19 耶稣进了耶利哥，正经过的时候， 2 有一个人名叫撒该，做税吏长，是个财主， 3 他要看看耶稣是怎样的人。只因人多，他的身量又矮，所以不得看见。 4 就跑到前头，爬上桑树，要看耶稣，因为耶稣必从那里经过。 5 耶稣到了那里，抬头一看，对他说：“撒该，快下来！今天我必住在你家里。” 6 他就急忙下来，欢欢喜喜地接待耶稣。 7 众人看见，都私下议论说：“他竟到罪人家里去住宿！” 8 撒该站着对主说：“主啊，我把所有的一半给穷人，我若讹诈了谁，就还他四倍。” 9 耶稣说：“今天救恩到了这家，因为他也是亚伯拉罕的子孙。 10 人子来，为要寻找、拯救失丧的人。”
交银于十仆的比喻
11 众人正在听见这些话的时候，耶稣因为将近耶路撒冷，又因他们以为神的国快要显出来，就另设一个比喻，说： 12 “有一个贵胄往远方去，要得国回来。 13 便叫了他的十个仆人来，交给他们十锭[a]银子，说：‘你们去做生意，直等我回来。’ 14 他本国的人却恨他，打发使者随后去说：‘我们不愿意这个人做我们的王。’ 15 他既得国回来，就吩咐叫那领银子的仆人来，要知道他们做生意赚了多少。 16 头一个上来，说：‘主啊，你的一锭银子已经赚了十锭。’ 17 主人说：‘好，良善的仆人！你既在最小的事上有忠心，可以有权柄管十座城。’ 18 第二个来，说：‘主啊，你的一锭银子已经赚了五锭。’ 19 主人说：‘你也可以管五座城。’ 20 又有一个来，说：‘主啊，看哪，你的一锭银子在这里，我把它包在手巾里存着。 21 我原是怕你，因为你是严厉的人，没有放下的还要去拿，没有种下的还要去收。’ 22 主人对他说：‘你这恶仆！我要凭你的口定你的罪。你既知道我是严厉的人，没有放下的还要去拿，没有种下的还要去收， 23 为什么不把我的银子交给银行，等我来的时候，连本带利都可以要回来呢？’ 24 就对旁边站着的人说：‘夺过他这一锭来，给那有十锭的！’ 25 他们说：‘主啊，他已经有十锭了。’ 26 主人说：‘我告诉你们：凡有的，还要加给他；没有的，连他所有的也要夺过来。 27 至于我那些仇敌，不要我做他们王的，把他们拉来，在我面前杀了吧！’”
主骑驴进耶路撒冷
28 耶稣说完了这话，就在前面走，上耶路撒冷去。
29 将近伯法其和伯大尼，在一座山名叫橄榄山那里，就打发两个门徒，说： 30 “你们往对面村子里去，进去的时候，必看见一匹驴驹拴在那里，是从来没有人骑过的，可以解开牵来。 31 若有人问为什么解它，你们就说：‘主要用它。’” 32 打发的人去了，所遇见的正如耶稣所说的。 33 他们解驴驹的时候，主人问他们说：“解驴驹做什么？” 34 他们说：“主要用它。” 35 他们牵到耶稣那里，把自己的衣服搭在上面，扶着耶稣骑上。 36 走的时候，众人把衣服铺在路上。 37 将近耶路撒冷，正下橄榄山的时候，众门徒因所见过的一切异能都欢乐起来，大声赞美神， 38 说：“奉主名来的王是应当称颂的！在天上有和平，在至高之处有荣光！” 39 众人中有几个法利赛人对耶稣说：“夫子，责备你的门徒吧！” 40 耶稣说：“我告诉你们，若是他们闭口不说，这些石头必要呼叫起来！”
为耶路撒冷哀哭
41 耶稣快到耶路撒冷，看见城，就为它哀哭， 42 说：“巴不得你在这日子知道关系你平安的事，无奈这事现在是隐藏的，叫你的眼看不出来。 43 因为日子将到，你的仇敌必筑起土垒，周围环绕你，四面困住你， 44 并要扫灭你和你里头的儿女，连一块石头也不留在石头上，因你不知道眷顾你的时候。”
洁净圣殿
45 耶稣进了殿，赶出里头做买卖的人， 46 对他们说：“经上说：‘我的殿必做祷告的殿’，你们倒使它成为贼窝了！”
47 耶稣天天在殿里教训人。祭司长和文士与百姓的尊长都想要杀他， 48 但寻不出法子来，因为百姓都侧耳听他。

Zacchaeus the Tax Collector
19 Jesus entered Jericho(A) and was passing through. 2 A man was there by the name of Zacchaeus; he was a chief tax collector and was wealthy. 3 He wanted to see who Jesus was, but because he was short he could not see over the crowd. 4 So he ran ahead and climbed a sycamore-fig(B) tree to see him, since Jesus was coming that way.(C)
5 When Jesus reached the spot, he looked up and said to him, “Zacchaeus, come down immediately. I must stay at your house today.” 6 So he came down at once and welcomed him gladly.
