10 耶稣离开那里，来到犹太地区和约旦河东岸，人群又聚集到祂那里。耶稣像往常一样教导他们。 2 一些法利赛人想试探耶稣，就来问祂：“男人可以休妻吗？” 3 耶稣反问道：“摩西怎么吩咐你们的？”
4 他们说：“摩西准许人写休书休妻。”
5 耶稣说：“摩西因为你们心硬，才给你们写了这条诫命。 6 太初创造时，‘上帝造了男人和女人。’ 7 ‘因此，人要离开父母，与妻子结合， 8 二人成为一体。’这样，夫妻不再是两个人，而是一体了。 9 因此，上帝配合的，人不可分开。”
10 回到屋里后，门徒追问耶稣这件事。 11 耶稣说：“任何人休妻另娶，就是对妻子不忠，是犯通奸罪。 12 同样，妻子若离弃丈夫另嫁，也是犯通奸罪。”
祝福孩童
13 有人带着小孩子来要让耶稣摸一摸，门徒却责备他们。 14 耶稣看见后很生气，对门徒说：“让小孩子到我这里来，不要阻止他们，因为上帝的国属于这样的人。 15 我实在告诉你们，人若不像小孩子一样接受上帝的国，绝不能进去。” 16 于是，耶稣抱起小孩子，把手按在他们身上，为他们祝福。
永生的代价
17 耶稣正要上路，有一个人跑来跪在祂跟前，问祂：“良善的老师，我该做什么才能承受永生？”
18 耶稣说：“你为什么称呼我‘良善的老师’呢？只有上帝是良善的。 19 你知道‘不可杀人，不可通奸，不可偷盗，不可作伪证，不可欺诈，要孝敬父母’这些诫命。”
20 那人说：“老师，我从小就遵行这些诫命。”
21 耶稣望着他，心中爱他，便说：“你还有一件事没有做，就是变卖你所有的产业，送给穷人，你必有财宝存在天上，然后你还要来跟从我。”
22 那人听了，脸色骤变，便沮丧地走了，因为他有许多产业。 23 耶稣看看周围的人，对门徒说：“有钱人进上帝的国真难啊！”
24 门徒听了感到惊奇，耶稣便再次对他们说：“孩子们，[a]进上帝的国多么难啊！ 25 骆驼穿过针眼比有钱人进上帝的国还容易呢！”
26 门徒更加惊奇，便议论说：“这样，谁能得救呢？”
27 耶稣看着他们说：“对人而言，这不可能，但对上帝而言，凡事都可能。”
28 彼得说：“你看，我们已经撇下一切来跟从你了。”

耶稣第三次预言自己的受难
32 在前往耶路撒冷的路上，耶稣走在众人前面，门徒感到惊奇，其他跟随的人也很害怕。
耶稣把十二个门徒叫到一旁，再把自己将要遭遇的事告诉他们，说： 33 “听着，我们现在前往耶路撒冷，人子将被交在祭司长和律法教师的手中，他们要判祂死刑，把祂交给外族人。 34 他们会嘲弄祂，向祂吐唾沫，鞭打祂，杀害祂。但是，三天之后祂必复活！”
雅各与约翰的请求
35 西庇太的两个儿子雅各和约翰上前对耶稣说：“老师，请你答应我们一个要求。”
36 耶稣问：“什么要求？”
37 他们说：“在你的荣耀中，求你让我们一个坐在你右边，一个坐在你左边。”
38 耶稣说：“你们不知道自己在求什么。我要喝的那杯，你们能喝吗？我要受的洗，你们能受吗？”
39 他们说：“我们能。”
耶稣说：“我要喝的那杯，你们也要喝；我所受的洗，你们也要受。 40 不过谁坐在我的左右不是我来定，而是为谁预备的，就让谁坐。”
41 其他十个门徒听见这事后，很生雅各和约翰的气。 42 于是，耶稣把他们叫来，对他们说：“你们知道，外族人有君王统治他们，有大臣管理他们， 43 但你们不可这样。你们中间谁要当首领，谁就要做大家的仆人； 44 谁要居首位，谁就要做大家的奴仆。 45 因为就连人子也不是来受人服侍，而是来服侍人，并且牺牲性命，作许多人的赎价。”
治好瞎子巴底买
46 耶稣和门徒来到耶利哥。当耶稣和门徒及众人出城的时候，遇见一个瞎眼的乞丐坐在路旁乞讨，他的名字叫巴底买，是底买的儿子。 47 巴底买一听到经过的是拿撒勒人耶稣，就喊道：“大卫的后裔耶稣啊，可怜我吧！”
48 许多人都责备他，叫他不要吵，但他却更加大声喊道：“大卫的后裔啊，可怜我吧！”
49 耶稣停下脚步，叫人带他过来。
他们就对瞎子巴底买说：“好了，起来吧，祂叫你呢。”
50 巴底买丢下外衣，跳了起来，走到耶稣面前。
51 耶稣问他：“你要我为你做什么？”
瞎子说：“老师，我想能够看见。”

Jesus Teaches About Divorce
10 Jesus left that place and went into the area of Judea and across the Jordan River. Again crowds of people came to him. As usual, he taught them.
