恒心祷告
18 耶稣讲了一个比喻来教导门徒要常常祷告，不要灰心。
2 祂说：“某城有一位既不敬畏上帝也不尊重人的审判官。 3 那城里有一位寡妇常常来哀求这位审判官，说，‘求你为我申冤，惩办我的对头。’ 4 审判官总是充耳不闻，但后来心里想，‘虽然我不怕上帝，也不在乎人， 5 可是这寡妇一直来烦我，还是替她申冤好了，免得她再来烦我！’”
6 主接着说：“你们听，这不义的审判官尚且这么说， 7 难道上帝听到祂拣选的人昼夜呼求，不替他们申冤吗？难道祂会一直耽延不理吗？ 8 我告诉你们，祂必很快为他们申冤。不过当人子来的时候，在世上找得到有信心的人吗？”
两种祷告
9 耶稣对那些自以为义、藐视别人的人讲了一个比喻： 10 “有两个人到圣殿里祷告，一个是法利赛人，一个是税吏。 11 法利赛人站在那里自言自语地祷告说，‘上帝啊！我感谢你，因为我不像别人那样勒索、不义、通奸，也不像这税吏。 12 我每周禁食两次，奉献全部收入的十分之一。’
13 “但那税吏却远远地站着，连头也不敢抬起来，捶着胸说，‘上帝啊，求你怜悯我这个罪人！’
14 “我告诉你们，二人回家后，被上帝算为义的是税吏而不是法利赛人，因为自高的人必遭贬抑，谦卑的人必得尊荣。”
祝福孩子
15 有许多人把婴孩带来要让耶稣摸一摸他们，为他们祝福，门徒看见，就责备这些人。 16 耶稣却招呼他们过来，并对门徒说：“让小孩子到我这里来，不要阻止他们，因为上帝的国属于这样的人。 17 我实在告诉你们，人若不像小孩子一样接受上帝的国，绝不能进去。”
富豪求问永生
18 一位官长问耶稣：“良善的老师，我该做什么才能承受永生？”
19 耶稣说：“你为什么称呼我‘良善的老师’呢？只有上帝是良善的。 20 你知道‘不可通奸，不可杀人，不可偷盗，不可作伪证，要孝敬父母’这些诫命”。
21 那人说：“我从小就遵行这些诫命。”
22 耶稣听了就对他说：“你还有一件事没有做，就是变卖你所有的产业，分给穷人，你必有财宝存在天上，然后你还要来跟从我。” 23 那人听了，极其忧愁，因为他非常富有。
24 耶稣见状，就说；“有钱人进上帝的国真难啊！ 25 骆驼穿过针眼比有钱人进上帝的国还容易呢！”
26 听见的人就问：“这样，谁能得救呢？”
27 耶稣回答说：“对人而言，这不可能，但对上帝而言，凡事都可能。”
28 彼得说：“你看！我们已经撇下一切来跟从你了。”
29 耶稣说：“我实在告诉你们，任何人为了上帝的国而撇下房屋、妻子、弟兄、父母或儿女， 30 今世必得百倍的奖赏，来世必得永生。”
再次预言受害和复活
31 耶稣把十二使徒带到一边，对他们说：“你们要留意，我们现在前往耶路撒冷，先知书上有关人子的记载都要应验， 32 人子将被交在外族人的手里，被他们嘲弄、虐待、吐唾沫、 33 鞭打和杀害，但第三天祂必复活。” 34 使徒却一点也不明白，因为这番话的含意是隐藏的，他们听不明白。
治愈耶利哥的瞎子
35 耶稣快到耶利哥的时候，有一个瞎子坐在路旁讨饭。 36 他听见许多人经过，就询问是怎么回事。 37 有人告诉他是拿撒勒人耶稣经过此地， 38 他就高声呼喊：“大卫的后裔耶稣啊，可怜我吧！”
39 走在前面的人责备他，让他安静，但他反而叫得更大声：“大卫的后裔啊，可怜我吧！”
40 耶稣停下脚步，命人把他带过来，然后问他： 41 “你要我为你做什么？”
他说：“主啊！我想能够看见。”
42 耶稣对他说：“你看见吧！你的信心救了你。” 43 他立刻得见光明，并跟随耶稣，一路赞美上帝。目睹这事的人也都赞美上帝。

祈り続けなさい
18 ある日、イエスは弟子たちに、いつでも祈り、また答えられるまで祈り続けることを教えようと、一つのたとえを話されました。 2 「ある町に、少しも神を恐れず、人を人とも思わない裁判官がいました。 3 同じ町に住む一人の未亡人が、たびたびこの裁判官のところへ押しかけ、『訴えられて困っています。どうか私を守ってください』と願い出ました。 4-5 裁判官はしばらくの間、相手にしませんでしたが、あまりのしつこさに我慢できなくなり、心の中でこう考えました。『私は神だろうが人間だろうがこわくないが、あの女ときたらうるさくてかなわない。しかたがない。裁判をしてやることにしよう。そうすれば、もうわずらわしい思いをしなくてすむだろう。』」 6 主は続けて言われました。「このように、悪徳裁判官でさえ音を上げてしまうのなら、 7 まして神は、昼も夜もひたすら訴え続ける信者たちを、必ず正しく取り扱ってくださるはずです。そうは思いませんか。 8 神はすぐにも答えてくださるのです。ただ問題は、メシヤのわたしが帰って来る時、いったいどれだけの人が信仰を持って祈り続けているかです。」
9 それから、自分を正しい者とし、他人を軽蔑する人たちに、こんな話をなさいました。 10 「二人の男が祈るために神殿へ行きました。一人は自尊心が強く、あくまで自分を正しいと主張するパリサイ人、もう一人は、人のお金をだまし取る取税人でした。 11 パリサイ人は心の中で祈りました。『神様。ありがとうございます。私はほかの人々、特に、ここにいる取税人のような罪人ではありません。人をだましたこともなければ、姦淫したこともありません。 12 一週間に二回は必ず断食し、全収入の十分の一もきちんと献金しています。』 13 一方、取税人は遠く離れて立ち、目を伏せ、悲しみのあまり胸をたたきながら、『神様。罪人の私をあわれんでください』と叫びました。 14 よく言っておきますが、罪を赦されて帰ったのは、パリサイ人ではなく、この罪人のほうです。高慢な者は卑しい者とされ、謙遜な者には大きな名誉が与えられるのです。」
