37 耶稣回来，看见门徒睡着了，就对彼得说：“西门，你睡觉吗？你连一个小时也不能警醒吗？ 38 应当警醒、祷告，免得陷入试探；你们心灵虽然愿意，肉体却是软弱的。” 39 耶稣又去祷告，说的也是同样的话。

37 Then he returned to his disciples and found them sleeping. “Simon,” he said to Peter, “are you asleep? Couldn’t you keep watch for one hour? 38 Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation.(A) The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”(B)
39 Once more he went away and prayed the same thing.