2 Some Pharisees came to test Jesus. They asked, “Does the Law allow a man to divorce his wife?”
3 “What did Moses command you?” he replied.
4 They said, “Moses allowed a man to write a letter of divorce and send her away.”
5 “You were stubborn. That’s why Moses wrote you this law,” Jesus replied. 6 “But at the beginning of creation, God ‘made them male and female.’ (Genesis 1:27) 7 ‘That’s why a man will leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife. 8 The two of them will become one.’ (Genesis 2:24) They are no longer two, but one. 9 So no one should separate what God has joined together.”
10 When they were in the house again, the disciples asked Jesus about this. 11 He answered, “What if a man divorces his wife and gets married to another woman? He commits adultery against her. 12 And what if she divorces her husband and gets married to another man? She commits adultery.”
Little Children Are Brought to Jesus
13 People were bringing little children to Jesus. They wanted him to place his hands on them to bless them. But the disciples told them to stop. 14 When Jesus saw this, he was angry. He said to his disciples, “Let the little children come to me. Don’t keep them away. God’s kingdom belongs to people like them. 15 What I’m about to tell you is true. Anyone who will not receive God’s kingdom like a little child will never enter it.” 16 Then he took the children in his arms. He placed his hands on them to bless them.
Rich People and the Kingdom of God
17 As Jesus started on his way, a man ran up to him. He fell on his knees before Jesus. “Good teacher,” he said, “what must I do to receive eternal life?”
18 “Why do you call me good?” Jesus answered. “No one is good except God. 19 You know what the commandments say. ‘Do not murder. Do not commit adultery. Do not steal. Do not be a false witness. Do not cheat. Honor your father and mother.’ ” (Exodus 20:12–16; Deuteronomy 5:16–20)
20 “Teacher,” he said, “I have obeyed all those commandments since I was a boy.”
21 Jesus looked at him and loved him. “You are missing one thing,” he said. “Go and sell everything you have. Give the money to those who are poor. You will have treasure in heaven. Then come and follow me.”
22 The man’s face fell. He went away sad, because he was very rich.
23 Jesus looked around. He said to his disciples, “How hard it is for rich people to enter God’s kingdom!”
24 The disciples were amazed at his words. But Jesus said again, “Children, how hard it is to enter God’s kingdom! 25 Is it hard for a camel to go through the eye of a needle? It is even harder for someone who is rich to enter God’s kingdom!”
26 The disciples were even more amazed. They said to each other, “Then who can be saved?”
27 Jesus looked at them and said, “With people, this is impossible. But not with God. All things are possible with God.”
28 Then Peter spoke up, “We have left everything to follow you!”
29 “What I’m about to tell you is true,” Jesus replied. “Has anyone left home or family or fields for me and the good news? 30 They will receive 100 times as much in this world. They will have homes and families and fields. But they will also be treated badly by others. In the world to come they will live forever. 31 But many who are first will be last. And the last will be first.”
Jesus Speaks a Third Time About His Coming Death
32 They were on their way up to Jerusalem. Jesus was leading the way. The disciples were amazed. Those who followed were afraid. Again Jesus took the 12 disciples to one side. He told them what was going to happen to him. 33 “We are going up to Jerusalem,” he said. “The Son of Man will be handed over to the chief priests and the teachers of the law. They will sentence him to death. Then they will hand him over to the Gentiles. 34 They will make fun of him and spit on him. They will whip him and kill him. Three days later he will rise from the dead!”