15 ある日のことです。イエスにさわって祝福していただこうと、人々が子どもたちを連れて来ました。ところが弟子たちはそれを見て、じゃまだとしかりました。 16 するとイエスは、子どもたちを呼び寄せ、弟子たちに言われました。「いいから、子どもたちを自由に来させなさい。追い返してはいけません。 17 神の国は、この子どもたちのように、素直に信じる心を持っている人たちのものなのです。」
天国に入るには
18 ある時、一人のユダヤ教の指導者がイエスに尋ねました。「先生。あなたは尊いお方です。そこでお聞きしたいのですが、永遠のいのちを受けるにはどうすればよいのでしょう。」 19 「わたしのことを『尊い』と言うのですか。それがどういうことか、わかっていますか。尊い方は、ただ神お一人だけです。 20 それはそれとして、質問に答えましょう。モーセの戒めはよく知っていますね。『姦淫してはいけない。殺してはいけない。盗んではいけない。うそをついてはいけない。父と母を敬え』とあります。」 21 すると、彼は言いました。「子どものころから、戒めはきちんと守ってきました。」 22 「でも、あなたには一つだけ欠けたところがあります。財産を全部売り払って、貧しい人たちに分けてあげなさい。天に宝をたくわえるのです。それから、わたしについて来なさい。」 23 このイエスのことばに、その人は肩を落として立ち去りました。たいへんな金持ちだったからです。 24 そのうしろ姿を見つめていたイエスは、弟子たちに言われました。「金持ちが神の国に入るのは、なんとむずかしいことでしょう。 25 それよりは、らくだが針の穴を通るほうが、よほどやさしいのです。」 26 これには弟子たちも驚き、思わずことばを返しました。「そんなにむずかしいのですか。だとしたら、救われる人などいるでしょうか。」 27 「人にはできません。だが、神にはできるのです。」 28 すかさずペテロが口をはさみました。「私たちは家も捨てて、お従いしました。」 29 「そうです。あなたがたのように、神の国のために、家、妻、兄弟、両親、子どもを捨てた者はだれでも、 30 この世ではその何倍もの報いを受け、やがて来る世では、永遠のいのちまでいただけるのです。」
31 ここでイエスは、十二人の弟子たちをそばに呼び寄せ、特に言って聞かせました。「あなたがたも知っているように、わたしたちはエルサレムへ行くところです。そこで、昔の預言者たちのことばどおりのことが、わたしの身に起こります。 32 わたしは外国人の手に渡され、あざけられ、侮辱され、つばをかけられ、 33 むち打たれ、ついには殺されますが、三日目に復活するのです。」 34 ところが弟子たちには、イエスの言われることが全く理解できず、「先生はきっと、なぞをかけておられるのだろう」としか考えられませんでした。
35 ほどなくエリコという町に近づくと、盲人が一人、道ばたに座り込み、通りがかりの人に物ごいをしていました。 36 大ぜいの人があわただしく通り過ぎ、あたりの様子がざわついてきたので、いったいどうしたのかと思った盲人は、そばにいた人をつかまえて尋ねました。 37 すると、ナザレのイエスがお通りになると言います。 38 盲人は、この時とばかり大声で訴えました。「イエス様！ ダビデ王の子よ！ どうぞ、私にあわれみを！」 39 イエスの前を進んで来た人たちが黙らせようとしましたが、そうすればするほど、ますます大声で叫び立てます。「ダビデ王の子よ！ あわれみを！」 40 その時、イエスは足を止め、「あの人を連れて来なさい」と言われました。 41 それから、彼にお尋ねになりました。「わたしにどうしてほしいのですか。」「主よ。見えるようになりたいのです！」 42 「さあ、見えるようになりなさい。あなたの信仰があなたを治したのです。」 43 その瞬間、彼の目は見えるようになりました。そして、心から神をほめたたえながら、イエスについて行きました。この出来事を見ていた人たちもみな、神を賛美しました。

Parábola de la viuda insistente
18 Jesús les contó una parábola a sus discípulos para enseñarles que debían orar siempre y sin desanimarse. 2 Les dijo: «En un pueblo había un juez que no temía a Dios ni respetaba a nadie. 3 En ese mismo pueblo vivía una viuda que no se cansaba de decirle: “Hágame usted justicia contra mi enemigo”. 4 Al principio el juez no le hizo caso, pero después de un tiempo pensó: “Aunque no temo a Dios ni respeto a nadie, 5 esta mujer ya me tiene cansado. Para que me deje tranquilo, le haré justicia”».
