24 七日的头一日，黎明的时候，那些妇女带着所预备的香料来到坟墓前， 2 看见石头已经从坟墓滚开了。 3 她们就进去，只是不见主耶稣的身体。 4 正在猜疑之间，忽然有两个人站在旁边，衣服放光。 5 妇女们惊怕，将脸伏地。那两个人就对她们说：“为什么在死人中找活人呢？ 6 他不在这里，已经复活了。当记念他还在加利利的时候怎样告诉你们， 7 说：‘人子必须被交在罪人手里，钉在十字架上，第三日复活。’” 8 她们就想起耶稣的话来， 9 便从坟墓那里回去，把这一切事告诉十一个使徒和其余的人。 10 那告诉使徒的就是抹大拉的马利亚和约亚拿，并雅各的母亲马利亚，还有与她们在一处的妇女。 11 她们这些话使徒以为是胡言，就不相信。 12 彼得起来，跑到坟墓前，低头往里看，见细麻布独在一处，就回去了，心里稀奇所成的事。

13 正当那日，门徒中有两个人往一个村子去。这村子名叫以马忤斯，离耶路撒冷约有二十五里。 14 他们彼此谈论所遇见的这一切事。 15 正谈论相问的时候，耶稣亲自就近他们，和他们同行， 16 只是他们的眼睛迷糊了，不认识他。 17 耶稣对他们说：“你们走路彼此谈论的是什么事呢？”他们就站住，脸上带着愁容。 18 二人中有一个名叫革流巴的回答说：“你在耶路撒冷作客，还不知道这几天在那里所出的事吗？” 19 耶稣说：“什么事呢？”他们说：“就是拿撒勒人耶稣的事。他是个先知，在神和众百姓面前说话行事都有大能， 20 祭司长和我们的官府竟把他解去，定了死罪，钉在十字架上。 21 但我们素来所盼望、要赎以色列民的就是他。不但如此，而且这事成就，现在已经三天了。 22 再者，我们中间有几个妇女使我们惊奇，她们清早到了坟墓那里， 23 不见他的身体，就回来告诉我们说看见了天使显现，说他活了。 24 又有我们的几个人往坟墓那里去，所遇见的正如妇女们所说的，只是没有看见他。” 25 耶稣对他们说：“无知的人哪，先知所说的一切话，你们的心信得太迟钝了！ 26 基督这样受害，又进入他的荣耀，岂不是应当的吗？” 27 于是从摩西和众先知起，凡经上所指着自己的话，都给他们讲解明白了。

28 将近他们所去的村子，耶稣好像还要往前行， 29 他们却强留他，说：“时候晚了，日头已经平西了，请你同我们住下吧！”耶稣就进去，要同他们住下。 30 到了坐席的时候，耶稣拿起饼来，祝谢了，掰开，递给他们。 31 他们的眼睛明亮了，这才认出他来。忽然耶稣不见了。 32 他们彼此说：“在路上他和我们说话，给我们讲解圣经的时候，我们的心岂不是火热的吗？” 33 他们就立时起身，回耶路撒冷去。正遇见十一个使徒和他们的同人聚集在一处， 34 说：“主果然复活，已经现给西门看了。” 35 两个人就把路上所遇见和掰饼的时候怎么被他们认出来的事，都述说了一遍。
显现在耶路撒冷
36 正说这话的时候，耶稣亲自站在他们当中，说：“愿你们平安！” 37 他们却惊慌害怕，以为所看见的是魂。 38 耶稣说：“你们为什么愁烦？为什么心里起疑念呢？ 39 你们看我的手、我的脚，就知道实在是我了。摸我看看！魂无骨无肉，你们看，我是有的。” 40 说了这话，就把手和脚给他们看。 41 他们正喜得不敢信，并且稀奇，耶稣就说：“你们这里有什么吃的没有？” 42 他们便给他一片烧鱼[a]， 43 他接过来，在他们面前吃了。
等候主的应许
44 耶稣对他们说：“这就是我从前与你们同在之时所告诉你们的话说：摩西的律法、先知的书和诗篇上所记的，凡指着我的话都必须应验。” 45 于是耶稣开他们的心窍，使他们能明白圣经。 46 又对他们说：“照经上所写的，基督必受害，第三日从死里复活， 47 并且人要奉他的名传悔改、赦罪的道，从耶路撒冷起直传到万邦。 48 你们就是这些事的见证。 49 我要将我父所应许的降在你们身上，你们要在城里等候，直到你们领受从上头来的能力。”
主被带到天上
50 耶稣领他们到伯大尼的对面，就举手给他们祝福。 51 正祝福的时候，他就离开他们，被带到天上去了。 52 他们就拜他，大大地欢喜，回耶路撒冷去， 53 常在殿里称颂神。

