90 主啊，你世世代代作我们的居所。
2 诸山未曾生出，
地与世界你未曾造成，
从亘古到永远，你是 神。
3 你使人归于尘土，说：
“世人哪，你们要归回。”
4 在你看来，千年如已过的昨日，
又如夜间的一更。
5 你叫他们如水冲去，
他们如睡一觉。
早晨，他们如生长的草；
6 早晨发芽生长，
晚上割下枯干。
7 我们因你的怒气而消灭，
因你的愤怒而惊惶。
8 你将我们的罪孽摆在你面前，
将我们的隐恶摆在你面光之中。
9 我们经过的日子，都在你震怒之下，
我们度尽的年岁，好像一声叹息。
10 我们一生的年日是七十岁，
若是强壮可到八十岁；
但其中所矜夸的不过是劳苦愁烦，
转眼即逝，我们便如飞而去。
11 谁晓得你怒气的权势？
谁因着敬畏你而晓得你的愤怒呢？
12 求你指教我们怎样数算自己的日子，
好叫我们得着智慧的心。
13 耶和华啊，我们要等到几时呢？
求你转回，怜悯你的仆人们。
14 求你使我们早早饱得你的慈爱，
好叫我们一生一世欢呼喜乐。
15 求你照着你使我们受苦的日子，
和我们遭难的年岁，使我们喜乐。
16 愿你的作为向你仆人们显现，
愿你的荣耀向他们子孙显明。
17 愿主—我们 神的恩宠归于我们身上。
愿你坚立我们手所做的工，
我们手所做的工，愿你坚立。

Psalms 90–106
The Eternity of God, and Man’s Frailty
A Prayer (A)of Moses the man of God.
90 Lord, (B)You have been our [a]dwelling place in all generations.
2 (C)Before the mountains were brought forth,
Or ever You [b]had formed the earth and the world,
Even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God.
3 You turn man to destruction,
And say, (D)“Return, O children of men.”
4 (E)For a thousand years in Your sight
Are like yesterday when it is past,
And like a watch in the night.
5 You carry them away like a flood;
(F)They are like a sleep.
In the morning (G)they are like grass which grows up:
6 In the morning it flourishes and grows up;
In the evening it is cut down and withers.
7 For we have been consumed by Your anger,
And by Your wrath we are terrified.
8 (H)You have set our iniquities before You,
Our (I)secret sins in the light of Your countenance.
9 For all our days have passed away in Your wrath;
We finish our years like a sigh.
10 The days of our lives are seventy years;
And if by reason of strength they are eighty years,
Yet their boast is only labor and sorrow;
For it is soon cut off, and we fly away.
11 Who knows the power of Your anger?
For as the fear of You, so is Your wrath.
12 (J)So teach us to number our days,
That we may gain a heart of wisdom.
13 Return, O Lord!
How long?
And (K)have compassion on Your servants.
14 Oh, satisfy us early with Your mercy,
(L)That we may rejoice and be glad all our days!
15 Make us glad according to the days in which You have afflicted us,
The years in which we have seen evil.
16 Let (M)Your work appear to Your servants,
And Your glory to their children.
17 (N)And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us,
And (O)establish the work of our hands for us;
Yes, establish the work of our hands.

Bài cầu nguyện của Môi-se, người của Ðức Chúa Trời
1 Lạy Chúa, Ngài là nơi cư trú của chúng con trải qua mọi thế hệ.
2 Trước khi núi non thành hình,
Trước khi Ngài tạo thành trái đất và thế gian,
Từ vô cực quá khứ đến vô cực tương lai Ngài là Ðức Chúa Trời.
3 Ngài làm cho loài người trở về cát bụi và phán rằng,
“Hỡi con cái loài người, hãy trở về.”
4 Vì một ngàn năm trước mắt Ngài tựa như ngày hôm qua, đã qua rồi,
Hoặc như một canh đêm.
5 Ngài làm cho đời người trôi nhanh như dòng nước lũ,
Thoáng qua như một giấc ngủ.
Ðời người như cỏ mọc ban mai,
6 Sáng sớm chúng mọc lên và xanh tươi,
Chiều lại chúng héo khô và tàn tạ.
7 Thật vậy đời sống chúng con chóng tàn vì cơn giận của Ngài.
Chúng con kinh hãi vì cơn thịnh nộ của Ngài.
8 Ngài đã để những tội lỗi chúng con trước mặt Ngài,
Các tội bí mật chúng con trong ánh sáng của thánh nhan Ngài.
9 Những ngày chúng con qua đi dưới cơn giận của Ngài;
Những năm chúng con kết thúc như một tiếng thở dài.
10 Tuổi tác chúng con đến được bảy mươi,
Còn nếu mạnh khỏe thì đến tám mươi,
Nhưng niềm kiêu hãnh của chúng chẳng qua là lao khổ và buồn thảm;
Vì đời sống chóng qua, rồi chúng con bay mất đi.
11 Ai biết được sức mạnh của cơn giận Ngài?
Ngài càng nổi cơn thịnh nộ, thì chúng con càng khiếp sợ Ngài.
12 Xin dạy chúng con biết đếm số ngày chúng con,
Để chúng con được lòng khôn ngoan.
13 Xin trở lại, Chúa ôi;
Ngài còn giận chúng con đến bao lâu nữa?
Xin dủ lòng thương xót các tôi tớ Ngài.
14 Mỗi buổi sáng xin cho chúng con được no nê bằng ơn thương xót của Ngài,
Ðể chúng con được hân hoan và vui thỏa trọn những ngày của mình.
15 Xin ban cho chúng con niềm vui để bù lại những ngày Ngài phó chúng con cho hoạn nạn,
Và những năm chúng con thấy nỗi bất hạnh.
16 Nguyện công việc của Ngài được tỏ ra cho các tôi tớ Ngài.
Nguyện vinh quang của Ngài tỏa rạng trên con cháu họ.
17 Nguyện phước hạnh của Chúa, Ðức Chúa Trời của chúng con, tuôn đổ trên chúng con.
Cầu xin Ngài lập vững công việc của tay chúng con;

Psalm 90
A Prayer of Moses, the man of God.
1 Lord, You have been our dwelling place
in all generations.
2 Before the mountains were brought forth,
or You had formed the earth and the world,
even from everlasting to everlasting You are God.
3 You return man to the dust
and say, “Return, you children of men.”
4 For a thousand years in Your sight
are but as yesterday when it is past,
or as a night watch in the night time.
5 You carry them away as with a flood;
they are as a dream, like renewed grass in the morning:
6 In the morning it flourishes and grows up;
in the evening it fades and withers.
7 For we are consumed by Your anger,
and by Your wrath we are terrified.
8 You have set our iniquities before You,
even our secret sins in the light of Your presence.
9 For all our days pass away in your wrath;
we end our years with a groan.
10 The years of our life are seventy,
and if by reason of strength eighty;
yet their length is toil and sorrow,
for they soon end, and we fly away.
11 Who knows the power of Your anger?
Or Your wrath according to Your fear?
12 So teach us to number our days,
that we may apply our hearts to wisdom.
13 Return, O Lord, how long?
Have mercy on Your servants.
14 Satisfy us in the early morning with Your mercy,
that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.
15 Make us glad according to the days that You have afflicted us,
and the years that we have seen evil.
16 Let Your work be displayed to Your servants
and Your glory to their children.
17 Let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us,
and establish the work of our hands among us;
yes, establish the work of our hands.