6 Y el Señor siguió diciendo: «Piensen en lo que dijo el juez malo. 7 ¿No creen ustedes que Dios hará justicia a los que él ha escogido y que claman a él día y noche? ¿Se tardará él en responderles? 8 Yo les aseguro que él les hará justicia sin tardar. Pero cuando el Hijo del hombre venga, ¿encontrará fe en la tierra?».
Parábola del fariseo y del recaudador de impuestos
9 Jesús les contó esta parábola a unos que se creían muy justos y despreciaban a los demás: 10 «Dos hombres fueron al templo a orar. Uno de ellos era fariseo y el otro, un cobrador de impuestos. 11 El fariseo, de pie, oraba así: “Dios, te doy gracias porque no soy como otros hombres que son ladrones, malhechores, adúlteros; ni mucho menos soy como este cobrador de impuestos. 12 Ayuno dos veces a la semana y te doy la décima parte de todo lo que gano”. 13 El cobrador de impuestos, en cambio, se quedó a cierta distancia y ni siquiera se atrevía a levantar los ojos al cielo. Se golpeaba el pecho y decía: “¡Dios mío, ten compasión de mí, que soy pecador!”.
14 »Les aseguro que este, y no el fariseo, regresó a su casa habiendo sido perdonado por Dios. Porque el que se engrandece a sí mismo será humillado, y el que se humilla será engrandecido».
Jesús y los niños
15 También le llevaron a Jesús niños pequeños para que los tocara. Sus discípulos, al ver esto, comenzaron a reprender a quienes los llevaron. 16 Pero Jesús llamó a los niños y les dijo a los discípulos: «Dejen que los niños vengan a mí, y no se lo impidan, porque el reino de Dios es de aquellos que son como ellos. 17 Les aseguro que el que no reciba el reino de Dios como lo recibe un niño, no entrará en él».
El dirigente rico
18 Uno de los jefes de los judíos le preguntó:
―Maestro bueno, ¿qué debo hacer para tener la vida eterna?
19 Jesús le respondió:
―¿Por qué dices que soy bueno? Dios es el único que es bueno. 20 Tú ya conoces los mandamientos: “No cometas adulterio, no mates, no robes, no digas mentiras para hacerle daño a nadie, respeta a tu padre y a tu madre”.
21 El hombre le dijo:
―Todo esto lo he cumplido desde que era joven.
22 Jesús le respondió:
―Hay una cosa que todavía no has hecho: vende todo lo que tienes y repártelo entre los pobres. Así tendrás un tesoro en el cielo. Cuando lo hayas hecho, ven y sígueme.
