潔淨痲瘋病人
8 耶穌從山上下來，有一大群人跟隨他。 2 這時候，忽然有一個痲瘋病人前來拜他，說：「主啊，如果你願意，你就能潔淨我。」
3 耶穌伸出手來摸他，說：「我願意，你潔淨了吧！」那人的痲瘋病立刻就被潔淨了。 4 耶穌對他說：「你要注意，不可告訴任何人，只要去把自己給祭司看，並且獻上摩西所吩咐的祭物，好對他們做見證。」
百夫長的信心
5 耶穌進了迦百農，有個百夫長前來懇求他， 6 說：「主啊，我的僕人癱瘓了，躺在家裡，受劇烈的折磨。」
7 耶穌對他說：「我去使他痊癒。」
8 百夫長回答說：「主啊，我實在不配請你進我家。其實只要你說一句話，我的僕人就會痊癒的。 9 事實上，我也在人的權下，也有士兵在我之下。我對這個說『去』，他就去；對那個說『來』，他就來；對我的奴僕說『做這事』，他就去做。」
10 耶穌聽了，十分感慨，對跟隨他的人說：「我確實地告訴你們：在以色列我沒有見過有這麼大信心[a]的人。 11 我告訴你們：將有許多人從東從西而來，在天國裡與亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各一同坐席。 12 但那些『天國的兒女』，卻將被丟在外面的黑暗裡。在那裡將有哀哭和切齒。」 13 於是耶穌對那百夫長說：「回去吧，照著你所信的，給你成全吧！」他的僕人就在那一刻痊癒了。
在迦百農治病
14 耶穌來到彼得家，看見彼得的岳母正發燒躺著。 15 耶穌一摸她的手，燒就退了。於是她就起來服事耶穌。 16 到了傍晚，人們把許多有鬼魔附身的人帶到耶穌那裡。耶穌話語一出就把那些邪靈都趕了出去，並且使所有患病的人痊癒了。 17 這樣，那藉著先知以賽亞所說的話就應驗了：
「他親自代替了我們的軟弱，
擔當了我們的疾病。」[b]
跟隨耶穌
18 耶穌看見一群人[c]圍著他，就吩咐渡到對岸去。 19 有一個經文士前來對他說：「老師，無論你到哪裡去，我都要跟從你。」
20 耶穌對他說：「狐狸有洞，天空的飛鳥有窩，人子卻沒有枕頭的地方。」
21 耶穌的另一個門徒對他說：「主啊，請准許我先去埋葬我的父親。」
22 但是耶穌對他說：「你跟從我，讓死人去埋葬他們的死人吧。」
平靜風浪
23 耶穌上了船，他的門徒們跟著他。 24 這時候，忽然湖[d]上起了大風暴，以致波浪蓋過了船，耶穌卻睡著了。 25 門徒們上前來叫醒他，說：「主啊，救救我們，我們沒命了！」
26 耶穌對他們說：「為什麼膽怯呢？你們這些小信的人哪！」耶穌就起來，斥責風和浪[e]，湖面就變得一片平靜。
27 他們都感到驚奇，說：「這個人究竟是什麼人？連風和浪[f]也聽從他！」
在格拉森驅趕鬼魔
28 耶穌來到對岸格達拉[g]人的地方，兩個有鬼魔附身的人，從墓地迎著他出來。他們非常凶猛，以致沒有人能從那條路經過。 29 忽然，他們喊叫說：「神的兒子[h]啊，我們與你有什麼關係？時候來到之前，你就來這裡折磨我們嗎？」
30 當時，離他們很遠的地方，有一大群豬正在吃食。 31 那些鬼魔就央求耶穌，說：「如果你要把我們趕出去，就叫我們進入這群豬裡面去吧。」
32 耶穌對它們說：「去吧！」它們就出來，進入豬[i]裡面去了。忽然，那整群豬[j]從山崖衝到湖裡，在水裡淹死[k]了。 33 那些放豬的人就逃跑，進城去傳報了這一切事，包括鬼魔附身之人的事。 34 看哪，全城的人都出來看耶穌，見了耶穌以後，就央求他離開他們的地區。

8 耶穌下了山，有許多人跟著他。 2 有一個長大痲瘋的來拜他，說：「主若肯，必能叫我潔淨了。」 3 耶穌伸手摸他，說：「我肯，你潔淨了吧！」他的大痲瘋立刻就潔淨了。 4 耶穌對他說：「你切不可告訴人，只要去把身體給祭司察看，獻上摩西所吩咐的禮物，對眾人做證據。」
治百夫長的僕人
5 耶穌進了迦百農，有一個百夫長進前來，求他說： 6 「主啊，我的僕人害癱瘓病，躺在家裡甚是疼苦。」 7 耶穌說：「我去醫治他。」 8 百夫長回答說：「主啊，你到我舍下我不敢當，只要你說一句話，我的僕人就必好了。 9 因為我在人的權下，也有兵在我以下，對這個說『去！』他就去，對那個說『來！』他就來，對我的僕人說『你做這事！』他就去做。」 10 耶穌聽見就稀奇，對跟從的人說：「我實在告訴你們：這麼大的信心，就是在以色列中我也沒有遇見過！ 11 我又告訴你們：從東從西，將有許多人來，在天國裡與亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各一同坐席； 12 唯有本國的子民，竟被趕到外邊黑暗裡去，在那裡必要哀哭切齒了。」 13 耶穌對百夫長說：「你回去吧！照你的信心給你成全了。」那時，他的僕人就好了。
醫彼得岳母
14 耶穌到了彼得家裡，見彼得的岳母害熱病躺著。 15 耶穌把她的手一摸，熱就退了。她就起來，服侍耶穌。 16 到了晚上，有人帶著許多被鬼附的來到耶穌跟前，他只用一句話就把鬼都趕出去，並且治好了一切有病的人。 17 這是要應驗先知以賽亞的話說：「他代替我們的軟弱，擔當我們的疾病。」
18 耶穌見許多人圍著他，就吩咐渡到那邊去。 19 有一個文士來對他說：「夫子，你無論往哪裡去，我要跟從你。」 20 耶穌說：「狐狸有洞，天空的飛鳥有窩，人子卻沒有枕頭的地方。」 21 又有一個門徒對耶穌說：「主啊，容我先回去埋葬我的父親。」 22 耶穌說：「任憑死人埋葬他們的死人，你跟從我吧！」
平靜風和海
23 耶穌上了船，門徒跟著他。 24 海裡忽然起了暴風，甚至船被波浪掩蓋，耶穌卻睡著了。 25 門徒來叫醒了他，說：「主啊，救我們，我們喪命啦！」 26 耶穌說：「你們這小信的人哪！為什麼膽怯呢？」於是起來，斥責風和海，風和海就大大地平靜了。 27 眾人稀奇，說：「這是怎樣的人？連風和海也聽從他了！」
28 耶穌既渡到那邊去，來到加大拉人的地方，就有兩個被鬼附的人從墳塋裡出來迎著他，極其凶猛，甚至沒有人能從那條路上經過。 29 他們喊著說：「神的兒子，我們與你有什麼相干？時候還沒有到，你就上這裡來叫我們受苦嗎？」
鬼入豬群
30 離他們很遠，有一大群豬吃食。 31 鬼就央求耶穌，說：「若把我們趕出去，就打發我們進入豬群吧。」 32 耶穌說：「去吧！」鬼就出來，進入豬群。全群忽然闖下山崖，投在海裡淹死了。 33 放豬的就逃跑進城，將這一切事和被鬼附的人所遭遇的都告訴人。 34 合城的人都出來迎見耶穌，既見了，就央求他離開他們的境界。
Matthew 8
King James Version
8 When he was come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed him.
