 35 At once the man could hear and talk normally.
36 Jesus ordered the people not to tell anyone. But the more he ordered them, the more they spread the news. 37 Jesus completely amazed the people. They said, “He has done everything well. He makes the deaf hear and the mute talk.”

7 Then came together unto him the Pharisees, and certain of the scribes, which came from Jerusalem.
2 And when they saw some of his disciples eat bread with defiled, that is to say, with unwashen, hands, they found fault.
3 For the Pharisees, and all the Jews, except they wash their hands oft, eat not, holding the tradition of the elders.
4 And when they come from the market, except they wash, they eat not. And many other things there be, which they have received to hold, as the washing of cups, and pots, brasen vessels, and of tables.
5 Then the Pharisees and scribes asked him, Why walk not thy disciples according to the tradition of the elders, but eat bread with unwashen hands?
6 He answered and said unto them, Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.
7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
8 For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.
9 And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.
10 For Moses said, Honour thy father and thy mother; and, Whoso curseth father or mother, let him die the death:
11 But ye say, If a man shall say to his father or mother, It is Corban, that is to say, a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me; he shall be free.
12 And ye suffer him no more to do ought for his father or his mother;
13 Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye.
14 And when he had called all the people unto him, he said unto them, Hearken unto me every one of you, and understand:
15 There is nothing from without a man, that entering into him can defile him: but the things which come out of him, those are they that defile the man.

18 And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man, it cannot defile him;

23 All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.
24 And from thence he arose, and went into the borders of Tyre and Sidon, and entered into an house, and would have no man know it: but he could not be hid.
25 For a certain woman, whose young daughter had an unclean spirit, heard of him, and came and fell at his feet:
26 The woman was a Greek, a Syrophenician by nation; and she besought him that he would cast forth the devil out of her daughter.
27 But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it unto the dogs.
28 And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord: yet the dogs under the table eat of the children's crumbs.
29 And he said unto her, For this saying go thy way; the devil is gone out of thy daughter.
30 And when she was come to her house, she found the devil gone out, and her daughter laid upon the bed.
31 And again, departing from the coasts of Tyre and Sidon, he came unto the sea of Galilee, through the midst of the coasts of Decapolis.
32 And they bring unto him one that was deaf, and had an impediment in his speech; and they beseech him to put his hand upon him.
33 And he took him aside from the multitude, and put his fingers into his ears, and he spit, and touched his tongue;
34 And looking up to heaven, he sighed, and saith unto him, Ephphatha, that is, Be opened.
35 And straightway his ears were opened, and the string of his tongue was loosed, and he spake plain.
36 And he charged them that they should tell no man: but the more he charged them, so much the more a great deal they published it;
37 And were beyond measure astonished, saying, He hath done all things well: he maketh both the deaf to hear, and the dumb to speak.
