33 但耶穌轉過身，看了看他的門徒們，就斥責彼得，說：「撒旦，退到我後面去！因為你不是思想神的事，而是思想人的事。」
背起你的十字架
34 於是，耶穌把眾人和他的門徒們一起召來，對他們說：「如果有人想要跟從我，他就當捨棄自己，背起自己的十字架，然後跟從我。 35 因為凡想要保全[a]自己生命的，將失去生命；凡為我和福音的緣故失去自己生命的，將保全[b]生命。

33 But when Jesus turned and looked at his disciples, he rebuked Peter. “Get behind me, Satan!”(A) he said. “You do not have in mind the concerns of God, but merely human concerns.”
The Way of the Cross
34 Then he called the crowd to him along with his disciples and said: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.(B) 35 For whoever wants to save their life[a] will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me and for the gospel will save it.(C)