19 耶穌問：「什麼事？」
他們說：「就是拿撒勒人耶穌的事。祂本來是個先知，在上帝和百姓面前言談舉止充滿力量。 20 我們的祭司長和官長卻把祂押去判了死刑，釘在十字架上。
21 「我們一直希望祂就是要拯救以色列的那位。還有，今天是事發後的第三天， 22 我們當中有幾位婦女一早到耶穌的墳墓， 23 發現耶穌的遺體不見了，回來說天使曾向她們顯現並告訴她們耶穌已經復活了。
24 「後來我們有幾個人親自去墳墓察看，果然像她們所說的，耶穌的遺體不見了。」
25 耶穌對他們說：「無知的人啊！為什麼遲遲不肯相信先知的話呢？ 26 基督豈不是要先這樣受害，然後進入祂的榮耀嗎？」
27 耶穌接著從摩西和眾先知的記載開始，把有關自己的經文都向他們講解明白。
28 快到以馬忤斯村時，耶穌好像還要繼續前行。 29 他們極力挽留祂，說：「天快黑了，時候不早了，跟我們一同住宿吧。」耶穌就和他們一起進村住下。
30 吃飯的時候，耶穌拿起餅來，祝謝後，掰開遞給他們。 31 忽然他們眼睛明亮了，認出是耶穌。耶穌很快從他們眼前消失了。
32 二人彼此議論說：「一路上祂和我們說話、為我們解釋聖經的時候，我們心裡不是很火熱嗎？」 33 二人馬上趕回耶路撒冷，看到十一位使徒及其同伴正聚在一起談論： 34 「主真的復活了，祂向西門顯現了。」
35 二人也把路上發生的事以及掰餅時認出主的經過述說了一遍。
36 正說的時候，耶穌出現在他們中間，說：「願你們平安！」 37 他們又驚又怕，以為是看見了鬼魂。

44 耶穌對他們說：「我跟你們在一起的時候曾經說過，摩西的律法書、先知的書以及詩篇裡有關我的記載都要應驗。」 45 於是，耶穌開啟了他們的心竅，使他們明白這些經文， 46 又對他們說：「聖經上說，基督必受害，然後在第三天從死裡復活， 47 人們要奉祂的名傳揚悔改、赦罪的福音，從耶路撒冷一直傳遍萬國。

50 耶穌帶著門徒來到伯大尼附近，舉起雙手為他們祝福。 51 正祝福的時候，祂就離開了他們，被接到天上去了。 52 門徒都敬拜祂，然後歡歡喜喜地回到耶路撒冷。 53 他們常在聖殿裡讚美上帝。

他们对他说∶“关于拿撒勒的耶稣的事情，就是这个人，他用自己的言行证明了他在上帝和所有人们的面前是一个伟大的先知。 20 我们刚才正在议论着，我们的祭司长和统治者是怎么把他判处死刑，并把他钉死在十字架上的。 21 我们原来还盼望着，他是那位将赎回以色列的人呢。可是，除此之外，今天是他遇难的第三天。 22 现在我们当中的一些妇女使我们震惊：她们今天一大早，到他的墓地那里去了， 23 但是却没有发现他的尸体。她们来告诉我们，她们看到了天使，天使告诉她们耶稣还活着。 24 听完以后，我们当中有一些人到他的墓穴去看，果然发现正像那几个女子说的那样，他们也没有看到他。”

28 当他们接近他们要去的地方时，耶稣装作还要继续赶路的样子， 29 但是，那两个门徒却极力挽留他说∶“和我们住下吧，因为天几乎黑了，白天已过去了。”所以，耶稣就走进了村子，要与他们一同留下。
30 当耶稣和他们一起吃饭时，他拿起一块饼，向上帝谢了恩，然后又把它掰开，分给他们。 31 这时，他们眼睛睁开了，认出了耶稣，可是，耶稣却消失了。 32 他们彼此说道∶“在路上，当他对我们讲话和向我们解释《经》时，我们的心不是像火一样燃烧吗！”
33 他们立刻动身，返回耶路撒冷。他们找到十一个使徒和其他与他们在一起的人， 34 他们说∶“主真的复活了！他出现在西门的面前。”
35 然后，那两个门徒讲述了在路上所发生的事情，还讲述了当耶稣在掰饼时，他们是如何认出来他的。
耶稣出现在门徒们的面前
36 当两个门徒正在讲述这些事情时，耶稣本人站在了他们中间，对他们说∶“愿平安与你们同在。”
37 可是，门徒们都被吓的惊慌失措，还以为自己见到鬼魂了， 38 但是，耶稣却对他们说∶“你们为什么如此不安呢？为什么你们那样不安呢？ 39 看看我的手和脚，的确是我，用手来摸一摸我；鬼魂没有骨头，没有肉的。可是，你们看见我什么都有。” 40 边说，耶稣边把手和脚伸给他们看， 41 他们都惊喜极了，可还是不能相信这一切是真的。耶稣对他们说∶“你们这里有吃的吗？” 42 他们递给他一片烤鱼， 43 他接过来，当着他们的面把它嚼着吃了。
44 然后，耶稣又对他们说∶“就是这些事，当我还和你们在一起时，我就告诉过你们，我说过：摩西的律法、先知的著作和诗篇里有关我的记载必定应验。”

