89 以斯拉人以探的训诲诗。
1 我要歌唱耶和华的慈爱直到永远，我要用口将你的信实传于万代。
2 因我曾说：“你的慈悲必建立到永远，你的信实必坚立在天上。”
3 “我与我所拣选的人立了约，向我的仆人大卫起了誓：
4 我要建立你的后裔直到永远，要建立你的宝座直到万代。”（细拉）
5 耶和华啊，诸天要称赞你的奇事，在圣者的会中要称赞你的信实！
6 在天空，谁能比耶和华呢？神的众子中，谁能像耶和华呢？
7 他在圣者的会中是大有威严的神，比一切在他四围的更可畏惧。
8 耶和华万军之神啊，哪一个大能者像你耶和华？你的信实是在你的四围。
9 你管辖海的狂傲，波浪翻腾，你就使他平静了。
10 你打碎了拉哈伯，似乎是已杀的人，你用有能的膀臂打散了你的仇敌。
11 天属你，地也属你，世界和其中所充满的都为你所建立。
12 南北为你所创造，他泊和黑门都因你的名欢呼。
13 你有大能的膀臂，你的手有力，你的右手也高举。

27 我也要立他为长子，为世上最高的君王。
28 我要为他存留我的慈爱直到永远，我与他立的约必要坚定。
29 我也要使他的后裔存到永远，使他的宝座如天之久。
30 倘若他的子孙离弃我的律法，不照我的典章行，
31 背弃我的律例，不遵守我的诫命，
32 我就要用杖责罚他们的过犯，用鞭责罚他们的罪孽。
33 只是我必不将我的慈爱全然收回，也必不叫我的信实废弃。
34 我必不背弃我的约，也不改变我口中所出的。
35 我一次指着自己的圣洁起誓，我决不向大卫说谎。
36 他的后裔要存到永远，他的宝座在我面前如日之恒一般。
37 又如月亮永远坚立，如天上确实的见证。”（细拉）
38 但你恼怒你的受膏者，就丢掉弃绝他。
39 你厌恶了与仆人所立的约，将他的冠冕践踏于地。
40 你拆毁了他一切的篱笆，使他的保障变为荒场。
41 凡过路的人都抢夺他，他成为邻邦的羞辱。
42 你高举了他敌人的右手，你叫他一切的仇敌欢喜。
43 你叫他的刀剑卷刃，叫他在争战之中站立不住。
44 你使他的光辉止息，将他的宝座推倒于地。
45 你减少他青年的日子，又使他蒙羞。（细拉）
46 耶和华啊，这要到几时呢？你要将自己隐藏到永远吗？你的愤怒如火焚烧要到几时呢？
47 求你想念，我的时候是何等地短少！你创造世人，要使他们归何等的虚空呢！（细拉）
48 谁能常活免死，救他的灵魂脱离阴间的权柄呢？（细拉）
49 主啊，你从前凭你的信实向大卫立誓要施行的慈爱，在哪里呢？
50 主啊，求你记念仆人们所受的羞辱，记念我怎样将一切强盛民的羞辱存在我怀里。
51 耶和华啊，你的仇敌用这羞辱羞辱了你的仆人，羞辱了你受膏者的脚踪。
52 耶和华是应当称颂的，直到永远！阿门，阿门。
颂主恩永久不易
90 神人摩西的祈祷。
1 主啊，你世世代代做我们的居所。
2 诸山未曾生出，地与世界你未曾造成，从亘古到永远，你是神。
叹人生转瞬即逝
3 你使人归于尘土，说：“你们世人要归回。”
4 在你看来，千年如已过的昨日，又如夜间的一更。
5 你叫他们如水冲去，他们如睡一觉。早晨他们如生长的草，
6 早晨发芽生长，晚上割下枯干。
7 我们因你的怒气而消灭，因你的愤怒而惊惶。

11 谁晓得你怒气的权势？谁按着你该受的敬畏晓得你的愤怒呢？
12 求你指教我们怎样数算自己的日子，好叫我们得着智慧的心。
13 耶和华啊，我们要等到几时呢？求你转回，为你的仆人后悔。
14 求你使我们早早饱得你的慈爱，好叫我们一生一世欢呼喜乐。
15 求你照着你使我们受苦的日子和我们遭难的年岁，叫我们喜乐。
16 愿你的作为向你仆人显现，愿你的荣耀向他们子孙显明。

89 我要永遠稱頌耶和華的慈愛！
我的口要傳揚你的信實直到萬代。
2 我要讓人知道：
你的慈愛存到永遠，
你的信實與天同存。
3 你曾說：
「我與我所揀選的人立了約，
向我的僕人大衛起了誓，
4 『我要使你的後裔永遠坐在寶座上，世代為王。』」（細拉）
5 耶和華啊，
諸天要頌揚你的奇妙，
眾聖者要讚美你的信實。
6 天上有誰能與耶和華相比，
眾天使中誰能像祂？
7 祂在眾聖者的會中大受敬畏，
祂的威嚴無與倫比。
8 萬軍之上帝耶和華啊，
誰能像你能力偉大，信實無比？
9 你掌管洶湧的大海，
平息驚濤駭浪。

