6 有一个安息日，耶稣从麦地经过。他的门徒掐了麦穗，用手搓着吃。 2 有几个法利赛人说：“你们为什么做安息日不可做的事呢？” 3 耶稣对他们说：“经上记着大卫和跟从他的人饥饿之时所做的事，连这个你们也没有念过吗？ 4 他怎么进了神的殿，拿陈设饼吃，又给跟从的人吃？这饼除了祭司以外，别人都不可吃。” 5 又对他们说：“人子是安息日的主。”
在安息日治病
6 又有一个安息日，耶稣进了会堂教训人。在那里有一个人右手枯干了。 7 文士和法利赛人窥探耶稣在安息日治病不治病，要得把柄去告他。 8 耶稣却知道他们的意念，就对那枯干一只手的人说：“起来，站在当中！”那人就起来站着。 9 耶稣对他们说：“我问你们，在安息日行善、行恶，救命、害命，哪样是可以的呢？” 10 他就周围看着他们众人，对那人说：“伸出手来！”他把手一伸，手就复了原。 11 他们就满心大怒，彼此商议怎样处治耶稣。
挑选十二门徒
12 那时，耶稣出去上山祷告，整夜祷告神。 13 到了天亮，叫他的门徒来，就从他们中间挑选十二个人，称他们为使徒。 14 这十二个人有西门，耶稣又给他起名叫彼得，还有他兄弟安得烈，又有雅各和约翰，腓力和巴多罗买， 15 马太和多马，亚勒腓的儿子雅各和奋锐党的西门， 16 雅各的儿子[a]犹大和卖主的加略人犹大。 17 耶稣和他们下了山，站在一块平地上。同站的有许多门徒，又有许多百姓，从犹太全地和耶路撒冷，并推罗、西顿的海边来，都要听他讲道，又指望医治他们的病。 18 还有被污鬼缠磨的，也得了医治。 19 众人都想要摸他，因为有能力从他身上发出来，医好了他们。
论福
20 耶稣举目看着门徒，说：“你们贫穷的人有福了！因为神的国是你们的。 21 你们饥饿的人有福了！因为你们将要饱足。你们哀哭的人有福了！因为你们将要喜笑。 22 人为人子恨恶你们，拒绝你们，辱骂你们，弃掉你们的名以为是恶，你们就有福了！ 23 当那日，你们要欢喜跳跃，因为你们在天上的赏赐是大的。他们的祖宗待先知也是这样。
论祸
24 “但你们富足的人有祸了！因为你们受过你们的安慰。 25 你们饱足的人有祸了！因为你们将要饥饿。你们喜笑的人有祸了！因为你们将要哀恸哭泣。 26 人都说你们好的时候，你们就有祸了！因为他们的祖宗待假先知也是这样。
论爱仇敌
27 “只是我告诉你们这听道的人：你们的仇敌，要爱他；恨你们的，要待他好。 28 咒诅你们的，要为他祝福；凌辱你们的，要为他祷告。 29 有人打你这边的脸，连那边的脸也由他打；有人夺你的外衣，连里衣也由他拿去。 30 凡求你的，就给他；有人夺你的东西去，不用再要回来。 31 你们愿意人怎样待你们，你们也要怎样待人。 32 你们若单爱那爱你们的人，有什么可酬谢的呢？就是罪人也爱那爱他们的人。 33 你们若善待那善待你们的人，有什么可酬谢的呢？就是罪人也是这样行。 34 你们若借给人，指望从他收回，有什么可酬谢的呢？就是罪人也借给罪人，要如数收回。 35 你们倒要爱仇敌，也要善待他们，并要借给人不指望偿还。你们的赏赐就必大了，你们也必做至高者的儿子，因为他恩待那忘恩的和作恶的。 36 你们要慈悲，像你们的父慈悲一样。 37 你们不要论断人，就不被论断。你们不要定人的罪，就不被定罪。你们要饶恕人，就必蒙饶恕[b]。 38 你们要给人，就必有给你们的，并且用十足的升斗，连摇带按、上尖下流地倒在你们怀里。因为你们用什么量器量给人，也必用什么量器量给你们。”
责人之心责己
39 耶稣又用比喻对他们说：“瞎子岂能领瞎子？两个人不是都要掉在坑里吗？ 40 学生不能高过先生，凡学成了的不过和先生一样。 41 为什么看见你弟兄眼中有刺，却不想自己眼中有梁木呢？ 42 你不见自己眼中有梁木，怎能对你弟兄说‘容我去掉你眼中的刺’呢？你这假冒为善的人！先去掉自己眼中的梁木，然后才能看得清楚，去掉你弟兄眼中的刺。
两种果树
43 “因为没有好树结坏果子，也没有坏树结好果子。 44 凡树木看果子就可以认出它来。人不是从荆棘上摘无花果，也不是从蒺藜里摘葡萄。 45 善人从他心里所存的善就发出善来，恶人从他心里所存的恶就发出恶来；因为心里所充满的，口里就说出来。
两等根基
46 “你们为什么称呼我‘主啊，主啊’，却不遵我的话行呢？ 47 凡到我这里来，听见我的话就去行的，我要告诉你们他像什么人。 48 他像一个人盖房子，深深地挖地，把根基安在磐石上，到发大水的时候，水冲那房子，房子总不能摇动，因为根基立在磐石上[c]。 49 唯有听见不去行的，就像一个人在土地上盖房子，没有根基，水一冲，随即倒塌了，并且那房子坏得很大。”

Jesús, Señor del día de reposo
