預言聖殿被毀(A)
13 耶穌從聖殿裏出來的時候，有一個門徒對他說：「老師，請看，這是多麼了不起的石頭！多麼了不起的建築！」 2 耶穌對他說：「你看見這些宏偉的建築嗎？這裏將沒有一塊石頭會留在另一塊石頭上而不被拆毀的。」
終局的預兆(B)
3 耶穌在橄欖山上，面向聖殿坐着；彼得、雅各、約翰和安得烈私下問他說： 4 「請告訴我們，甚麼時候有這些事呢？這一切事將成的時候有甚麼預兆呢？」 5 耶穌說：「你們要謹慎，免得有人迷惑你們。 6 將有好些人冒我的名來，說『我是基督』，並且要迷惑許多人。 7 當你們聽見打仗和打仗的風聲，不要驚慌；這些事必須發生，但這還不是終結。 8 民要攻打民，國要攻打國，多處必有地震、饑荒。這都是災難[a]的起頭。 9 但你們自己要謹慎；因為有人要把你們交給議會，並且你們在會堂裏要受鞭打，又為我的緣故站在統治者和君王面前，對他們作見證。 10 然而，福音必須先傳給萬民。 11 有人把你們解送去受審的時候，不要事先擔心說甚麼；到那時候，賜給你們甚麼話，你們就說甚麼；因為說話的不是你們，而是聖靈。 12 兄弟要把兄弟、父親要把兒女置於死地；兒女要起來與父母為敵，害死他們； 13 而且你們要為我的名被眾人憎恨。但堅忍到底的終必得救。」
大災難(C)
14 「當你們看見那『施行毀滅的褻瀆者』站在不當站的地方（讀這經的人要會意），那時，在猶太的，應當逃到山上； 15 在屋頂上的，不要下來，也不要進家裏去拿東西； 16 在田裏的，不要回去取衣裳。 17 在那些日子，懷孕的和奶孩子的就苦了。 18 你們要祈求，叫這事不在冬天發生。 19 因為，在那些日子必有災難，自從 神創造萬物直到如今，從沒有這樣的災難，將來也不會有。 20 若不是主減少那些日子，凡血肉之軀的，就沒有一個能得救；但是為了他所揀選的選民，他將那些日子減少了。 21 那時，若有人對你們說：『看哪，基督在這裏！看哪，在那裏！』你們不要信。 22 因為假基督和假先知將要起來，顯神蹟奇事，如果可能，連選民也迷惑了。 23 你們要謹慎！凡事我都預先告訴你們了。」

24 「在那些日子、那災難以後，
太陽要變黑，月亮也不放光，
25 眾星要從天上墜落，
天上的萬象都要震動。
26 那時，他們要看見人子帶着大能力和榮耀駕雲來臨。 27 他要差遣天使，從四方，從地極直到天邊，召集他的選民。」

28 「你們要從無花果樹學習功課：當樹枝發芽長葉的時候，你們就知道夏天近了。 29 同樣，當你們看見這些事發生，就知道那時候近了，就在門口了。 30 我實在告訴你們，這世代還沒有過去，這一切都要發生。 31 天地要廢去，我的話卻絕不廢去。」

32 「但那日子，那時辰，沒有人知道，連天上的天使也不知道，子也不知道，惟有父知道。 33 你們要謹慎，要警醒[b]，因為你們不知道那時刻幾時來到。 34 這事正如一個人離家遠行，授權給僕人們，分派各人的工作，又吩咐看門的警醒。 35 所以，你們要警醒，因為你們不知道這家的主人甚麼時候來，是晚上，或半夜，或雞叫時，或早晨， 36 免得他忽然來到，看見你們睡着了。 37 我對你們所說的話，也是對眾人說的：要警醒！」