90 主啊，
你是我們世世代代的居所。

說：「世人啊，歸回塵土吧。」
4 在你眼中，

1 I will sing(A) of the Lord’s great love forever;
with my mouth I will make your faithfulness known(B)
through all generations.
2 I will declare that your love stands firm forever,
that you have established your faithfulness in heaven itself.(C)
3 You said, “I have made a covenant with my chosen one,
I have sworn to David my servant,
4 ‘I will establish your line forever
and make your throne firm through all generations.’”[c](D)
5 The heavens(E) praise your wonders, Lord,
your faithfulness too, in the assembly(F) of the holy ones.
6 For who in the skies above can compare with the Lord?
Who is like the Lord among the heavenly beings?(G)
7 In the council(H) of the holy ones(I) God is greatly feared;
he is more awesome than all who surround him.(J)
8 Who is like you,(K) Lord God Almighty?(L)
You, Lord, are mighty, and your faithfulness surrounds you.

A prayer of Moses the man of God.
1 Lord, you have been our dwelling place(BT)
throughout all generations.
2 Before the mountains were born(BU)
or you brought forth the whole world,
from everlasting to everlasting(BV) you are God.(BW)
3 You turn people back to dust,
saying, “Return to dust, you mortals.”(BX)
4 A thousand years in your sight
are like a day that has just gone by,
or like a watch in the night.(BY)
5 Yet you sweep people away(BZ) in the sleep of death—
they are like the new grass of the morning:
6 In the morning it springs up new,
but by evening it is dry and withered.(CA)

and terrified by your indignation.

14 信心软弱的，你们要接纳，但不要辩论所疑惑的事。 2 有人信百物都可吃，但那软弱的只吃蔬菜。 3 吃的人不可轻看不吃的人，不吃的人不可论断吃的人，因为神已经收纳他了。 4 你是谁，竟论断别人的仆人呢？他或站住，或跌倒，自有他的主人在；而且他也必要站住，因为主能使他站住。 5 有人看这日比那日强，有人看日日都是一样，只是各人心里要意见坚定。 6 守日的人是为主守的；吃的人是为主吃的，因他感谢神；不吃的人是为主不吃的，也感谢神。
活为主活死为主死
7 我们没有一个人为自己活，也没有一个人为自己死。 8 我们若活着，是为主而活；若死了，是为主而死。所以，我们或活或死，总是主的人。 9 因此基督死了，又活了，为要做死人并活人的主。 10 你这个人，为什么论断弟兄呢？又为什么轻看弟兄呢？因我们都要站在神的台前。 11 经上写着：“主说：‘我凭着我的永生起誓：万膝必向我跪拜，万口必向我承认。’” 12 这样看来，我们各人必要将自己的事在神面前说明。

14 你們要接納信心軟弱的弟兄姊妹，不要因為看法不同便彼此批評。 2 有人相信什麼都可以吃，但信心軟弱的人只吃素菜。 3 吃的人不可輕看不吃的人，不吃的人也不可批評吃的人，因為兩者都蒙上帝接納。 4 你是誰，竟然批評別人的僕人？他做得是否合宜，自然有他的主人負責。他必能做得合宜，因為主能使他做得合宜。
5 有人認為這日比那日好，有人認為天天都一樣，各人應該照著自己的信念拿定主意。 6 守日子的人是為主而守，吃的人是為主而吃，因為他感謝上帝；不吃的人是為主不吃，他也同樣感謝上帝。 7 因為我們沒有人為自己活，也沒有人為自己死。 8 我們活是為主而活，死是為主而死。因此，我們無論生死都是屬主的人。 9 正是為這個緣故，基督死了，又復活了，好做死人和活人的主。