6 (A)Aconteció que un día de reposo[a] Jesús pasaba por unos sembrados, y Sus discípulos arrancaban y comían espigas(B), restregándolas entre las manos. 2 Pero algunos de los fariseos dijeron: «¿Por qué hacen ustedes lo que no es lícito en el día de reposo(C)?».
3 Jesús les respondió: «¿Ni siquiera han leído lo que hizo David(D)cuando tuvo hambre, él y los que con él estaban; 4 cómo entró en la casa de Dios, y tomó y comió los panes consagrados[b], que a nadie es lícito(E)comer sino solo a los sacerdotes, y dio también a sus compañeros?». 5 También les decía: «El Hijo del Hombre es Señor del día de reposo».
Jesús sana al hombre de la mano seca
6 (F)Y[c] en otro día de reposo entró en la sinagoga y enseñaba(G); y había allí un hombre que tenía la[d] mano derecha seca[e]. 7 A fin de encontrar de qué acusar a Jesús, los escribas y los fariseos lo observaban atentamente para ver si sanaba en el día de reposo(H). 8 Pero Él sabía lo que ellos estaban pensando[f](I), y dijo al hombre que tenía la mano seca[g]: «Levántate y ven acá[h]». Y él, levantándose, se puso de pie.
9 Entonces Jesús les dijo: «Yo les pregunto: ¿es lícito en el día de reposo hacer bien o hacer mal; salvar una vida o destruirla?».
10 Después de mirarlos a todos a su alrededor, dijo al hombre[i]: «Extiende tu mano». Y él lo hizo así, y su mano quedó sana[j](J). 11 Pero ellos se llenaron de ira[k], y discutían entre sí qué podrían hacerle a Jesús.
Jesús escoge a los doce apóstoles
12 En[l] esos días Jesús se fue al monte(K) a orar(L), y pasó toda la noche en oración a Dios. 13 Cuando se hizo de día, (M)llamó a Sus discípulos y escogió doce de ellos, a los que también dio el nombre de apóstoles(N): 14 Simón, a quien también llamó Pedro, y Andrés su hermano; Jacobo[m] y Juan; Felipe y Bartolomé; 15 Mateo(O) y Tomás; Jacobo[n], hijo de Alfeo, y Simón, al que llamaban el Zelote; 16 Judas, hijo de Jacobo[o], y Judas Iscariote, que llegó a ser traidor.
