Ca Ngợi Lòng Tốt của CHÚA
Bài ca trong ngày Sa-bát
1 Lạy Ðấng Tối Cao, thật tốt đẹp biết bao khi chúng con tạ ơn Chúa và ca ngợi danh Ngài,
2 Khi buổi sáng chúng con ca tụng lòng thương xót của Ngài,
Còn buổi tối chúng con ca ngợi đức thành tín của Ngài,
3 Cùng với thập huyền cầm và đàn lia,
Hòa với hạc cầm trỗi nhạc vang lừng,
4 Vì Chúa ôi, Ngài đã làm cho con vui mừng vì công việc Ngài;
Những công việc của tay Ngài khiến cho con phải cất tiếng hoan ca.
5 Chúa ôi, những công việc của Ngài thật lớn lao thay;
Những tư tưởng của Ngài thật vô cùng sâu sắc.
6 Kẻ gàn dở không sao biết được;
Kẻ dại khờ chẳng hiểu thấu đâu.
7 Dẫu những kẻ gian ác mọc lên nhiều như cỏ,
Và những kẻ làm những việc trái đạo lý được hưng thịnh một thời,
Nhưng rồi chúng sẽ bị diệt vong vĩnh viễn.
8 Còn Ngài, Chúa ôi,
Ngài cứ được tôn cao đến đời đời.
9 Vì kìa, Chúa ôi, những kẻ thù nghịch Ngài,
Vì kìa, những kẻ thù nghịch Ngài sẽ bị diệt vong;
Tất cả những kẻ làm những việc trái đạo lý sẽ bị tan tác.
10 Nhưng Ngài đã nhấc sừng con cao lên như sừng bò rừng;
Con đã được xức bằng dầu mới.
11 Mắt con đã chứng kiến cảnh những kẻ thù của con bị bại;
Tai con đã nghe tiếng than khóc của những kẻ gian ác chống lại con.
12 Người ngay lành sẽ hưng thịnh như cây chà là tươi tốt;
Người ấy sẽ lớn mạnh như cây bá hương ở Li-băng.
13 Họ được trồng trong khuôn viên của nhà Chúa;
Họ sẽ đâm chồi nảy lộc trong sân đền thờ Ðức Chúa Trời chúng ta.
14 Dù đến tuổi cao niên họ vẫn còn ra trái;
Họ vẫn tràn trề nhựa sống và rất đỗi xanh tươi.
15 Ðiều đó chứng tỏ rằng Chúa vẫn luôn luôn chính trực;
Ngài là vầng đá của tôi,
Và không có điều chi bất chính trong Ngài.

A psalm. A song. For the Sabbath day.
1 It is good to praise the Lord
and make music(A) to your name,(B) O Most High,(C)
2 proclaiming your love in the morning(D)
and your faithfulness at night,
3 to the music of the ten-stringed lyre(E)
and the melody of the harp.(F)
4 For you make me glad by your deeds, Lord;
I sing for joy(G) at what your hands have done.(H)
5 How great are your works,(I) Lord,
how profound your thoughts!(J)
6 Senseless people(K) do not know,
fools do not understand,
7 that though the wicked spring up like grass
and all evildoers flourish,
they will be destroyed forever.(L)
8 But you, Lord, are forever exalted.
9 For surely your enemies(M), Lord,
surely your enemies will perish;
all evildoers will be scattered.(N)
10 You have exalted my horn[b](O) like that of a wild ox;(P)
fine oils(Q) have been poured on me.
11 My eyes have seen the defeat of my adversaries;
my ears have heard the rout of my wicked foes.(R)
12 The righteous will flourish(S) like a palm tree,
they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon;(T)
13 planted in the house of the Lord,
they will flourish in the courts of our God.(U)
14 They will still bear fruit(V) in old age,
they will stay fresh and green,
15 proclaiming, “The Lord is upright;
he is my Rock, and there is no wickedness in him.(W)”

92 It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing praises unto thy name, O Most High:
2 To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night,
3 Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound.
4 For thou, Lord, hast made me glad through thy work: I will triumph in the works of thy hands.
5 O Lord, how great are thy works! and thy thoughts are very deep.
6 A brutish man knoweth not; neither doth a fool understand this.
7 When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; it is that they shall be destroyed for ever:
8 But thou, Lord, art most high for evermore.
9 For, lo, thine enemies, O Lord, for, lo, thine enemies shall perish; all the workers of iniquity shall be scattered.
10 But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil.
11 Mine eye also shall see my desire on mine enemies, and mine ears shall hear my desire of the wicked that rise up against me.
12 The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
13 Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.
14 They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing;
15 To shew that the Lord is upright: he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him.