7 All the people saw this and began to mutter, “He has gone to be the guest of a sinner.”(D)
8 But Zacchaeus stood up and said to the Lord,(E) “Look, Lord! Here and now I give half of my possessions to the poor, and if I have cheated anybody out of anything,(F) I will pay back four times the amount.”(G)
9 Jesus said to him, “Today salvation has come to this house, because this man, too, is a son of Abraham.(H) 10 For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”(I)
The Parable of the Ten Minas(J)
11 While they were listening to this, he went on to tell them a parable, because he was near Jerusalem and the people thought that the kingdom of God(K) was going to appear at once.(L) 12 He said: “A man of noble birth went to a distant country to have himself appointed king and then to return. 13 So he called ten of his servants(M) and gave them ten minas.[a] ‘Put this money to work,’ he said, ‘until I come back.’
14 “But his subjects hated him and sent a delegation after him to say, ‘We don’t want this man to be our king.’
15 “He was made king, however, and returned home. Then he sent for the servants to whom he had given the money, in order to find out what they had gained with it.
16 “The first one came and said, ‘Sir, your mina has earned ten more.’
17 “‘Well done, my good servant!’(N) his master replied. ‘Because you have been trustworthy in a very small matter, take charge of ten cities.’(O)
18 “The second came and said, ‘Sir, your mina has earned five more.’
19 “His master answered, ‘You take charge of five cities.’
20 “Then another servant came and said, ‘Sir, here is your mina; I have kept it laid away in a piece of cloth. 21 I was afraid of you, because you are a hard man. You take out what you did not put in and reap what you did not sow.’(P)
22 “His master replied, ‘I will judge you by your own words,(Q) you wicked servant! You knew, did you, that I am a hard man, taking out what I did not put in, and reaping what I did not sow?(R) 23 Why then didn’t you put my money on deposit, so that when I came back, I could have collected it with interest?’
24 “Then he said to those standing by, ‘Take his mina away from him and give it to the one who has ten minas.’
25 “‘Sir,’ they said, ‘he already has ten!’
26 “He replied, ‘I tell you that to everyone who has, more will be given, but as for the one who has nothing, even what they have will be taken away.(S) 27 But those enemies of mine who did not want me to be king over them—bring them here and kill them in front of me.’”
Jesus Comes to Jerusalem as King(T)(U)
28 After Jesus had said this, he went on ahead, going up to Jerusalem.(V) 29 As he approached Bethphage and Bethany(W) at the hill called the Mount of Olives,(X) he sent two of his disciples, saying to them, 30 “Go to the village ahead of you, and as you enter it, you will find a colt tied there, which no one has ever ridden. Untie it and bring it here. 31 If anyone asks you, ‘Why are you untying it?’ say, ‘The Lord needs it.’”
32 Those who were sent ahead went and found it just as he had told them.(Y) 33 As they were untying the colt, its owners asked them, “Why are you untying the colt?”
34 They replied, “The Lord needs it.”
35 They brought it to Jesus, threw their cloaks on the colt and put Jesus on it. 36 As he went along, people spread their cloaks(Z) on the road.