23 Al oír el hombre esto, se puso muy triste, pues era muy rico. 24 Cuando Jesús lo vio tan triste, dijo:
―¡Qué difícil es para los ricos entrar en el reino de Dios! 25 En verdad, es más fácil que un camello pase por el ojo de una aguja que un rico entre en el reino de Dios.
26 Los que oyeron esto preguntaron:
―Entonces, ¿quién podrá salvarse?
27 Jesús les respondió:
―Lo que es imposible para los hombres es posible para Dios.
28 Pedro le dijo:
―Pues nosotros hemos dejado todo para seguirte.
29 Jesús les respondió:
―Y yo les aseguro que todo el que haya dejado su casa, su esposa, sus hermanos, sus padres o sus hijos por causa del reino de Dios, 30 recibirá mucho más en este tiempo, y en la vida venidera recibirá la vida eterna.
Jesús predice de nuevo su muerte
31 Entonces Jesús se reunió aparte con los doce y les dijo: «Ahora vamos camino a Jerusalén. Allí se cumplirá todo lo que los profetas escribieron acerca del Hijo del hombre. 32 Lo van a entregar a los gentiles, y estos se van a burlar de él. Lo van a insultar y a escupir. 33 Después lo azotarán y, por último, lo matarán. Pero al tercer día resucitará».
34 Los discípulos no entendieron nada de esto, ni sabían de qué les hablaba.
Un mendigo ciego recibe la vista
35 Cuando Jesús se acercaba a Jericó, un ciego estaba sentado junto al camino pidiendo limosna. 36 Al oír que pasaba mucha gente, preguntó qué sucedía. 37 Le respondieron:
―Jesús de Nazaret está pasando por aquí. 38 Entonces el ciego gritó:
―¡Jesús, Hijo de David, ten compasión de mí!
39 Los que iban delante lo reprendían para que se callara, pero él gritó todavía más fuerte:
―¡Hijo de David, ten compasión de mí!
40 Jesús se detuvo y mandó que lo trajeran a su presencia.
Cuando el ciego se acercó, Jesús le preguntó:
41 ―¿Qué quieres que haga por ti?
―Señor, quiero que me des la vista.
42 Jesús le dijo:
―¡Recibe la vista! Tu fe te ha sanado.
43 En ese mismo instante el ciego recobró la vista. Se fue siguiendo a Jesús y alabando a Dios. Y toda la gente que vio esto también alababa a Dios.

King James Version
18 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;
2 Saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man:
3 And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary.
4 And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man;
5 Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me.
6 And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge saith.
7 And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them?
8 I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?
9 And he spake this parable unto certain which trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others:
10 Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican.
11 The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican.
12 I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess.
13 And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.
14 I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.
15 And they brought unto him also infants, that he would touch them: but when his disciples saw it, they rebuked them.
16 But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.
17 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein.
18 And a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?
19 And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, that is, God.
20 Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother.
21 And he said, All these have I kept from my youth up.
22 Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.
23 And when he heard this, he was very sorrowful: for he was very rich.
24 And when Jesus saw that he was very sorrowful, he said, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God!
25 For it is easier for a camel to go through a needle's eye, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.
26 And they that heard it said, Who then can be saved?
27 And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.
28 Then Peter said, Lo, we have left all, and followed thee.
29 And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or parents, or brethren, or wife, or children, for the kingdom of God's sake,
30 Who shall not receive manifold more in this present time, and in the world to come life everlasting.
31 Then he took unto him the twelve, and said unto them, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem, and all things that are written by the prophets concerning the Son of man shall be accomplished.
32 For he shall be delivered unto the Gentiles, and shall be mocked, and spitefully entreated, and spitted on:
33 And they shall scourge him, and put him to death: and the third day he shall rise again.
34 And they understood none of these things: and this saying was hid from them, neither knew they the things which were spoken.
35 And it came to pass, that as he was come nigh unto Jericho, a certain blind man sat by the way side begging:
36 And hearing the multitude pass by, he asked what it meant.
37 And they told him, that Jesus of Nazareth passeth by.
38 And he cried, saying, Jesus, thou son of David, have mercy on me.
39 And they which went before rebuked him, that he should hold his peace: but he cried so much the more, Thou son of David, have mercy on me.
40 And Jesus stood, and commanded him to be brought unto him: and when he was come near, he asked him,
41 Saying, What wilt thou that I shall do unto thee? And he said, Lord, that I may receive my sight.
42 And Jesus said unto him, Receive thy sight: thy faith hath saved thee.
43 And immediately he received his sight, and followed him, glorifying God: and all the people, when they saw it, gave praise unto God.
