¹²他走近城門的時候，有人把一個死人抬出來，是個獨生子，他母親又是個寡婦。城裡有一大群人陪著她。 ¹³主看見了，就憐憫她，對她說：“不要哭！” ¹⁴於是上前按著槓子，抬的人就站住。他說：“青年人，我吩咐你起來！”

New International Version

¹²As he approached the town gate, a dead person was being carried out—the only son of his mother, and she was a widow. And a large crowd from the town was with her. ¹³When the Lord^(A) saw her, his heart went out to her and he said, “Don’t cry.”

¹⁴Then he went up and touched the bier they were carrying him on, and the bearers stood still. He said, “Young man, I say to you, get up!”^(B)