37 When he came near the place where the road goes down the Mount of Olives,(AA) the whole crowd of disciples began joyfully to praise God in loud voices for all the miracles they had seen:
“Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!”(AC)
39 Some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to Jesus, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples!”(AD)
40 “I tell you,” he replied, “if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out.”(AE)
41 As he approached Jerusalem and saw the city, he wept over it(AF) 42 and said, “If you, even you, had only known on this day what would bring you peace—but now it is hidden from your eyes. 43 The days will come upon you when your enemies will build an embankment against you and encircle you and hem you in on every side.(AG) 44 They will dash you to the ground, you and the children within your walls.(AH) They will not leave one stone on another,(AI) because you did not recognize the time of God’s coming(AJ) to you.”
Jesus at the Temple(AK)
45 When Jesus entered the temple courts, he began to drive out those who were selling. 46 “It is written,” he said to them, “‘My house will be a house of prayer’[c];(AL) but you have made it ‘a den of robbers.’[d]”(AM)
47 Every day he was teaching at the temple.(AN) But the chief priests, the teachers of the law and the leaders among the people were trying to kill him.(AO) 48 Yet they could not find any way to do it, because all the people hung on his words.

삭개오가 주님을 영접함
19 예수님이 여리고에 들어가 거리를 지나가고 계셨다.
2 마침 거기 삭개오라는 사람이 있었다. 그는 세관장이며 부자였다.
3 그는 예수님이 어떤 분인지 보려고 하였으나 키가 작은 데다 사람들이 너무 많아서 볼 수가 없었다.
4 그래서 그는 예수님이 지나가시려는 길을 앞질러 달려가서 그분을 보려고 [a]길가에 있는 뽕나무에 올라갔다.
5 예수님이 그 곳에 이르러 그를 쳐다보시며 “삭개오야, 어서 내려오너라. 오늘 내가 네 집에 머물러야겠다” 하고 말씀하시자
6 삭개오는 급히 내려와 기뻐하며 예수님을 영접하였다.
7 사람들은 이것을 보고 “저분이 죄인의 집에 들어가 대접을 받다니” 하며 모두 수군거렸다.
8 삭개오는 일어서서 주님께 이렇게 말하였다. “주님, 제 재산의 절반을 가난한 사람들에게 나누어 주겠습니다. 그리고 제가 남의 것을 속여 뺏은 것이 있으면 4배로 갚겠습니다.”
9 그러자 예수님이 삭개오에게 말씀하셨다. “오늘 이 집에 구원이 찾아왔다. 이 사람도 아브라함의 자손이기 때문이다.
10 [b]나는 잃어버린 사람들을 찾아 구원하러 왔다.”
열 므나의 비유
11 예수님이 예루살렘 가까이 오셨고 또 사람들은 하나님의 나라가 곧 나타날 것으로 생각하고 있었기 때문에 예수님은 그들이 이 말씀을 듣고 있을 때 비유를 들어
12 다시 말씀하셨다. “어떤 귀족이 왕위를 받아오려고 먼 나라로 가게 되었다.
13 그래서 그는 열 명의 종을 불러 한 [c]므나씩 나누어 주면서 ‘내가 돌아올 때까지 이 돈으로 장사를 하라’ 하였다.
14 그러나 그의 백성은 그를 미워하여 대표단을 뒤따라 보내 ‘우리는 이 사람이 우리 왕이 되는 것을 원하지 않습니다’ 하였다.
15 “그 귀족은 왕위를 받아 가지고 돌아와서 돈을 맡긴 종들이 장사를 어떻게 했는지 알아보려고 그들을 불렀다.
16 그러자 첫번째 종이 와서 ‘주인님, 저는 한 므나로 열 므나를 벌었습니다’ 하고 말하였다.
17 그래서 주인이 그에게 ‘잘하였다, 착한 종아. 네가 아주 작은 일에 충실하였으니 네게 열 도시를 다스리는 권한을 주겠다’ 하였다.
18 두 번째 종은 와서 ‘주인님, 저는 한 므나로 다섯 므나를 벌었습니다’ 하고 말하였다.
19 그래서 주인은 그에게도 ‘네게 다섯 도시를 다스리는 권한을 주겠다’ 하였다.
20 그런데 다른 종은 와서 이렇게 말하였다. ‘주인님, 주인님의 한 므나가 여기 있습니다. 내가 이것을 수건에 싸서 잘 간수하였습니다.
21 주인님은 지독한 분이시기 때문에 내가 주인님을 두려워하여 그렇게 했습니다. 주인님은 [d]남의 것을 빼앗아 가고, 심지도 않은 것을 거둬들이십니다.’