James and John Ask Jesus for a Favor
35 James and John came to Jesus. They were the sons of Zebedee. “Teacher,” they said, “we would like to ask you for a favor.”
36 “What do you want me to do for you?” he asked.
37 They replied, “Let one of us sit at your right hand in your glorious kingdom. Let the other one sit at your left hand.”
38 “You don’t know what you’re asking for,” Jesus said. “Can you drink the cup of suffering I drink? Or can you go through the baptism of suffering I must go through?”
39 “We can,” they answered.
Jesus said to them, “You will drink the cup I drink. And you will go through the baptism I go through. 40 But it is not for me to say who will sit at my right or left hand. These places belong to those they are prepared for.”
41 The other ten disciples heard about it. They became angry at James and John. 42 Jesus called them together. He said, “You know about those who are rulers of the Gentiles. They hold power over their people. Their high officials order them around. 43 Don’t be like that. Instead, anyone who wants to be important among you must be your servant. 44 And anyone who wants to be first must be the slave of everyone. 45 Even the Son of Man did not come to be served. Instead, he came to serve others. He came to give his life as the price for setting many people free.”
Blind Bartimaeus Receives His Sight
46 Jesus and his disciples came to Jericho. They were leaving the city. A large crowd was with them. A blind man was sitting by the side of the road begging. His name was Bartimaeus. Bartimaeus means Son of Timaeus. 47 He heard that Jesus of Nazareth was passing by. So he began to shout, “Jesus! Son of David! Have mercy on me!”
48 Many people commanded him to stop. They told him to be quiet. But he shouted even louder, “Son of David! Have mercy on me!”
49 Jesus stopped and said, “Call for him.”
So they called out to the blind man, “Cheer up! Get up on your feet! Jesus is calling for you.” 50 He threw his coat to one side. Then he jumped to his feet and came to Jesus.
51 “What do you want me to do for you?” Jesus asked him.
The blind man said, “Rabbi, I want to be able to see.”
52 “Go,” said Jesus. “Your faith has healed you.” Right away he could see. And he followed Jesus along the road.

Divorce(A)

2 Some Pharisees(D) came and tested him by asking, “Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife?”
3 “What did Moses command you?” he replied.
4 They said, “Moses permitted a man to write a certificate of divorce and send her away.”(E)
5 “It was because your hearts were hard(F) that Moses wrote you this law,” Jesus replied. 6 “But at the beginning of creation God ‘made them male and female.’[a](G) 7 ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife,[b] 8 and the two will become one flesh.’[c](H) So they are no longer two, but one flesh. 9 Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.”
10 When they were in the house again, the disciples asked Jesus about this. 11 He answered, “Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery against her.(I) 12 And if she divorces her husband and marries another man, she commits adultery.”(J)
The Little Children and Jesus(K)
13 People were bringing little children to Jesus for him to place his hands on them, but the disciples rebuked them. 14 When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.(L) 15 Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.”(M) 16 And he took the children in his arms,(N) placed his hands on them and blessed them.
The Rich and the Kingdom of God(O)
17 As Jesus started on his way, a man ran up to him and fell on his knees(P) before him. “Good teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?”(Q)
18 “Why do you call me good?” Jesus answered. “No one is good—except God alone. 19 You know the commandments: ‘You shall not murder, you shall not commit adultery, you shall not steal, you shall not give false testimony, you shall not defraud, honor your father and mother.’[d]”(R)
20 “Teacher,” he declared, “all these I have kept since I was a boy.”
21 Jesus looked at him and loved him. “One thing you lack,” he said. “Go, sell everything you have and give to the poor,(S) and you will have treasure in heaven.(T) Then come, follow me.”(U)
22 At this the man’s face fell. He went away sad, because he had great wealth.
23 Jesus looked around and said to his disciples, “How hard it is for the rich(V) to enter the kingdom of God!”
24 The disciples were amazed at his words. But Jesus said again, “Children, how hard it is[e] to enter the kingdom of God!(W) 25 It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God.”(X)