The Resurrection
24 (A)But on the first day of the week, at early dawn, they went to the tomb, (B)taking the spices they had prepared. 2 And they found (C)the stone rolled away from the tomb, 3 but when they went in they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. 4 While they were perplexed about this, behold, (D)two (E)men stood by them in dazzling apparel. 5 And as they were (F)frightened and bowed their faces to the ground, the men said to them, “Why do you seek the living among the dead? 6 He is not here, but has risen. Remember how he told you, (G)while he was still in Galilee, 7 (H)that the Son of Man (I)must be delivered into the hands of sinful men and (J)be crucified and on (K)the third day rise.” 8 And (L)they remembered his words, 9 and returning from the tomb they (M)told all these things to the eleven and to all the rest. 10 Now it was (N)Mary Magdalene and (O)Joanna and Mary the mother of James and the other women with them who told these things to the apostles, 11 but these words seemed to them an idle tale, and (P)they did not believe them. 12 But (Q)Peter rose and ran to the tomb; stooping and looking in, he saw (R)the linen cloths by themselves; and he went home marveling at what had happened.
On the Road to Emmaus
13 That very day (S)two of them were going to a village named Emmaus, about seven miles[a] from Jerusalem, 14 and they were talking with each other about all these things that had happened. 15 While they were talking and discussing together, Jesus himself drew near and went with them. 16 (T)But their eyes were kept from recognizing him. 17 And he said to them, “What is this conversation that you are holding with each other as you walk?” And they stood still, looking sad. 18 Then one of them, named Cleopas, answered him, “Are you the only visitor to Jerusalem who does not know the things that have happened there in these days?” 19 And he said to them, “What things?” And they said to him, “Concerning Jesus of Nazareth, a man who was (U)a prophet (V)mighty in deed and word before God and all the people, 20 and (W)how our chief priests and (X)rulers delivered him up to be condemned to death, and crucified him. 21 But we had hoped that he was (Y)the one to redeem Israel. Yes, and besides all this, it is now (Z)the third day since these things happened. 22 Moreover, some women of our company amazed us. Jesus Appears to His Disciples
36 As they were talking about these things, (AW)Jesus himself stood among them, and said to them, “Peace to you!” 37 But they were (AX)startled and (AY)frightened and (AZ)thought they saw a spirit. 38 And he said to them, “Why are you troubled, and why do doubts arise in your hearts? 39 See my hands and my feet, that it is I myself. (BA)Touch me, and see. For a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see that I have.” 40 And when he had said this, (BB)he showed them his hands and his feet. 41 And while they still disbelieved (BC)for joy and were marveling, (BD)he said to them, “Have you anything here to eat?” 42 They gave him a piece of broiled fish,[b] 43 and he took it and ate before them.
44 Then he said to them, (BE)“These are my words that I spoke to you while I was still with you, (BF)that everything written about me in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms must be fulfilled.” 45 Then (BG)he opened their minds to understand the Scriptures, 46 and said to them, “Thus (BH)it is written, (BI)that the Christ should suffer and on the third day (BJ)rise from the dead, 47 and that (BK)repentance for[c] the forgiveness of sins should be proclaimed (BL)in his name (BM)to all nations, (BN)beginning from Jerusalem. 48 (BO)You are witnesses of these things. 49 And behold, I am sending (BP)the promise of my Father upon you. But stay in the city until you (BQ)are clothed with (BR)power (BS)from on high.”
The Ascension
50 And (BT)he led them out as far as (BU)Bethany, and lifting up his hands he blessed them. 51 While he blessed them, (BV)he parted from them and was carried up into heaven. 52 And they (BW)worshiped him and (BX)returned to Jerusalem (BY)with great joy, 53 and (BZ)were continually in the temple (CA)blessing God.
