41 只要把里面的施舍出去，你们的一切就都洁净了。 42 然而你们法利赛人有祸了！因为你们把薄荷、茴香和各样菜蔬献上十分之一，却把公义和爱 神的事疏忽了；这些是你们应当作的，但其他的也不可疏忽。 43 你们法利赛人有祸了！因为你们喜爱会堂里的高位和人在巿中心的问安。

41 But now as for what is inside you—be generous to the poor,(A) and everything will be clean for you.(B)
42 “Woe to you Pharisees, because you give God a tenth(C) of your mint, rue and all other kinds of garden herbs, but you neglect justice and the love of God.(D) You should have practiced the latter without leaving the former undone.(E)
43 “Woe to you Pharisees, because you love the most important seats in the synagogues and respectful greetings in the marketplaces.(F)

41 Daţi(A) mai bine milostenie din lucrurile dinăuntru, şi atunci toate vă vor fi curate. 42 Dar(B) vai de voi, fariseilor! Pentru că voi daţi zeciuială din izmă, din rută şi din toate zarzavaturile, şi daţi uitării dreptatea şi dragostea de Dumnezeu: pe acestea trebuia să le faceţi şi pe celelalte să nu le lăsaţi nefăcute! 43 Vai(C) de voi, fariseilor! Pentru că voi umblaţi după scaunele dintâi la sinagogi şi vă place să vă facă lumea plecăciuni prin pieţe!