26 The disciples were even more amazed, and said to each other, “Who then can be saved?”
27 Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God.”(Y)

29 “Truly I tell you,” Jesus replied, “no one who has left home or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for me and the gospel 30 will fail to receive a hundred times as much(AA) in this present age: homes, brothers, sisters, mothers, children and fields—along with persecutions—and in the age to come(AB) eternal life.(AC) 31 But many who are first will be last, and the last first.”(AD)
Jesus Predicts His Death a Third Time(AE)
32 They were on their way up to Jerusalem, with Jesus leading the way, and the disciples were astonished, while those who followed were afraid. Again he took the Twelve(AF) aside and told them what was going to happen to him. 33 “We are going up to Jerusalem,”(AG) he said, “and the Son of Man(AH) will be delivered over to the chief priests and the teachers of the law.(AI) They will condemn him to death and will hand him over to the Gentiles, 34 who will mock him and spit on him, flog him(AJ) and kill him.(AK) Three days later(AL) he will rise.”(AM)
The Request of James and John(AN)
35 Then James and John, the sons of Zebedee, came to him. “Teacher,” they said, “we want you to do for us whatever we ask.”
36 “What do you want me to do for you?” he asked.
37 They replied, “Let one of us sit at your right and the other at your left in your glory.”(AO)
38 “You don’t know what you are asking,”(AP) Jesus said. “Can you drink the cup(AQ) I drink or be baptized with the baptism I am baptized with?”(AR)
39 “We can,” they answered.
Jesus said to them, “You will drink the cup I drink and be baptized with the baptism I am baptized with,(AS) 40 but to sit at my right or left is not for me to grant. These places belong to those for whom they have been prepared.”
41 When the ten heard about this, they became indignant with James and John. 42 Jesus called them together and said, “You know that those who are regarded as rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their high officials exercise authority over them. 43 Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant,(AT) 44 and whoever wants to be first must be slave of all. 45 For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve,(AU) and to give his life as a ransom for many.”(AV)
Blind Bartimaeus Receives His Sight(AW)
46 Then they came to Jericho. As Jesus and his disciples, together with a large crowd, were leaving the city, a blind man, Bartimaeus (which means “son of Timaeus”), was sitting by the roadside begging. 47 When he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth,(AX) he began to shout, “Jesus, Son of David,(AY) have mercy on me!”
48 Many rebuked him and told him to be quiet, but he shouted all the more, “Son of David, have mercy on me!”
49 Jesus stopped and said, “Call him.”
So they called to the blind man, “Cheer up! On your feet! He’s calling you.” 50 Throwing his cloak aside, he jumped to his feet and came to Jesus.
51 “What do you want me to do for you?” Jesus asked him.
The blind man said, “Rabbi,(AZ) I want to see.”
52 “Go,” said Jesus, “your faith has healed you.”(BA) Immediately he received his sight and followed(BB) Jesus along the road.

10 Ngài đứng dậy, rời nơi đó, và đến miền Giu-đê và bên kia Sông Giô-đanh. Ðám đông lại tụ họp quanh Ngài, và như thường lệ Ngài lại dạy dỗ họ. 2 Bấy giờ có mấy người Pha-ri-si đến gần Ngài và hỏi để thử Ngài, “Chồng có được phép ly dị vợ không?”
3 Ngài trả lời họ, “Môi-se đã truyền cho các ngươi điều gì?”
4 Họ đáp, “Môi-se cho phép người chồng viết một giấy ly hôn rồi ly dị vợ.”
5 Nhưng Ðức Chúa Jesus phán với họ, “Vì lòng các ngươi cứng cỏi nên Môi-se mới viết cho các ngươi điều răn ấy, 6 chứ ngay từ đầu cuộc sáng tạo, Ðức Chúa Trời đã dựng nên họ, một nam và một nữ. 7 Vì thế người nam phải lìa cha mẹ và kết hiệp với vợ mình, 8 và cả hai sẽ trở nên một thịt. Vì thế họ không còn là hai nữa nhưng là một thịt. 9 Vậy những ai mà Ðức Chúa Trời đã kết hiệp, loài người không được chia rẽ.”
10 Khi đã vào trong nhà, các môn đồ lại hỏi Ngài về việc ấy. 11 Ngài phán với họ, “Ai ly dị vợ rồi cưới vợ khác thì phạm tội ngoại tình đối với người vợ trước. 12 Còn nếu người vợ ly dị chồng rồi lấy chồng khác, nàng phạm tội ngoại tình.”