不要评判别人
14 要接受信仰软弱的人，不要为他有不同的观点而陷入争论。 2 一些人相信他们能吃任何食物 [a]，但是，信仰弱的人只吃蔬菜。 3 什么都吃的人不应看不起只吃蔬菜的人，只吃蔬菜的人也不应该谴责什么都吃的人，因为上帝已接纳了他。 4 你为什么给别人家的仆人定罪呢？他的主人会判断他的对错。主的仆人会做对的，因为主能让他正确。
5 有人认为这一天比另一天更重要，也有人认为天天都一样。每个人都应该肯定自己内心所信仰的。 6 特别重视某一天的人，这样做是尊重主，什么食物都吃的人，这样做也是尊重主，因为他为自己所吃的东西感谢主。不吃某些东西的人也尊重主，并且为自己所吃的东西感谢上帝。
7 没有人是为自己活的，也没有人是为自己死去的。 8 如果我们活着，是为主活着，如果我们死去，也是为主而死。不论我们生还是死，都属于主。 9 这就是为什么基督死而复活，以便他可以成为那些死去和活着的人的主。
10 那么你为什么要评论信仰强的兄弟姐妹呢？为什么要看不起软弱的兄弟呢？我们都要站在上帝的面前接受他的审判， 11 正如《经》上所说的那样：
“主说：‘就如我确确实实地活着那样，
每人都会向我跪拜，
每人都会用亲口承认上帝。‘” (A)
12 因此，我们每个人都要在上帝面前做出交待。
不要使他人犯罪
13 所以，不要让我们再彼此品头论足，而是做这样的决定：不要给兄弟姐妹设置障碍或诱惑他们犯罪。 14 做为主耶稣里的一员，我知道并深信，任何食物都是干净的。除非有人认为它不干净，这食物对他说来便是不干净的。
15 如果你因所吃的食物伤害了你的兄弟姐妹的信仰，那么，你的行为就不再出于爱。不要因为你吃的食物毁了一个基督为他而死的人。 16 不要允许你们认为是好的事情被他人说成邪恶的事情。 17 在上帝的王国里，吃什么、喝什么不是重要的。重要的是：正确的生活方式、和平与快乐——这一切都来自圣灵。 18 过这种生活来侍奉基督的人，会得到上帝的欢喜和众人的赞许。
19 所以，让我们尽最大的努力去做带来和平的事，让我们尽一切努力互相帮助加强彼此的信仰。 20 不要因为你们所吃的食物而破坏了上帝的工作。任何食物都可以吃，但是，如果因为一个人吃的食物而损害了他人的信仰，那就不对了。 21 在这种情况下，最好不要吃肉、喝酒，或做任何其它损害你兄弟姐妹信仰的事。
22 关于这些事情的信念，应该只有你和上帝知道。如果一个人做了他认为正确的事，并且问心无愧，他就是个有福之人。 23 但是，如果一个人对所吃的东西，虽然心怀疑虑，却依然吃了，那么他就在做错事，因为他自己不相信这是正确的。如果你做自己认为是不正确的事情，那就是犯罪。

The Weak and the Strong
14 Accept the one whose faith is weak,(A) without quarreling over disputable matters. 2 One person’s faith allows them to eat anything, but another, whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables.(B) 3 The one who eats everything must not treat with contempt(C) the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must not judge(D) the one who does, for God has accepted them. 4 Who are you to judge someone else’s servant?(E) To their own master, servants stand or fall. And they will stand, for the Lord is able to make them stand.
5 One person considers one day more sacred than another;(F) another considers every day alike. Each of them should be fully convinced in their own mind. 6 Whoever regards one day as special does so to the Lord. Whoever eats meat does so to the Lord, for they give thanks to God;(G) and whoever abstains does so to the Lord and gives thanks to God. 7 For none of us lives for ourselves alone,(H) and none of us dies for ourselves alone. 8 If we live, we live for the Lord; and if we die, we die for the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord.(I) 9 For this very reason, Christ died and returned to life(J) so that he might be the Lord of both the dead and the living.(K)
10 You, then, why do you judge your brother or sister[a]? Or why do you treat them with contempt?(L) For we will all stand before God’s judgment seat.(M) 11 It is written:
“‘As surely as I live,’(N) says the Lord,
‘every knee will bow before me;
every tongue will acknowledge God.’”[b](O)
12 So then, each of us will give an account of ourselves to God.(P)
13 Therefore let us stop passing judgment(Q) on one another. Instead, make up your mind not to put any stumbling block or obstacle in the way of a brother or sister.(R) 14 I am convinced, being fully persuaded in the Lord Jesus, that nothing is unclean in itself.(S) But if anyone regards something as unclean, then for that person it is unclean.(T) 15 If your brother or sister is distressed because of what you eat, you are no longer acting in love.(U) Do not by your eating destroy someone for whom Christ died.(V) 16 Therefore do not let what you know is good be spoken of as evil.(W) 17 For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking,(X) but of righteousness, peace(Y) and joy in the Holy Spirit,(Z) 18 because anyone who serves Christ in this way is pleasing to God and receives human approval.(AA)
19 Let us therefore make every effort to do what leads to peace(AB) and to mutual edification.(AC) 20 Do not destroy the work of God for the sake of food.(AD) All food is clean,(AE) but it is wrong for a person to eat anything that causes someone else to stumble.(AF) 21 It is better not to eat meat or drink wine or to do anything else that will cause your brother or sister to fall.(AG)
22 So whatever you believe about these things keep between yourself and God. Blessed is the one who does not condemn(AH) himself by what he approves. 23 But whoever has doubts(AI) is condemned if they eat, because their eating is not from faith; and everything that does not come from faith is sin.[c]
