8 当然不会，你是不是会对他说∶‘去给我做晚饭！戴上你的围裙，在我吃饭的时候伺候我，等我吃完了，你才可以吃喝。’呢？ 9 你会不会因为你的仆人执行了你的命令而感谢他呢？ 10 你们也是一样，当你们执行了吩咐你们去做的事情后，你们应该说∶‘我们不配受到特别的感谢，因为我们只不过是尽了我们自己的义务罢了。’”

9 Doth he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I trow not.
10 So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.