22 그러자 주인이 그에게 말하였다. ‘이 악 한 종아, 내가 네 말로 너를 판단한다. 너는 내가 남의 것이나 빼앗고 심지도 않은 것을 거둬들이는 지독한 사람인 줄로 알았느냐?
23 그렇다면 왜 내 돈을 은행에 맡기지 않았느냐? 그랬더라면 내가 돌아왔을 때 이자와 원금을 함께 받을 수 있지 않았겠느냐?’
24 그러고서 주인은 곁에 선 사람들에게 ‘그에게서 한 므나를 빼앗아 열 므나 가진 사람에게 주어라’ 하고 말하였다.
25 그러자 사람들이 ‘주인님, 그에게는 이미 열 므나가 있습니다’ 하였다.
26 그래서 주인이 대답하였다. ‘내가 너희에게 말하지만 누구든지 있는 사람은 더 받을 것이고 없는 사람은 있는 것마저 빼앗길 것이다.
27 그리고 너희는 내가 왕 되는 것을 원치 않던 저 원수들을 이리 끌어다가 내 앞에서 죽여라.’ ”
예루살렘 도착
28 예수님은 이 말씀을 하시고 앞장서서 예루살렘을 향해 가셨다.
29 감람산 기슭 벳바게와 베다니에 이르렀을 때 예수님은 두 제자를 보내시며
30 이렇게 말씀하셨다. “너희는 맞은편 마을로 가거라. 거기에 가면 아무도 타 보지 않은 나귀 새끼 한 마리가 매여 있을 것이다. 풀어서 이리 끌고 오너라.
31 만일 누가 ‘왜 나귀를 푸시오?’ 하고 묻거든 ‘주님이 쓰십니다’ 하여라.”
32 그들이 가 보니 예수님이 말씀하신 대로 나귀 새끼가 매여 있었다.
33 그래서 그들이 나귀 새끼를 풀자 주인이 “왜 나귀 새끼를 푸시오?” 하고 물었다.
34 제자들은 “주님이 쓰십니다” 하고
35 그 나귀를 끌고 와 자기들의 겉옷을 나귀 등에 펴고 예수님을 태웠다.
36 예수님이 나귀를 타고 가시자 사람들은 겉옷을 벗어 길에 폈다.
37 예수님이 감람산 비탈길 가까이 오셨을 때 수많은 제자들이 자기들이 본 모든 기적에 대하여 기뻐하며 큰 소리로 하나님을 찬양하여
38 “주의 이름으로 오시는 왕이 복이 있다! 하늘에는 평화! 가장 높은 곳에는 영광!” 하고 외쳤다.
39 그러자 군중 가운데 끼어 있던 몇몇 바리새파 사람들이 예수님께 “선생님, 당신의 제자들을 책망하십시오” 하였다.
40 그래서 예수님이 “내가 너희에게 말하지만 이 사람들이 잠잠하면 돌들이 소리지를 것이다” 하고 말씀하셨다.
41 예수님은 예루살렘 가까이 오셔서 그 도시를 바라보고 우시면서
42 이렇게 말씀하셨다. “너도 오늘날 너에게 평화를 가져다 주는 것이 무엇인지 알았더라면 좋았을 텐데. 그러나 지금 그것이 너에게 숨겨져 있구나.
43 네 원수들이 너를 향해 둑을 쌓고 사방으로 너를 포위하여
44 너와 네 자녀들을 [e]완전히 멸망시키고 돌 하나도 그대로 남겨 두지 않을 때가 올 것이다. 이것은 [f]하나님이 너에게 찾아온 때를 네가 알지 못했기 때문이다.”
성전에서 된 일
45 예수님은 성전에 들어가 장사하는 사람들을 쫓아내시며
46 “[g]‘내 성전은 기도하는 집이다’ 라고 성경에 쓰여 있는데 너희는 이 집을 강도의 소굴로 만들었다” 하고 말씀하셨다.
47 예수님이 날마다 성전에서 가르치시자 대제사장들과 율법학자들과 백성의 지도자들이 예수님을 죽이려고 하였다.
48 그러나 모든 백성이 예수님의 말씀을 열심히 듣고 있었기 때문에 그들은 어떻게 할 수가 없었다.
