3 耶穌在伯大尼村患過痲瘋病的西門家裡吃飯,有個女人帶了一瓶極貴重的純哪噠香膏進來,把玉瓶打破,將香膏倒在耶穌頭上。 4 有些人生氣地彼此議論說:「為什麼這樣浪費? 5 這瓶香膏可以賣三百多個銀幣[a]來賙濟窮人。」他們就責備那女人。

3 And while[a] he was at Bethany in the house of Simon the leper, as[b] he was reclining for a meal, a woman came holding an alabaster flask of very costly perfumed oil of genuine nard. After[c] breaking the alabaster flask, she poured it[d] out on his head. 4 But some were expressing indignation to one another:[e] “Why has there been this waste of perfumed oil? 5 For this perfumed oil could have been sold for more than three hundred denarii and given to the poor!” And they began to scold[f] her.

New International Version
3 While he was in Bethany,(A) reclining at the table in the home of Simon the Leper, a woman came with an alabaster jar of very expensive perfume, made of pure nard. She broke the jar and poured the perfume on his head.(B)
4 Some of those present were saying indignantly to one another, “Why this waste of perfume? 5 It could have been sold for more than a year’s wages[a] and the money given to the poor.” And they rebuked her harshly.
