上帝是至高的统治者
97 耶和华掌权，大地要欢欣！
众海岛要快乐！
2 密云和黑暗环绕在祂周围，
公义和公平是祂宝座的根基。
3 烈火做祂的先锋，
烧灭祂周围的仇敌。
4 祂的闪电照亮世界，
大地因此而战抖。
5 在天下之主耶和华面前，
群山如蜡熔化。
6 诸天述说祂的公义，
万民瞻仰祂的荣耀。
7 愿一切祭拜神像，
以神像夸口的人都蒙羞。
所有的神明啊，
你们都要向耶和华下拜。
8 耶和华啊，听见你的审判，
锡安就欢喜，
犹大的城邑就快乐。
9 因为你耶和华是普天下的至高者，
凌驾于万神之上。
10 爱耶和华的人都要憎恨罪恶，
因为祂保护敬虔人的生命，
从恶人手中拯救他们。
11 光照亮义人，
正直人心中有喜乐。
12 你们义人要以耶和华为乐，
称谢祂的圣名。

El Señor es dueño de toda la tierra
97 El Señor es rey, que se goce la tierra,
que se alegren los países lejanos.
2 La bruma y la niebla lo rodean,
la justicia y el derecho sostienen su trono.
3 El fuego avanza ante él,
abrasa en derredor a sus rivales;
4 sus rayos iluminan el orbe,
los ve la tierra y tiembla.
5 Los montes se funden como cera ante el Señor,
ante el dueño de toda la tierra;
6 los cielos pregonan su justicia,
todos los pueblos contemplan su gloria.
7 Que se avergüencen los idólatras,
los que cifran en los ídolos su orgullo,
que se postren ante él todos los dioses.
8 Sión lo oye y se llena de gozo,
se alegran las ciudades de Judá
a causa de tus juicios, Señor.
9 Porque tú eres, Señor,
el Altísimo en toda la tierra,
tú quien se alza sobre los dioses.
10 Odien el mal los que aman al Señor:
él guarda la vida de sus fieles,
los libra de las garras del malvado.
11 La luz se propaga para el justo,
la alegría para quienes son rectos.
12 ¡Alégrense, justos, en el Señor,
alaben su santo nombre!

97 CHÚA cai trị. Hỡi trái đất, hãy hân hoan;
Hỡi các hải đảo,[a] hãy vui mừng.
2 Mây và bóng tối dày đặc bao quanh Ngài;
Công chính và công bình là nền móng của ngôi Ngài.
3 Lửa đi trước mặt Ngài
Và thiêu đốt những kẻ thù chung quanh.
4 Những tia chớp của Ngài thắp sáng thế giới;
Trái đất thấy và run rẩy.
5 Núi non tan chảy như sáp trước mặt CHÚA,
Trước mặt Chúa của cả trái đất.
6 Các tầng trời công bố sự công chính của Ngài;
Tất cả các dân thấy sự vinh quang Ngài.
7 Tất cả những kẻ thờ lạy các tượng,
Là kẻ huênh hoang về hình tượng mình thờ, sẽ bị hổ thẹn;
Tất cả các thần hãy quỳ lạy Ngài.[b]
8 Lạy CHÚA, thành Si-ôn nghe và vui mừng;
Các thành[c] ở Giu-đa hoan hỉ
Vì các phán xét của Ngài.
9 Lạy CHÚA, vì chính Ngài là Đấng Chí Cao trên cả trái đất,
Ngài được tôn cao hơn tất cả mọi thần.
10 Hỡi những kẻ yêu mến CHÚA, hãy ghét điều ác.[d]
CHÚA bảo vệ mạng sống những kẻ trung tín với Ngài,
Giải cứu họ khỏi tay những kẻ ác.
11 Ánh sáng chiếu ra[e] trên người công chính,
Và niềm vui tỏa ra trên kẻ có lòng ngay thẳng.
12 Hỡi những người công chính, hãy vui mừng trong CHÚA;
Và cảm tạ Danh[f] Thánh Ngài.

1 The Lord reigns,(A) let the earth be glad;(B)
let the distant shores(C) rejoice.
2 Clouds(D) and thick darkness(E) surround him;
righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne.(F)
3 Fire(G) goes before(H) him
and consumes(I) his foes on every side.
4 His lightning(J) lights up the world;
the earth(K) sees and trembles.(L)
5 The mountains melt(M) like wax(N) before the Lord,
before the Lord of all the earth.(O)
6 The heavens proclaim his righteousness,(P)
and all peoples see his glory.(Q)
7 All who worship images(R) are put to shame,(S)
those who boast in idols(T)—
worship him,(U) all you gods!(V)
8 Zion hears and rejoices
and the villages of Judah are glad(W)
because of your judgments,(X) Lord.
9 For you, Lord, are the Most High(Y) over all the earth;(Z)
you are exalted(AA) far above all gods.
10 Let those who love the Lord hate evil,(AB)
for he guards(AC) the lives of his faithful ones(AD)
and delivers(AE) them from the hand of the wicked.(AF)
11 Light shines[a](AG) on the righteous(AH)
and joy on the upright in heart.(AI)
12 Rejoice in the Lord,(AJ) you who are righteous,

97 The Lord reigneth; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad thereof.
2 Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne.
3 A fire goeth before him, and burneth up his enemies round about.
4 His lightnings enlightened the world: the earth saw, and trembled.
5 The hills melted like wax at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.
6 The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory.
7 Confounded be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of idols: worship him, all ye gods.
8 Zion heard, and was glad; and the daughters of Judah rejoiced because of thy judgments, O Lord.
9 For thou, Lord, art high above all the earth: thou art exalted far above all gods.
10 Ye that love the Lord, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.
11 Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.
12 Rejoice in the Lord, ye righteous; and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
