21 耶稣抬眼看见有钱的人把奉献投入奉献箱。 2 他又看见一个穷寡妇，投入两个小钱， 3 就说：“我实在告诉你们，这个穷寡妇所投的，比众人投的更多。 4 因为这些人都是把自己剩余的投进去作奉献，这寡妇是自己不足，却把所有养生的都投进去了。”
预言圣殿被毁(B)
5 有人在谈论圣殿，是用美丽的石头和供物装饰的。耶稣说： 6 “你们看见的这些，到了日子，必没有一块石头留在另一块石头上面，每一块都要拆下来。”
这世代终结的预兆(C)
7 那些人问他：“老师，甚么时候会有这些事呢？这些事要发生的时候，有甚么预兆呢？” 8 他说：“你们要小心，不要被人迷惑。因为有许多人要来，假冒我的名说：‘我就是基督’，又说：‘时候近了。’你们不要跟从这些人。 9 你们要听见战乱和暴动，但不要惊慌，因为这些事是必先发生的，不过结局却不会立刻就到。” 10 过了一会儿，耶稣又对他们说：“一个民族要起来攻打另一个民族，一个国家要起来攻打另一个国家。 11 必有大地震，到处有饥荒和瘟疫，天上必有又恐怖又巨大的预兆。 12 但在这一切以先，人必为我的名，下手拘捕、迫害你们，把你们交给会堂，下在监里，甚至押到君王和总督面前， 13 结果却成了你们见证的机会。 14 所以，你们应当心里镇定，用不着预先思虑怎样申辩。 15 因为我必赐给你们口才、智慧，是你们所有的敌人不能抵抗，也不能驳倒的。 16 你们也会被父母、弟兄、亲戚、朋友出卖，他们又要害死你们一些人。 17 你们要因我的名，被众人恨恶， 18 然而连你们的一根头发，也必不失落。 19 你们要以坚忍的心志，赢取自己的灵魂。
预言耶路撒冷被毁(D)
20 “当你们看见耶路撒冷被军队围困的时候，就知道它荒凉的日子近了。 21 那时，住在犹太的，应该逃到山上；住在城里的，要离开；住在乡下的，不要进城。 22 因为这是报仇的日子，使经上的一切话都得应验。 23 当那些日子，怀孕的和乳养孩子的有祸了！因为大灾难要临到这地，烈怒要临到这民。 24 他们将倒在刀下，被掳到各国，耶路撒冷必被外族人践踏，直到外族人的日期满足。
人子必驾云降临(E)
25 “日月星辰将有异兆；在地上，各国也要因着海洋波涛的咆哮而困苦不安。 26 天上的万象震动，人因为等待即将临到世界的事，都吓昏了。 27 那时，他们要看见人子，带着能力，满有荣耀，驾着云降临。 28 一有这些事，你们就当挺身昂首，因为你们的救赎近了。”
29 耶稣又给他们讲了一个比喻：“你们看看无花果树和各样的树。 30 它们甚么时候发芽，你们看见了，就知道夏天近了。 31 同样，你们甚么时候看见这些事发生，也应该知道 神的国近了。 32 我实在告诉你们，这一切都必定发生，然后这世代才会过去。 33 天地都过去，但我的话决不会废去。
警醒祈求
34 “你们应当自己小心，免得在贪食醉酒和生活的挂虑压住你们的心的时候，那日子突然临到你们， 35 正如网罗临到全地的所有居民。 36 你们要时刻警醒，常常祈求，好让你们能逃避这一切要发生的事，可以站在人子面前。”
37 耶稣白天在殿里教导人，晚上就到橄榄山上去过夜。 38 群众清早起来上圣殿，到他那里要听他讲道。

21 耶稣抬头观看，见有钱人正把捐项投进奉献箱里， 2 又见一个穷寡妇投进两个小铜钱， 3 就说：“我实在告诉你们，这位穷寡妇奉献的比其他人都多。 4 因为他们不过奉献了自己剩余的，但这穷寡妇却奉献了她赖以为生的一切。”
预言将来的事
5 有些人正在谈论由精美的石头和珍贵的供物所装饰的圣殿， 6 耶稣说：“你们现在所见到的，将来有一天要被完全拆毁，找不到两块叠在一起的石头。”
7 他们问：“老师，这些事什么时候会发生呢？发生的时候有什么预兆呢？”
8 耶稣回答说：“你们要小心提防，不要被迷惑。因为将来会有许多人冒我的名来，说，‘我就是基督’，或说，‘时候到了’，你们切勿跟从他们。 9 你们听见打仗和叛乱的事，不要害怕，因为这些事一定会先发生，但末日将不会立刻来临。”