17 Descendió(P) con ellos y se detuvo en un lugar llano. Había una gran multitud(Q) de Sus discípulos y una gran muchedumbre del pueblo, de toda Judea, de Jerusalén y de la región costera de Tiro y Sidón(R), 18 [p]que habían ido para oír a Jesús y para ser sanados de sus enfermedades; y los que eran atormentados por espíritus inmundos eran curados. 19 Y toda la multitud procuraba tocar a Jesús(S), porque de Él salía un poder(T) que a todos sanaba.
Las bienaventuranzas
20 Volviendo su vista hacia Sus discípulos, decía: «Bienaventurados(U)ustedes los pobres, porque de ustedes es el reino de Dios(V).
21 »Bienaventurados ustedes los que ahora tienen hambre, porque serán saciados. Bienaventurados ustedes los que ahora lloran, porque reirán.
22 »Bienaventurados son ustedes cuando los hombres los aborrecen, cuando los apartan de sí(W) , los colman de insultos(X) y desechan su nombre como malo, por causa del Hijo del Hombre. 23 Alégrense en ese día y salten(Y)de gozo, porque su recompensa es grande en el cielo, pues sus padres trataban de la misma manera a los profetas(Z).
24 »Pero ¡ay de ustedes los ricos(AA) ! Porque ya están recibiendo todo su consuelo(AB) .
25 »¡Ay de ustedes, los que ahora están saciados[q] ! Porque tendrán hambre. ¡Ay de ustedes, los que ahora ríen! Porque se lamentarán y llorarán.
26 »¡Ay de ustedes, cuando todos los hombres hablen bien de ustedes! Porque de la misma manera trataban sus padres a los falsos profetas(AC) .
El amor verdadero y su recompensa
27 »Pero a ustedes los que oyen, les digo: amen a sus enemigos; hagan bien a los que los aborrecen(AD) ; 28 bendigan a los que los maldicen; oren por los que los insultan(AE). 29 (AF)Al que te hiera en la mejilla, preséntale también la otra; y al que te quite la capa[r], no le niegues tampoco la túnica. 30 A todo el que te pida, dale, y al que te quite lo que es tuyo, no se lo reclames.
31 »Y así como quieran que los hombres les hagan a ustedes, hagan con ellos de la misma manera(AG) . 32 Si aman a los que los aman, ¿qué mérito tienen? Porque también los pecadores aman a los que los aman(AH). 33 Si hacen bien a los que les hacen bien, ¿qué mérito tienen? Porque también los pecadores hacen lo mismo. 34 Si prestan(AI)a aquellos de quienes esperan recibir, ¿qué mérito tienen? También los pecadores prestan a los pecadores para recibir de ellos la misma cantidad.
35 »Antes bien, amen a sus enemigos, y hagan bien(AJ) , y presten no esperando nada a cambio[s] , y su recompensa será grande, y serán hijos del Altísimo(AK) ; porque Él es bondadoso para con los ingratos y perversos. 36 Sean ustedes misericordiosos, así como su Padre es misericordioso.
El juicio hacia los demás
37 »(AL) No juzguen, y no serán juzgados; no condenen, y no serán condenados; perdonen[t] , y serán perdonados(AM) . 38 Den, y les será dado; medida buena, apretada, remecida y rebosante, vaciarán en sus regazos(AN). Porque con la medida con que midan, se les volverá a medir(AO)».
39 Les dijo también una parábola: «¿Acaso puede un ciego guiar a otro ciego? ¿No caerán ambos en un hoyo(AP)? 40 Un discípulo no está por encima de su maestro(AQ); pero todo discípulo, después de que se ha preparado bien, será como su maestro[u]. 41 ¿Y por qué miras la mota[v]que está en el ojo de tu hermano, y no te das cuenta de la viga que está en tu propio ojo? 42 ¿O cómo puedes decir a tu hermano: “Hermano, déjame sacarte la mota[w]que está en tu ojo”, cuando tú mismo no ves la viga que está en tu ojo? ¡Hipócrita! Saca primero la viga de tu ojo y entonces verás con claridad para sacar la mota[x]que está en el ojo de tu hermano.
