²⁵那時，耶穌說：「父啊，天地的主，我頌讚你，因為你把這些事向聰明、有學問的人隱藏起來，卻啟示給像孩童一般的人。 ²⁶父啊，是的，這正是你的美意。 ²⁷我父將一切交給了我。除了父，沒有人認識子；除了子和受子啟示的人，沒有人認識父。

²⁵^(A)At that time Jesus declared, “I thank you, Father, ^(B)Lord of heaven and earth, that ^(C)you have hidden these things from the wise and understanding and ^(D)revealed them to little children; ²⁶yes, Father, for such was your ^(E)gracious will.^[a] ²⁷^(F)All things have been handed over to me by my Father, and no one knows the Son ^(G)except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone ^(H)to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.