警醒祷告
29 耶稣又讲了一个比喻：“看看无花果树和其他树木吧。 30 当你们看见树木发芽长叶时，就知道夏天近了。 31 同样，当你们看见这些事情发生时，就知道上帝的国近了。
32 “我实在告诉你们，这个世代还没有过去，这一切都要发生。 33 天地都要消逝，但我的话永不消逝。
34 “你们要小心，不要被宴乐、醉酒和人生的挂虑所拖累，免得那日子像网罗般突然临到你们， 35 因为那日子将要这样临到世上每一个人。 36 你们要时刻警醒，常常祷告，使你们能逃过这一切将要发生的灾难，并能站在人子面前。”

The Widow’s Gift
21 (A)Now He looked up and saw the wealthy putting their gifts into the temple treasury. 2 And He saw a poor widow putting [a]in (B)two [b]lepta coins. 3 And He said, “Truly I say to you, this poor widow put in more than all of them; 4 for they all [c]contributed to the [d]offering from their [e]surplus; but she, from her poverty, put in all [f]that she had (C)to live on.”
5 (D)And while some were talking about the temple, that it was decorated with beautiful stones and [g]vowed gifts, He said, 6 “As for these things which you are observing, the days will come when (E)there will not be left one stone upon [h]another, which will not be torn down.”
7 They asked Him questions, saying, “Teacher, when therefore will these things happen? And what will be the [i]sign when these things are about to take place?” 8 And He said, “See to it that you are not misled; for many will come in My name, saying, ‘(F)I am He,’ and, ‘The time is near.’ (G)Do not go after them. 9 And when you hear of wars and revolts, do not be alarmed; for these things must take place first, but the end will not follow immediately.”
Things to Come
10 Then He continued by saying to them, “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, 11 and there will be [j]massive earthquakes, and in various places plagues and famines; and there will be terrible sights and great [k]signs from heaven.
12 “But before all these things, (H)they will lay their hands on you and persecute you, turning you over to the synagogues and prisons, [l]bringing you before kings and governors on account of My name. 13 (I)It will lead to [m]an opportunity for your testimony. 14 (J)So [n]make up your minds not to prepare beforehand to defend yourselves; 15 for (K)I will provide you [o]eloquence and wisdom which none of your adversaries will be able to oppose or refute. 16 But you will be betrayed even by parents, brothers and sisters, other relatives, and friends, and they will put some of you to death, 17 and you will be hated by all people because of My name. 18 And yet (L)not a hair of your head will perish. 19 (M)By your endurance you will gain your [p]lives.
20 “But when you see Jerusalem (N)surrounded by armies, then [q]recognize that her desolation is near. 21 Then those who are in Judea must flee to the mountains, and those who are inside [r]the city must leave, and (O)those who are in the country must not enter [s]the city; 22 because these are (P)days of punishment, so that all things which have been written will be fulfilled. 23 Woe to those women who are pregnant, and to those who are nursing babies in those days; for (Q)there will be great distress upon the [t]land, and wrath to this people; 24 and they will fall by (R)the edge of the sword, and will be led captive into all the nations; and (S)Jerusalem will be (T)trampled underfoot by the Gentiles until (U)the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.
The Return of Christ
25 “There will be [u]signs in the sun and moon and stars, and on the earth distress among nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the sea and the waves, 26 people fainting from fear and the expectation of the things that are coming upon the [v]world; for the powers of [w]the heavens will be shaken. 27 And (V)then they will see (W)the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28 But when these things begin to take place, straighten up and lift up your heads, because (X)your redemption is drawing near.”
29 And He told them a parable: “Look at the fig tree and all the trees: 30 as soon as they put forth leaves, you see for yourselves and (Y)know that summer is now near. 31 So you too, when you see these things happening, [x]recognize that (Z)the kingdom of God is near. 32 Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all things take place. 33 (AA)Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away.
34 “But (AB)be on your guard, so that your hearts will not be weighed down with dissipation and drunkenness and the worries of life, and that [y]this day will not come on you suddenly, like a trap; 35 for it will come upon all those who live on the face of all the earth. 36 But (AC)stay alert at all times, praying that you will have strength to escape all these things that are going to take place, and to (AD)stand before the Son of Man.”
37 Now [z]during the day He was (AE)teaching in the temple, but [aa](AF)at evening He would go out and spend the night on (AG)the [ab]mountain that is called [ac]Olivet. 38 And all the people would get up (AH)very early in the morning to come to Him in the temple to listen to Him.

