Ang Pulong Sa Dios
Ang Pagwali ni Juan nga Tigbautismo
(Mat. 3:1-12; Luc. 3:1-18; Juan 1:19-28)
1 1-2 Mao kini ang Maayong Balita mahitungod kang Jesu-Cristo nga Anak sa Dios. Nagsugod kini sa dihang natuman ang panagna ni Propeta Isaias. Kaniadto pa gisulat ni Isaias ang gisulti sa Dios mahitungod sa iyang Anak. Kini naga-ingon, “Ipadala ko ang akong tigbalita una kanimo aron sa pag-andam sa imong agianan.[a] 3 Kini nga tigbalita mao ang magwalig makusog sa mamingaw nga dapit. Mag-ingon siya sa mga tawo, ‘Andama ninyo ang agianan alang sa Ginoo. Tul-ira ang dalan nga iyang paga-agian.’ ”[b]
4-5 Natuman kini sa pag-abot ni Juan nga tigbautismo didto sa mamingaw nga dapit. Daghan ang mga tawo nga miadto kaniya gikan sa tanang lungsod sa Judea, ug daghan gayod ang gikan sa Jerusalem. Nagwali si Juan kanila nga naga-ingon, “Hinulsoli ug biyai ninyo ang inyong mga sala ug pagpabautismo kamo, ug ang Dios mopasaylo kaninyo.” Gisugid nila ang ilang mga sala ug gibautismohan niya sila didto sa Suba sa Jordan. 6 Ang bisti ni Juan hinimo gikan sa balhibo sa kamelyo ug ang iyang bakos panit. Ang iyang pagkaon dulon ug dugos. 7 Mao kini ang iyang gisangyaw, “May muabot sunod kanako nga mas gamhanan pa kay kanako ug dili gani ako takos nga mahimong iyang sulugoon.”[c] 8 Nagaingon pa gayod siya, “Ako nagabautismo kaninyo sa tubig, apan siya magabautismo kaninyo sa Espiritu Santo.”
Ang Pagbautismo ug Pagsulay kang Jesus
(Mat. 3:13–4:11; Luc. 3:21-22; 4:1-13)
9 Niadtong panahona miabot si Jesus gikan sa Nazaret nga sakop sa probinsya sa Galilea, ug nagpabautismo siya kang Juan sa Suba sa Jordan. 10 Pagkawas ni Jesus sa tubig, nakita dayon niya nga naabli ang langit, ug mikunsad kaniya ang Espiritu Santo sama sa salampati. 11 Ug may tingog nga nadungog gikan sa langit nga naga-ingon, “Ikaw ang akong hinigugma nga Anak. Nalipay gayod ako kanimo.”
12 Diha-diha gipaadto siya sa Espiritu Santo sa mamingaw nga dapit. 13 Didto gitintal siya ni Satanas sulod sa 40 ka adlaw. May mabangis nga mga mananap didto, apan gialagaran siya sa mga anghel.
Gitawag ni Jesus ang Upat ka Mangi-ngisda
(Mat. 4:12-22; Luc. 4:14-15; 5:1-11)
14 Sa dihang napriso si Juan nga tigbautismo, miadto si Jesus sa Galilea ug nagwali sa Maayong Balita nga gikan sa Dios. 15 Miingon siya, “Miabot na ang panahon nga gipanagna sa mga propeta kaniadto. Ang paghari sa Dios haduol na gayod. Busa hinulsoli ug biyai ang inyong mga sala ug tuohi ninyo ang Maayong Balita.”
16 Usa niana ka adlaw samtang naglakaw si Jesus sa daplin sa Linaw sa Galilea, nakita niya ang managsoon nga si Simon ug si Andres nga nagtaktak ug pukot kay mga mangi-ngisda man kini sila. 17 Miingon si Jesus kanila, “Sunod kamo kanako ug dili na isda ang inyong pangitaon, kay tudloan ko kamo sa pagpangisda ug mga tawo.” 18 Diha-diha gibiyaan nila ang ilang mga pukot ug misunod kaniya.