Chúa Ban Phước cho Trẻ Em
(Mat 19:13-15; Lu 18:15-17)
13 Người ta đem các trẻ em đến với Ngài để Ngài đặt tay trên chúng, nhưng các môn đồ Ngài quở trách họ. 14 Thấy vậy Ðức Chúa Jesus tỏ vẻ giận và bảo họ, “Hãy để trẻ thơ đến với Ta. Ðừng ngăn trở chúng, vì vương quốc Ðức Chúa Trời thuộc về những kẻ giống như các trẻ thơ ấy. 15 Quả thật, Ta nói với các ngươi, người nào không tiếp nhận vương quốc Ðức Chúa Trời như một trẻ thơ thì sẽ không thể nào vào đó được.” 16 Nói xong, Ngài bồng ẵm chúng, đặt tay trên chúng, và ban phước cho chúng.
Một Người Giàu Muốn Hưởng Sự Sống Ðời Ðời

17 Lúc Ngài vừa lên đường, một người chạy đến, quỳ trước mặt Ngài, và nói, “Thưa Thầy thiện hảo, tôi phải làm gì để được hưởng sự sống đời đời?”
18 Ðức Chúa Jesus nói với ông, “Tại sao ngươi gọi Ta là thiện hảo? Chẳng có ai thiện hảo ngoại trừ một mình Ðức Chúa Trời. 19 Ngươi đã biết các điều răn,
‘Ngươi chớ sát nhân;
Ngươi chớ phạm tội ngoại tình;
Ngươi chớ trộm cắp;
Ngươi chớ làm chứng dối;
Ngươi chớ lường gạt;
Ngươi hãy hiếu kính cha mẹ.’”
20 Ông đáp, “Thưa Thầy, tôi đã giữ mọi điều đó từ khi còn thơ ấu.”
21 Ðức Chúa Jesus nhìn ông, yêu thương ông, và nói với ông, “Ngươi còn thiếu một điều. Hãy đi, bán tất cả những gì ngươi có, lấy tiền giúp người nghèo, để ngươi sẽ có kho báu trên trời, rồi hãy đến, theo Ta.” 22 Nghe xong những lời ấy, ông sa sầm nét mặt, rồi buồn bã bỏ đi, vì ông có rất nhiều của cải.
23 Ðức Chúa Jesus nhìn quanh, rồi nói với các môn đồ, “Người giàu vào vương quốc Ðức Chúa Trời thật khó thay!” 24 Các môn đồ rất ngạc nhiên về những lời ấy. Nhưng Ðức Chúa Jesus nói tiếp với họ, “Hỡi các con, vào vương quốc Ðức Chúa Trời khó lắm! 25 Con lạc đà chui qua lỗ cây kim may còn dễ hơn người giàu vào vương quốc Ðức Chúa Trời.”
26 Nghe thế các môn đồ lại càng lấy làm lạ hơn nữa và nói với nhau, “Nếu vậy thì ai có thể được cứu?”
27 Ðức Chúa Jesus nhìn họ và nói, “Ðối với loài người, việc ấy không thể thực hiện, nhưng đối với Ðức Chúa Trời thì không phải vậy; đối với Ðức Chúa Trời, mọi sự đều có thể xảy ra.”
28 Phi-rơ liền thưa với Ngài, “Thầy xem, chúng con đã bỏ tất cả để theo Thầy.”
29 Ðức Chúa Jesus phán, “Quả thật, Ta nói với các ngươi, không ai lìa bỏ nhà cửa, anh em, chị em, cha, mẹ, con cái, hay ruộng vườn vì cớ Ta và vì cớ Tin Mừng 30 mà sẽ không nhận gấp trăm lần hơn trong đời này về nhà cửa, anh em, chị em, mẹ, con cái, ruộng vườn, cùng với sự bách hại, và sự sống đời đời trong đời sau. 31 Nhưng nhiều người đầu sẽ thành cuối, và nhiều người cuối sẽ thành đầu.”