2 And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.
3 And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
4 And Jesus saith unto him, See thou tell no man; but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.
5 And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him,
6 And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented.
7 And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him.
8 The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.
9 For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.
10 When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.
11 And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.
12 But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
13 And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour.
14 And when Jesus was come into Peter's house, he saw his wife's mother laid, and sick of a fever.
15 And he touched her hand, and the fever left her: and she arose, and ministered unto them.
16 When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick:
17 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.
18 Now when Jesus saw great multitudes about him, he gave commandment to depart unto the other side.
19 And a certain scribe came, and said unto him, Master, I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest.
20 And Jesus saith unto him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.
21 And another of his disciples said unto him, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father.
22 But Jesus said unto him, Follow me; and let the dead bury their dead.
23 And when he was entered into a ship, his disciples followed him.
24 And, behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea, insomuch that the ship was covered with the waves: but he was asleep.
25 And his disciples came to him, and awoke him, saying, Lord, save us: we perish.
26 And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.
27 But the men marvelled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!
28 And when he was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way.
29 And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?
30 And there was a good way off from them an herd of many swine feeding.
31 So the devils besought him, saying, If thou cast us out, suffer us to go away into the herd of swine.
32 And he said unto them, Go. And when they were come out, they went into the herd of swine: and, behold, the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and perished in the waters.
33 And they that kept them fled, and went their ways into the city, and told every thing, and what was befallen to the possessed of the devils.
34 And, behold, the whole city came out to meet Jesus: and when they saw him, they besought him that he would depart out of their coasts.
