5 我要指示你們該懼怕的是誰：你們當懼怕那殺了身體以後，又有權把人扔進地獄的那一位。是的，我告訴你們：當懼怕這一位。 6 五隻麻雀不是賣兩個小錢[a]嗎？可是在神面前，一隻也不會被忘記； 7 而且，就是你們的每一根頭髮也都被數過了。不要怕！你們比一大群麻雀還重要。

6 Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God?
7 But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.
