3 耶稣在伯大尼，在患痲风的西门家里吃饭的时候，有一个女人来了，拿着一瓶珍贵的纯哪哒香膏。她打破了瓶，把香膏浇在耶稣的头上。 4 有几个人很生气，彼此说：“为甚么这样浪费香膏呢？ 5 这香膏可以卖三百多个银币，用来赒济穷人。”他们就向她发怒。

3 While(A) He was in Bethany(B) at the house of Simon who had a serious skin disease,(C) as He was reclining at the table,(D) a woman came with an alabaster jar of pure and expensive fragrant oil of nard. She broke the jar and poured it on His head.(E) 4 But some were expressing indignation to one another: “Why has this fragrant oil been wasted? 5 For this oil might have been sold for more than 300 denarii(F) and given to the poor.”(G) And they began to scold her.