21 As Jesus looked up, he saw the rich putting their gifts into the temple treasury.(B) 2 He also saw a poor widow put in two very small copper coins. 3 “Truly I tell you,” he said, “this poor widow has put in more than all the others. 4 All these people gave their gifts out of their wealth; but she out of her poverty put in all she had to live on.”(C)
The Destruction of the Temple and Signs of the End Times(D)(E)
5 Some of his disciples were remarking about how the temple was adorned with beautiful stones and with gifts dedicated to God. But Jesus said, 6 “As for what you see here, the time will come when not one stone will be left on another;(F) every one of them will be thrown down.”
7 “Teacher,” they asked, “when will these things happen? And what will be the sign that they are about to take place?”
8 He replied: “Watch out that you are not deceived. For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am he,’ and, ‘The time is near.’ Do not follow them.(G) 9 When you hear of wars and uprisings, do not be frightened. These things must happen first, but the end will not come right away.”
10 Then he said to them: “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.(H) 11 There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven.(I)
12 “But before all this, they will seize you and persecute you. They will hand you over to synagogues and put you in prison, and you will be brought before kings and governors, and all on account of my name. 13 And so you will bear testimony to me.(J) 14 But make up your mind not to worry beforehand how you will defend yourselves.(K) 15 For I will give you(L) words and wisdom that none of your adversaries will be able to resist or contradict. 16 You will be betrayed even by parents, brothers and sisters, relatives and friends,(M) and they will put some of you to death. 17 Everyone will hate you because of me.(N) 18 But not a hair of your head will perish.(O) 19 Stand firm, and you will win life.(P)
20 “When you see Jerusalem being surrounded by armies,(Q) you will know that its desolation is near. 21 Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains, let those in the city get out, and let those in the country not enter the city.(R) 22 For this is the time of punishment(S) in fulfillment(T) of all that has been written. 23 How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! There will be great distress in the land and wrath against this people. 24 They will fall by the sword and will be taken as prisoners to all the nations. Jerusalem will be trampled(U) on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.
25 “There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea.(V) 26 People will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken.(W) 27 At that time they will see the Son of Man(X) coming in a cloud(Y) with power and great glory. 28 When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”(Z)
29 He told them this parable: “Look at the fig tree and all the trees. 30 When they sprout leaves, you can see for yourselves and know that summer is near. 31 Even so, when you see these things happening, you know that the kingdom of God(AA) is near.
32 “Truly I tell you, this generation(AB) will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. 33 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.(AC)
34 “Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness and the anxieties of life,(AD) and that day will close on you suddenly(AE) like a trap. 35 For it will come on all those who live on the face of the whole earth. 36 Be always on the watch, and pray(AF) that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man.”
37 Each day Jesus was teaching at the temple,(AG) and each evening he went out(AH) to spend the night on the hill called the Mount of Olives,(AI) 38 and all the people came early in the morning to hear him at the temple.(AJ)