19 Human niadto, mipadayon si Jesus sa paglakaw ug sa unahan nakita niya ang managsoon nga si Santiago ug si Juan nga mga anak ni Zebede. Diha sila sa ilang sakayan nga nagaayo sa ilang pukot. 20 Gitawag dayon niya sila. Gibiyaan nila ang ilang amahan nga si Zebede didto sa sakayan uban sa ilang mga sinuholan nga mga tawo, ug miuban sila kang Jesus.
Ang Tawo nga may Daotang Espiritu
(Luc. 4:31-37)
21 Miadto sila sa lungsod sa Capernaum. Sa pag-abot sa Adlaw nga Igpapahulay, misulod si Jesus sa sinagoga sa mga Judio ug nagtudlo siya. 22 Natingala gayod ang mga tawo sa iyang pagpanudlo tungod kay nagtudlo siya nga may gahom, ug dili sama sa pagpanudlo sa mga magtutudlo sa Kasugoan.
23 Sa mga tawo didto nga nagtigom adunay usa nga may daotang espiritu nga misinggit, 24 “Jesus nga taga-Nazaret, unsay labot mo kanamo? Mianhi ka ba aron paglaglag kanamo? Nakaila ako kanimo. Ikaw ang Balaan nga gipadala sa Dios.” 25 Apan gibadlong ni Jesus ang daotang espiritu, “Hilom ug gawas kaniya!” 26 Ang mao nga tawo gipakurog sa daotang espiritu nga misinggit samtang naggawas gikan kaniya. 27 Natingala gayod ang mga tawo didto, busa miingon sila, “Unsa kini? Bag-o kini nga pagtulon-an. Bisan ang mga daotang espiritu namandoan niya ug mituman kaniya.” 28 Busa dali rang nabaniog ang balita mahitungod kang Jesus sa tibuok nga probinsya sa Galilea.
Gipang-ayo ni Jesus ang Daghang mga Tawo
(Mat. 8:14-17; Luc. 4:38-41)
29 Migawas sila sa sinagoga sa mga Judio ug miadto sa balay nila ni Simon ug Andres. Miuban usab si Santiago ug si Juan. 30 Niadtong higayona nagahigda ang ugangan nga babaye ni Simon kay gihilantan. Ug gisulti dayon nila kini kang Jesus. 31 Busa miduol si Jesus sa babaye ug gikuptan sa kamot ug gipabangon. Diha-diha naayo siya ug gisilbihan niya ug pagkaon sila si Jesus.
32 Sa pagsalop sa adlaw, gidala sa mga tawo ngadto kang Jesus ang tanan nga masakiton ug ang mga gigamhan sa mga daotang espiritu. 33 Daghan kaayo ang mga taga-lungsod nga nagpundok sa atubangan sa balay. 34 Giayo ni Jesus ang daghang mga masakiton nga may nagkalain-laing mga sakit, ug iyang giabog ang daghang mga daotang espiritu. Wala niya tugoti nga mosulti ang mga daotang espiritu kay nakaila man sila kon kinsa siya.
Nagwali si Jesus sa Galilea
(Luc. 4:42-44)
35 Sa pagkasunod nga adlaw, kadlawon pang mibangon si Jesus ug miadto sa mamingaw nga dapit ug nagaampo. 36 Gipangita siya ni Simon ug sa iyang mga kauban. 37 Sa pagkakita nila kaniya miingon sila, “Gipangita ka sa tanan.” 38 Apan miingon siya kanila, “Dali kamo, mangadto kita sa mga duol nga lungsod aron makawali ako didto, kay mao kini ang hinungdan nganong mianhi ako dinhi sa kalibotan.” 39 Busa gilibot ni Jesus ang tibuok Galilea ug nagwali diha sa mga sinagoga sa mga Judio ug nanghingilin sa mga daotang espiritu nga misulod sa mga tawo.