43 »(AR) Porque no hay árbol bueno que produzca fruto malo, ni a la inversa[y] , árbol malo que produzca fruto bueno. 44 Pues cada árbol por su fruto se conoce. Porque los hombres no recogen higos de los espinos, ni vendimian uvas de una zarza(AS). 45 El hombre bueno, del buen tesoro de su corazón saca lo que es bueno; y el hombre malo, del mal tesoro saca lo que es malo(AT); porque de la abundancia del corazón habla su boca(AU).

46 »¿Por qué ustedes me llaman: “Señor, Señor(AV) ”, y no hacen lo que Yo digo? 47 (AW)Todo el que viene a Mí y oye Mis palabras y las pone en práctica, les mostraré a quién es semejante: 48 es semejante a un hombre que al edificar una casa, cavó hondo[z]y echó cimiento sobre la roca; y cuando vino una inundación, el torrente[aa]dio con fuerza contra aquella casa, pero no pudo moverla porque había sido bien construida. 49 Pero el que ha oído y no ha hecho nada, es semejante a un hombre que edificó una casa sobre tierra, sin echar cimiento; y el torrente dio con fuerza contra ella y al instante se desplomó, y fue grande la ruina de aquella casa».

The Pharisees Object To Plucking Grain On The Sabbath. I Am Lord of The Sabbath
6 And it came about on a Sabbath that He was proceeding through grainfields. And His disciples were plucking[a] and eating the heads [of grain], rubbing them in their hands. 2 And some of the Pharisees said, “Why are you[b] doing what is not lawful on the Sabbath?” 3 And having responded to them, Jesus said, “Did you not even read [in 1 Sam 21:1-6] this which David did when he was hungry, he and the ones being with him?— 4 how he entered into the house of God, and having taken the Bread[c] of Presentation, he ate it and gave it to the ones with him, which is not lawful for anyone to eat but the priests alone? 5 And He was saying to them, “The Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath”.
Is It Lawful To Heal On The Sabbath? Jesus Heals a Man, Enraging The Pharisees
6 And it came about on another Sabbath that He entered into the synagogue and was teaching. And there was a man there, and his right hand was withered. 7 And the scribes and the Pharisees were closely-watching Him to see if He cured on the Sabbath, in order that they might find a reason to be accusing Him. 8 But He knew their reasonings. And He said to the man having the withered hand, “Arise, and stand into the middle”. And having stood-up, he stood there. 9 And Jesus said to them, “I am asking you[d] if it is lawful[e] on the Sabbath to do-good or to do-harm, to save a life or to destroy it?” 10 And having looked-around at them all, He said to him, “Stretch-out your hand”. And the one did it, and his hand was restored. 11 And they were filled with rage[f], and were talking-over with one another what they might do to Jesus.
After Choosing The Twelve, Jesus Stands Before a Huge Crowd To Teach Them
12 And it came about during these days that He went out to the mountain to pray. And He was spending the night in prayer to God. 13 And when it became day, He called to His disciples. And having chosen twelve from them, whom He also named apostles— 14 Simon, whom He also named Peter, and Andrew, his brother, and James, and John, and Philip, and Bartholomew, 15 and Matthew, and Thomas, and James, the son of Alphaeus, and Simon, the one being called a Zealot, 16 and Judas, the son of James, and Judas Iscariot, who became a traitor— 17 and having come down with them, He stood on a level place. And there was a large crowd of His disciples, and a great multitude of the people from all Judea and Jerusalem and the coastal-region of Tyre and Sidon, 18 who came to hear Him and to be healed from their diseases. And the ones being troubled by unclean spirits were being cured. 19 And all the multitude were seeking to touch Him because power was going forth from Him and healing everyone.
These Are The Ones God Considers Blessed And In Danger
20 And He, having lifted-up His eyes toward His disciples, was saying— “Blessed[g] are the poor ones, because the kingdom of God is yours. 21 Blessed are the ones hungering now, because you will be filled-to-satisfaction. Blessed are the ones weeping now, because you will laugh. 22 You are blessed whenever people hate you, and whenever they separate[h] you, and reproach you, and throw-out your name as evil because-of [i] the Son of Man. 23 Rejoice on that day and leap-for-joy, for behold— your reward is great in heaven. For their fathers were doing it in the same way to the prophets. 24 But woe to you rich ones, because you are receiving your comfort in full. 25 Woe to you, the ones having been filled now, because you will hunger. Woe— the ones laughing now, because you will mourn and weep. 26 Woe— when all people speak well of you. For their fathers were doing it in the same way to the false-prophets.