10 Ug miingon pa gayod si Jesus kanila, “Makiggubat ang nasod batok sa laing nasod, ang gingharian batok sa laing gingharian. 11 May muabot nga kusog nga mga linog, ug may kagutom ug kamatay nga muabot sa nagkalain-lain nga mga dapit. Ug makita usab ninyo ang mga makalilisang ug kahibulongan nga mga timailhan gikan sa langit.
12 “Apan sa dili pa kini mahitabo, dakpon kamo ug lutoson sa mga tawo. Dad-on nila kamo sa mga simbahan sa mga Judio aron hukman ug prisohon. Dad-on usab nila kamo ngadto sa mga hari ug mga gobernador aron imbistigahon. Kining tanan himuon nila kaninyo tungod sa inyong pagsunod kanako. 13 Apan kini mahimong kahigayonan alang kaninyo aron isulti kanila ang Maayong Balita. 14 Busa itisok sa inyong alimpatakan nga kon mahitabo kini dili kamo maglisod kon unsa ang inyong itubag, 15 kay hatagan ko kamo ug kaalam sa pagtubag aron dili makasupak kaninyo ang inyong mga kaaway. 16 Bisan gani ang inyong kaugalingon nga mga ginikanan, mga igsoon, mga paryente, ug mga amigo magsumbong batok kaninyo. Ug ang uban kaninyo patyon gayod nila. 17 Dumtan kamo sa tanan tungod kay kamo akong mga tinun-an. 18 Apan walay kadaot nga mahitabo kaninyo.[a] 19 Ug kon magpadayon kamo makaangkon kamo ug kinabuhi nga walay kataposan.

Papahawaa ang naa sa siyudad sa Jerusalem, ug kadtong atua sa uma ayaw na paadtoa sa Jerusalem. 22 Kay nianang mga adlawa silotan sa Dios ang Jerusalem aron sa pagtuman sa gi-ingon sa Kasulatan. 23 Nianang mga adlawa alaot ang mga mabdos ug ang mga inahan nga nagapasuso tungod kay maglisod sila sa pagkagiw. Dako nga pag-antos ang muabot niining dapita, kay dako ang kapungot sa Dios sa katawhan niini. 24 Ang uban kanila mangamatay sa gira, ug ang uban bihagon ug dad-on ngadto sa uban nga mga nasod. Ug kining siyudad sa Jerusalem pukanon ug dumalahon sa mga dili Judio hangtod matapos ang gitagal sa Dios.”

25 “Mahitabo usab nga may mga timailhan nga makita sa adlaw, sa bulan, ug sa mga bitoon. Dinhi sa kalibotan makuyawan ang mga nasod tungod sa dahunog sa dagkong mga balod. 26 Makuyapan ang mga tawo sa kahadlok kon unsa ang mahitabo niining kalibotan. Tungod kay ang mga bitoon ug ang uban nga atua sa kalangitan[b] pahisalaagon gikan sa ilang naandan nga agianan. 27 Unya ako nga Anak sa Tawo makita diha sa mga panganod nga moanhi sa kalibotan uban sa gahom nga nagadan-ag gayod. 28 Kon magsugod na kini nga mga panghitabo, ayaw kamo kahadlok tungod kay duol na ang pagluwas kaninyo.”

29 Unya gisuginlan sila ni Jesus niini nga sambingay: “Tan-awa ninyo ang kahoy nga igos ug ang uban pang mga kahoy. 30 Kon makita nato nga nanalingsing na, dili ba moingon kita nga hapit na ang ting-init? 31 Sa ingon usab nga pamaagi, kon makita ninyo nga nangahitabo na kining akong gisulti kaninyo, mahibaloan ninyo nga hapit na ang paghari sa Dios. 32 Sa pagkatinuod, matuman kining tanan sa dili pa mamatay ang mga tawo niining panahona. 33 Mawala ang langit ug ang yuta, apan ang akong mga pulong dili mawala kondili matuman gayod.

34 “Busa bantayi ninyo ang inyong kaugalingon nga dili mawili sa pagkinabuhi nga mapatuyangon, sa paghubog, ug sa pagkabalaka sa inyong panginabuhi, kay basin kalit lang muabot kadtong adlawa nga dili kamo makabantay, ug sama unya kamo sa nalit-agan. 35 Kay sa kalit lang muabot kini sa tanan nga nagpuyo dinhi sa kalibotan. 36 Busa kanunay kamong mangandam ug mag-ampo nga kon mahitabo na kining tanan, may kalig-on kamo aron makalingkawas kamo niining panghitabo, ug makaatubang kamo nga dili maulaw kanako nga Anak sa Tawo.”
37 Sa adlaw mag-adtoan si Jesus sa templo aron magtudlo. Pagkagabii, didto siya magtulogan sa Bukid sa mga Olibo. 38 Sayo pa sa buntag mangadto na ang mga tawo sa templo aron sa pagpaminaw kaniya.