耶稣对未来的警告
13 耶稣正要离开大殿院子的时候，有个门徒对他说“老师，您瞧，这用巨石砌成的大殿多壮观啊！”
2 耶稣说∶“你们看见这些宏伟的建筑物了吧？可是它们都会被毁掉。每块石头都将被丢到平地，就连两块垒在一起的石头也不会有。”
3 耶稣在大殿院对面的橄榄山上坐下来，彼得、雅各、约翰和安得烈私下问他说： 4 “请您告诉我们这一切什么时候会发生？到时候会有什么先兆吗？”
5 耶稣对他们说∶“你们要当心，不要受人欺骗。 6 许多人会冒充我的名义而来，对你们说∶‘我是基督。’他们会让很多人走上歧途。 7 你们会听到战争和有关战争的消息，不必惊慌，这些事情是一定要发生的，但这不是结局。 8 民族与民族之间、王国与王国之间会互相攻打，不同的地区会发生饥荒和地震。这仅仅是灾难的开始，就仿佛像妇女临产前的阵痛一样。
9 你们要当心！因为你们是我的门徒，有人会逮捕你们，送你们去受审，他们将在会堂里殴打你们。你们将会被迫站在国王和统治者面前，告诉他们有关我的事情。 10 可是在这些事情发生以前，福音必将传遍世界各地。 11 甚至在你们被捕并被送去受审时，都不必担心自己该怎么说，到时候，上帝赐给你们什么话，你们就说什么，因为那时讲话的不是你们，而是圣灵。
12 “兄弟会彼此出卖，置对方于死地；父亲会出卖儿女，置他们于死地；儿女也会与父母做对，置他们于死地。 13 你们会因为跟随我而遭到所有人的憎恨，但是，坚持信仰到底的那些人必会得救。
14 “你将会看到‘那导致毁灭的可憎之物 [a]’出现在它不该出现的地方（读者应该理解其中的含义），那时，住在犹太地区的人应该逃到山上去。 15 在房顶上的人不要下来，也不要进屋取房东西； 16 在田里干活的人也不要回去拿衣服。 17 在那些日子里，孕妇和哺乳的妇女要遭多大的罪啊。 18 祈祷吧，这一切不要发生在冬天。 19 因为那些日子里的灾难，是上帝创世以来不曾有过的，以后也不会再有。 20 如果主不缩短了灾难的时间，就不会有人能幸存下来。他这么做是为了那些被选中的人。 21 如果有人对你们说∶‘看，基督在这里！’或者‘基督在那里！’不要相信他。 22 因为会出现假基督和假先知。他们会行大神迹和大奇事，如果有可能他们甚至企图欺骗上帝的选民。 23 因此，你们要当心，我事先把一切都告诉给你们了。
人子耶稣何时重返
24 “在那些日子里，灾难过后，
‘太阳将会变得暗淡无光，
月亮也失去了光辉，
25 星星从天空坠落，
天空的一切都会改变。’
26 “然后，人们将会看到人子伴着力量和巨大的荣耀乘云降临。 27 他将派来天使，把他的选民从四面八方、天涯海角召集起来。
28 “你们要从无花果树上受到启发，一旦树枝发嫩，树叶发芽，你们就知道夏天快到了。 29 同样，当你们看到所有这一切发生时，你们就知道人子重返的时刻临近了，近在咫尺。 30 我实话告诉你们，这一代人死之前，这一切将会发生。 31 天地将会消逝，但我的话绝不会消逝的。
32 “谁也不会知道那一天、那一时刻什么时候到来，甚至天上的天使也不知道，人子也不知道，只有父知道。 33 要当心！要警醒，因为你们不知道那日子什么时候到来。 34 就像一个要离家出门旅行的人，他让仆人们照看家舍。他给每个仆人分了工，他吩咐看门人好好守家。 35 所以你们一定要留神，因为你们不知道房主什么时候回来，是在午夜，是在傍晚，是在凌晨，还是在鸡叫的时候。 36 假如他突然回来了，可别让他发现你们在睡大觉。 37 我对你们说的话也是对所有人说的∶‘要准备好！’”

13 And as he went out of the temple, one of his disciples saith unto him, Master, see what manner of stones and what buildings are here!
2 And Jesus answering said unto him, Seest thou these great buildings? there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.
3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives over against the temple, Peter and James and John and Andrew asked him privately,
4 Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled?
5 And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any man deceive you:
6 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
7 And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet.
8 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.
9 But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them.
10 And the gospel must first be published among all nations.
11 But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.
12 Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death.
13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
14 But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains:
15 And let him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter therein, to take any thing out of his house:
16 And let him that is in the field not turn back again for to take up his garment.
17 But woe to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
18 And pray ye that your flight be not in the winter.
19 For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.
20 And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days.
21 And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not:
22 For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.
23 But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.
24 But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,
25 And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken.
26 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.
27 And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.
28 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When her branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is near:
29 So ye in like manner, when ye shall see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, even at the doors.
30 Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done.
31 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.
32 But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.
33 Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.
34 For the Son of Man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch.
35 Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning:
36 Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping.
37 And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.