Love Your Enemies. Be Compassionate And Do Good To All
27 “But I say to you, the ones hearing[j]— Be loving your enemies. Be acting commendably to the ones hating you. 28 Be blessing[k] the ones cursing you. Be praying for the ones mistreating you. 29 To the one striking you on the cheek, be offering also the other. And from the one taking away your cloak, also do not withhold[l] the tunic[m]. 30 To everyone asking you, be giving. And from the one taking away your things, do not be demanding them back. 31 And just as you want people to be doing to you, be doing to them likewise. 32 If indeed you are loving the ones loving you, what-kind-of credit is it to you? For even the sinners are loving the ones loving them. 33 For if indeed you are doing-good-to the ones doing-good-to you, what kind of credit is it to you? Even the sinners are doing the same. 34 And if you lend-to ones from whom you are expecting[n] to receive, what kind of credit is it to you? Even sinners are lending to sinners to receive-back the equal[o] amounts. 35 But be loving your enemies, and be doing good, and be lending, expecting-back[p] nothing, and your reward will be great. And you will be sons[q] of the Most-High, because He is good to the ungrateful and evil ones. 36 Be compassionate, just-as[r] your Father also is compassionate.
Do Not Judge Or Condemn Others. Pardon And Give To Them
37 “And do not be judging[s], and you will never be judged. And do not be condemning, and you will never be condemned. Be pardoning, and you will be pardoned. 38 Be giving, and it will be given to you. They[t] will give a good measure— having been pressed down, having been shaken, running over— into your fold[u] [of the garment]. For with what measure you measure, it will be measured-back to you”.
The Blind Cannot Guide The Blind. Correct Yourself First
39 And He also spoke a parable to them— “A blind one is not able to guide a blind one, is he? Will they not both fall into a pit? 40 A disciple is not above the teacher. But everyone having been fully-trained will be like his teacher. 41 And why do you look-at the speck in the eye of your brother, but do not consider[v] the log in your own eye? 42 How can you say to your brother, ‘Brother, permit me to take-out the speck in your eye’, while yourself not seeing the log in your eye? Hypocrite! First take out the log from your eye. And then you will see-clearly to take out the speck in the eye of your brother.
A Tree Is Known By Its Fruit. The Mouth Speaks From The Heart
43 “For there is no good[w] tree producing bad fruit; nor again, a bad tree producing good fruit. 44 For each tree is known[x] by its own fruit. For they do not collect figs from thorns, nor do they gather a grape-bunch from a bramble-bush. 45 The good person brings forth the good thing out of the good treasure[y] of his heart. And the evil person brings forth the evil thing out of his evil treasure. For his mouth speaks out of the abundance of the heart.
Don’t Just Call Me Lord. Be a Doer of My Words
46 “And why are you calling Me ‘Lord, Lord[z]’, and you are not doing the things which I say? 47 Everyone coming to Me and hearing My words and doing them— I will show you to whom he is like. 48 He is like a man building a house who dug, and went down deep, and laid a foundation on the bed-rock. And a flood[aa] having come about, the river broke-against[ab] that house. And it was not strong-enough to shake it, because it had been built well. 49 But the one having heard and not having done My words is like a man having built a house on the ground without a foundation, which the river broke-against. And immediately it collapsed, and the breakage of that house became great”.

Jesus Is Lord of the Sabbath(A)
6 One Sabbath Jesus was going through the grainfields, and his disciples began to pick some heads of grain, rub them in their hands and eat the kernels.(B) 2 Some of the Pharisees asked, “Why are you doing what is unlawful on the Sabbath?”(C)
3 Jesus answered them, “Have you never read what David did when he and his companions were hungry?(D) 4 He entered the house of God, and taking the consecrated bread, he ate what is lawful only for priests to eat.(E) And he also gave some to his companions.” 5 Then Jesus said to them, “The Son of Man(F) is Lord of the Sabbath.”