Chúa Nói Trước về Sự Chết và Sự Sống Lại của Ngài
(lần thứ ba)
(Mat 20:17-19; Lu 18:31-34)
32 Lúc ấy họ đang trên đường đi lên Giê-ru-sa-lem, và Ðức Chúa Jesus đi trước dẫn đầu họ. Họ lấy làm kinh ngạc, còn những người đi theo đều sợ hãi. Ngài đem riêng mười hai môn đồ ra và nói cho họ biết những gì sẽ xảy đến cho Ngài. 33 “Này, chúng ta đi lên Giê-ru-sa-lem, và Con Người sẽ bị phản nộp vào tay các trưởng tế và các thầy dạy giáo luật. Họ sẽ kết án tử hình Người và trao Người vào tay dân ngoại. 34 Chúng sẽ nhạo báng Người, phun nhổ trên Người, đánh đòn Người, và giết Người, nhưng ba ngày sau Người sẽ sống lại.”
Lời Cầu Xin của Gia-cơ và Giăng
(Mat 20:20-28)
35 Gia-cơ và Giăng, hai con trai của Xê-bê-đê, đến và nói với Ngài, “Thưa Thầy, chúng con mong rằng những gì chúng con sắp xin sẽ được Thầy làm cho.”
36 Ngài hỏi họ, “Các ngươi muốn Ta làm chi cho các ngươi?”
37 Họ thưa với Ngài, “Xin cho chúng con được ngồi, một người bên phải Thầy và một người bên trái Thầy khi Thầy được vinh hiển.”
38 Nhưng Ðức Chúa Jesus phán với họ, “Các ngươi không biết điều các ngươi xin. Các ngươi có thể uống chén Ta sắp uống hay chịu phép báp-têm Ta sắp chịu chăng?”
39 Họ trả lời Ngài, “Thưa được.”
Ðức Chúa Jesus phán với họ, “Chén Ta uống các ngươi sẽ uống, và phép báp-têm Ta chịu các ngươi sẽ chịu, 40 nhưng ngồi bên phải Ta hay bên trái Ta không do Ta cho, nhưng chúng được dành cho những người đã được chuẩn bị.”
41 Khi mười môn đồ kia nghe thế, họ giận Gia-cơ và Giăng. 42 Nhưng Ðức Chúa Jesus gọi họ đến và nói với họ, “Các ngươi biết rằng những người được xem là thủ lãnh của các dân ngoại đều làm chúa trên họ; những người có chức quyền của họ đều lấy quyền hành áp chế họ. 43 Nhưng giữa các ngươi thì chẳng như vậy. Ai trong các ngươi muốn làm lớn phải làm đầy tớ các ngươi, 44 và ai trong các ngươi muốn làm đầu phải làm nô lệ mọi người. 45 Vì ngay cả Con Người đã đến không phải để được phục vụ nhưng để phục vụ, và phó mạng sống mình làm giá chuộc nhiều người.”
Chúa Chữa Lành Người Mù
(Mat 20:29-34; Lu 18:35-43)
46 Bấy giờ họ đến Thành Giê-ri-cô. Lúc Ngài, các môn đồ Ngài, và một đám đông rất lớn rời Giê-ri-cô thì có một người mù tên là Ba-ti-mê con Ti-mê đang ngồi ăn xin bên vệ đường. 47 Khi ông nghe rằng Ðức Chúa Jesus người Na-xa-rét sắp đi ngang qua đó, ông bắt đầu kêu to, “Lạy Ðức Chúa Jesus, Con Vua Ða-vít, xin thương xót con.” 48 Nhiều người quở ông và bảo ông im lặng, nhưng ông càng kêu to hơn, “Lạy Con Vua Ða-vít, xin thương xót con.”
49 Ðức Chúa Jesus dừng lại và bảo, “Hãy gọi người ấy đến đây.”
Họ gọi người mù và nói, “Hãy vui lên và đứng dậy. Ngài gọi ông đó.”
50 Ông vất chiếc áo choàng của mình qua một bên, đứng phắt dậy, và đến với Ðức Chúa Jesus.
51 Ðức Chúa Jesus hỏi ông và nói, “Ngươi muốn Ta làm gì cho ngươi?”
Người mù thưa với Ngài, “Thưa Thầy, con muốn trông thấy được.”
52 Ðức Chúa Jesus phán, “Hãy đi. Ðức tin của ngươi đã làm cho ngươi được chữa lành.” Ngay lập tức ông trông thấy được và đi theo Ngài trên đường.
