3 耶穌就用比喻說： 4 「你們中間誰有一百隻羊失去一隻，不把這九十九隻撇在曠野，去找那失去的羊，直到找著呢？ 5 找著了，就歡歡喜喜地扛在肩上，回到家裡， 6 就請朋友鄰舍來，對他們說：『我失去的羊已經找著了，你們和我一同歡喜吧！』 7 我告訴你們：一個罪人悔改，在天上也要這樣為他歡喜，較比為九十九個不用悔改的義人歡喜更大。」

11 耶穌又說：「一個人有兩個兒子。 12 小兒子對父親說：『父親，請你把我應得的家業分給我。』他父親就把產業分給他們。 13 過了不多幾日，小兒子就把他一切所有的都收拾起來，往遠方去了。在那裡任意放蕩，浪費資財。 14 既耗盡了一切所有的，又遇著那地方大遭饑荒，就窮苦起來。 15 於是去投靠那地方的一個人，那人打發他到田裡去放豬。 16 他恨不得拿豬所吃的豆莢充飢，也沒有人給他。 17 他醒悟過來，就說：『我父親有多少的雇工，口糧有餘，我倒在這裡餓死嗎？ 18 我要起來，到我父親那裡去，向他說：「父親，我得罪了天，又得罪了你。 19 從今以後，我不配稱為你的兒子，把我當做一個雇工吧！」』 20 於是起來，往他父親那裡去。相離還遠，他父親看見，就動了慈心，跑去抱著他的頸項，連連與他親嘴。 21 兒子說：『父親，我得罪了天，又得罪了你。從今以後，我不配稱為你的兒子。』 22 父親卻吩咐僕人說：『把那上好的袍子快拿出來給他穿，把戒指戴在他指頭上，把鞋穿在他腳上， 23 把那肥牛犢牽來宰了，我們可以吃喝快樂！ 24 因為我這個兒子是死而復活，失而又得的。』他們就快樂起來。 25 那時，大兒子正在田裡。他回來，離家不遠，聽見作樂跳舞的聲音， 26 便叫過一個僕人來，問是什麼事。 27 僕人說：『你兄弟來了，你父親因為得他無災無病地回來，把肥牛犢宰了。』 28 大兒子卻生氣，不肯進去。他父親就出來勸他。 29 他對父親說：『我服侍你這多年，從來沒有違背過你的命，你並沒有給我一隻山羊羔，叫我和朋友一同快樂。 30 但你這個兒子和娼妓吞盡了你的產業，他一來了，你倒為他宰了肥牛犢！』 31 父親對他說：『兒啊！你常和我同在，我一切所有的都是你的。 32 只是你這個兄弟是死而復活、失而又得的，所以我們理當歡喜快樂。』」

3 耶穌給他們講了一個比喻： 4 「如果你們有人有一百隻羊，走失了一隻，難道他不暫時把那九十九隻留在草場上，去找那隻迷失的羊，一直到找著為止嗎？ 5 他找到後，會歡歡喜喜地把那隻羊扛回家， 6 並邀來朋友鄰居，說，『我走失的羊找到了，來和我一同慶祝吧！』 7 我告訴你們，同樣，一個罪人悔改，在天上也要這樣為他歡喜，甚至比有九十九個不用悔改的義人還歡喜。

22 「父親卻對奴僕說，『趕快拿最好的袍子來給他穿上，給他戴上戒指，穿上鞋， 23 把那隻肥牛犢牽來宰了，讓我們一同歡宴慶祝！ 24 因我這兒子是死而復活、失而復得的。』於是他們歡宴慶祝。
25 「那時，大兒子正在田間。當他回來還沒到門口，就聽見家裡傳出奏樂跳舞的聲音。 26 他叫來一個奴僕問個究竟。
27 「奴僕回答說，『你弟弟回來了！你父親因他無災無難地回來，特地宰了那隻肥牛犢。』 28 大兒子很生氣，不肯進去。父親就出來勸他。
29 「他對父親說，『你看，我伺候你這麼多年，從來沒有違背過你的命令，可是你沒有給過我一隻羊羔，讓我和朋友一同歡宴。 30 但你這個兒子在娼妓身上耗盡家財，一回來，你倒為他宰了肥牛犢！』

The Parable of the Lost Sheep
15 Now (A)the tax collectors and sinners were all drawing near to hear him. 2 And the Pharisees and the scribes (B)grumbled, saying, (C)“This man receives sinners and (D)eats with them.”
3 So he told them this parable: 4 (E)“What man of you, having a hundred sheep, (F)if he has lost one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine (G)in the open country, and (H)go after the one that is lost, until he finds it? 5 And when he has found it, (I)he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing. 6 And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and his neighbors, saying to them, ‘Rejoice with me, for (J)I have found my sheep that was lost.’ 7 Just so, I tell you, there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who (K)repents than over ninety-nine (L)righteous persons who need no repentance.

8 “Or what woman, having ten silver coins,[a] if she loses one coin, does not light a lamp and sweep the house and seek diligently until she finds it? 9 And when she has found it, she calls together her friends and neighbors, saying, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found the coin that I had lost.’ 10 Just so, I tell you, there is joy before (M)the angels of God over one sinner who repents.”

11 And he said, “There was a man who had two sons. 12 And the younger of them said to his father, ‘Father, give me (N)the share of property that is coming to me.’ And he divided (O)his property between them. 13 Not many days later, the younger son gathered all he had and took a journey into a far country, and there he squandered his property in (P)reckless living. 14 And when he had spent everything, a severe famine arose in that country, and he began to be in need. 15 So he went and hired himself out to[b] one of the citizens of that country, who sent him into his fields to feed pigs. 16 And he (Q)was longing to be fed with the pods that the pigs ate, and no one gave him anything.
17 “But (R)when he (S)came to himself, he said, ‘How many of my father's hired servants have more than enough bread, but I perish here with hunger! 18 I will arise and go to my father, and I will say to him, “Father, (T)I have sinned against (U)heaven and before you. 19 (V)I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Treat me as one of your hired servants.”’ 20 And he arose and came to his father. But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and felt compassion, and (W)ran and (X)embraced him and (Y)kissed him. 21 And the son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you. 25 “Now his older son was in the field, and as he came and drew near to the house, he heard music and dancing. 26 And he called one of the servants and asked what these things meant. 27 And he said to him, ‘Your brother has come, and your father has killed the fattened calf, because he has received him back safe and sound.’ 28 But he was angry and refused to go in. His father came out and entreated him, 29 but he answered his father, ‘Look, these many years I have served you, and I never disobeyed your command, yet you never gave me a young goat, that I might (AG)celebrate with my friends. 30 But when this son of yours came, (AH)who has devoured (AI)your property with prostitutes, you killed the fattened calf for him!’ 31 And he said to him, ‘Son, (AJ)you are always with me, and all that is mine is yours. 32 It was fitting (AK)to celebrate and be glad, for this your brother (AL)was dead, and is alive; he was lost, and is found.’”