6 On another Sabbath(G) he went into the synagogue and was teaching, and a man was there whose right hand was shriveled. 7 The Pharisees and the teachers of the law were looking for a reason to accuse Jesus, so they watched him closely(H) to see if he would heal on the Sabbath.(I) 8 But Jesus knew what they were thinking(J) and said to the man with the shriveled hand, “Get up and stand in front of everyone.” So he got up and stood there.
9 Then Jesus said to them, “I ask you, which is lawful on the Sabbath: to do good or to do evil, to save life or to destroy it?”
10 He looked around at them all, and then said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” He did so, and his hand was completely restored. 11 But the Pharisees and the teachers of the law were furious(K) and began to discuss with one another what they might do to Jesus.

Blessings and Woes(P)
17 He went down with them and stood on a level place. A large crowd of his disciples was there and a great number of people from all over Judea, from Jerusalem, and from the coastal region around Tyre and Sidon,(Q) 18 who had come to hear him and to be healed of their diseases. Those troubled by impure spirits were cured, 19 and the people all tried to touch him,(R) because power was coming from him and healing them all.(S)
20 Looking at his disciples, he said:
“Blessed are you who are poor,
for yours is the kingdom of God.(T)
21 Blessed are you who hunger now,
for you will be satisfied.(U)
Blessed are you who weep now,
for you will laugh.(V)
22 Blessed are you when people hate you,
when they exclude you(W) and insult you(X)
and reject your name as evil,
because of the Son of Man.(Y)
23 “Rejoice in that day and leap for joy,(Z) because great is your reward in heaven. For that is how their ancestors treated the prophets.(AA)
24 “But woe to you who are rich,(AB)
for you have already received your comfort.(AC)
25 Woe to you who are well fed now,
for you will go hungry.(AD)
Woe to you who laugh now,
for you will mourn and weep.(AE)
26 Woe to you when everyone speaks well of you,
for that is how their ancestors treated the false prophets.(AF)
Love for Enemies(AG)
27 “But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you,(AH) 28 bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.(AI) 29 If someone slaps you on one cheek, turn to them the other also. If someone takes your coat, do not withhold your shirt from them. 30 Give to everyone who asks you, and if anyone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back.(AJ) 31 Do to others as you would have them do to you.(AK)
32 “If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you?(AL) Even sinners love those who love them. 33 And if you do good to those who are good to you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners do that. 34 And if you lend to those from whom you expect repayment, what credit is that to you?(AM) Even sinners lend to sinners, expecting to be repaid in full. 35 But love your enemies, do good to them,(AN) and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children(AO) of the Most High,(AP) because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked. 36 Be merciful,(AQ) just as your Father(AR) is merciful.
Judging Others(AS)
37 “Do not judge, and you will not be judged.(AT) Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.(AU) 38 Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap.(AV) For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”(AW)
39 He also told them this parable: “Can the blind lead the blind? Will they not both fall into a pit?(AX) 40 The student is not above the teacher, but everyone who is fully trained will be like their teacher.(AY)
41 “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? 42 How can you say to your brother, ‘Brother, let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when you yourself fail to see the plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.
A Tree and Its Fruit(AZ)
43 “No good tree bears bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit. 44 Each tree is recognized by its own fruit.(BA) People do not pick figs from thornbushes, or grapes from briers. 45 A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.(BB)
The Wise and Foolish Builders(BC)
46 “Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’(BD) and do not do what I say?(BE) 47 As for everyone who comes to me and hears my words and puts them into practice,(BF) I will show you what they are like. 48 They are like a man building a house, who dug down deep and laid the foundation on rock. When a flood came, the torrent struck that house but could not shake it, because it was well built. 49 But the one who hears my words and does not put them into practice is like a man who built a house on the ground without a foundation. The moment the torrent struck that house, it collapsed and its destruction was complete.”