Giayo ni Jesus ang Tawo nga May Ngilngig nga Sakit sa Panit
(Mat. 8:1-4; Luc. 5:12-16)
40 May usa ka tawo nga may ngilngig nga sakit sa panit,[d] nga miduol kang Jesus. Miluhod siya ug nagpakilooy nga naga-ingon, “Kon imong pagbuot, mahimo mo akong ayohon sa akong sangla aron maisip ako nga hinlo.” 41 Nalooy gayod si Jesus kaniya. Busa gihikap niya siya ug miingon, “Oo, buot ko. Mahinlo ka!” 42 Ug diha-diha dayon nawala ang iyang sangla ug nahinlo siya.[e] 43-44 Gipahimangnoan siya ni Jesus, “Ayaw gayod pagsulti kang bisan kinsa bahin niini, diretso hinuon sa pari ug pagpatan-aw kaniya. Unya paghalad sa halad nga gisugo ni Moises sa pagpamatuod ngadto sa mga tawo nga hinlo ka na.” Ug gipalakaw dayon siya ni Jesus. 45 Apan milakaw ang tawo ug nanugilon mahitungod sa nahitabo kaniya. Busa mikaylap ang balita mahitungod sa nahitabo sa sanglahon hangtod nga dili na makasulod si Jesus sa mga lungsod kay nagduot naman ang mga tawo sa pag-adto kaniya. Nagpabilin na lang siya didto sa mamingaw nga dapit. Apan miadto pa gihapon ang mga tawo kaniya gikan sa nagkalain-laing mga dapit.

19 When He had gone a little farther from there, He saw James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, who also were in the boat mending their nets. 20 And immediately He called them, and they left their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired servants, and went after Him.
Jesus Casts Out an Unclean Spirit(AC)
21 (AD)Then they went into Capernaum, and immediately on the Sabbath He entered the (AE)synagogue and taught. 22 (AF)And they were astonished at His teaching, for He taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.
23 Now there was a man in their synagogue with an (AG)unclean spirit. And he cried out, 24 saying, “Let us alone! (AH)What have we to do with You, Jesus of Nazareth? Did You come to destroy us? I (AI)know who You are—the (AJ)Holy One of God!”
25 But Jesus (AK)rebuked him, saying, [h]“Be quiet, and come out of him!” 26 And when the unclean spirit (AL)had convulsed him and cried out with a loud voice, he came out of him. 27 Then they were all amazed, so that they questioned among themselves, saying, [i]“What is this? What new [j]doctrine is this? For with authority He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey Him.” 28 And immediately His (AM)fame spread throughout all the region around Galilee.
Peter’s Mother-in-Law Healed(AN)
29 (AO)Now as soon as they had come out of the synagogue, they entered the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John. 30 But Simon’s wife’s mother lay sick with a fever, and they told Him about her at once. 31 So He came and took her by the hand and lifted her up, and immediately the fever left her. And she served them.
Many Healed After Sabbath Sunset(AP)
32 (AQ)At evening, when the sun had set, they brought to Him all who were sick and those who were demon-possessed. 33 And the whole city was gathered together at the door. 34 Then He healed many who were sick with various diseases, and (AR)cast out many demons; and He (AS)did not allow the demons to speak, because they knew Him.
Preaching in Galilee(AT)

38 But He said to them, (AY)“Let us go into the next towns, that I may preach there also, because (AZ)for this purpose I have come forth.”
39 (BA)And He was preaching in their synagogues throughout all Galilee, and (BB)casting out demons.
Jesus Cleanses a Leper(BC)
40 (BD)Now a leper came to Him, imploring Him, kneeling down to Him and saying to Him, “If You are willing, You can make me clean.”
41 Then Jesus, moved with (BE)compassion, stretched out His hand and touched him, and said to him, “I am willing; be cleansed.” 42 As soon as He had spoken, (BF)immediately the leprosy left him, and he was cleansed. 43 And He strictly warned him and sent him away at once, 44 and said to him, “See that you say nothing to anyone; but go your way, show yourself to the priest, and offer for your cleansing those things (BG)which Moses commanded, as a testimony to them.”
45 (BH)However, he went out and began to proclaim it freely, and to spread the matter, so that Jesus could no longer openly enter the city, but was outside in deserted places; (BI)and they came to Him from every direction.
