求主眷顾
88 耶和华—拯救我的 神啊，
我昼夜在你面前呼求；
2 愿我的祷告达到你面前，
求你侧耳听我的恳求！
3 因为我心里满了患难，
我的性命临近阴间；
4 我与下到地府的人同列，
如同无人帮助的人一样。
5 我被丢在死人中，
好像被杀的人躺在坟墓里，
不再被你记得，
与你的手隔绝了。
6 你把我放在极深的地府里，
在黑暗地，在深处。
7 你的愤怒重压我身，
你用一切的波浪困住我。（细拉）
8 你把我所认识的人隔在远处，
使我为他们所憎恶；
我被拘禁，不能出来。
9 我的眼睛因困苦而昏花；
耶和华啊，我天天求告你，向你举手。
10 你岂要行奇事给死人看吗？
阴魂还能起来称谢你吗？（细拉）
11 你的慈爱岂能在坟墓里被人述说吗？
你的信实岂能在冥府[a]被人传扬吗？
12 你的奇事岂能在幽暗里为人所知吗？
你的公义岂能在遗忘之地为人所识吗？
13 耶和华啊，至于我，我要呼求你；
每早晨，我的祷告要达到你面前。
14 耶和华啊，你为何丢弃我？
为何转脸不顾我？
15 我自幼受苦，几乎死亡；
你使我惊恐，烦乱不安。
16 你的烈怒漫过我身，
你用惊吓把我除灭。
17 这些如水终日环绕我，
一起围困我。
18 你把我的良朋密友隔在远处，
使我所认识的人都在黑暗里[b]。

88 耶和华，拯救我的上帝啊，
我昼夜不停地呼求你。
2 求你垂听我的祷告，
倾听我的呼求。
3 我饱经患难，
生命在死亡的边缘。
4 我被列在下坟墓的人中，
我的精力耗尽。
5 我被扔在死人中，
如同被杀的人躺在坟墓里，
被你遗忘，不再蒙你眷顾。
6 你已经把我扔在漆黑的深渊。
7 你的烈怒重重地压着我，
如汹涌波涛把我淹没。（细拉）
8 你使我众叛亲离，遭人唾弃。
我陷入困境，无路可逃。
9 我的眼睛因哭泣而视力模糊。
耶和华啊，我天天呼求你，
举手向你呼求。
10 你要行神迹给死人看吗？
死人会起来赞美你吗？（细拉）
11 坟墓里的死人怎能宣扬你的慈爱呢？
灭亡的人怎能传扬你的信实呢？
12 黑暗之地有谁知道你的神迹呢？
在被遗忘之地有谁知道你的公义作为呢？
13 耶和华啊，我向你呼求，
我在清晨向你祷告。
14 耶和华啊，你为何弃绝我？
为何掩面不理我？
15 我从小受苦，几乎丧命。
你使我惊恐不已，陷入绝望。
16 你的烈怒吞噬了我，
你可怕的攻击毁灭了我。
17 这些灾难如洪涛整天环绕我，
彻底围住我。
18 你使我的亲朋好友离我而去，
只有黑暗与我相伴。

88 (88:1) Cantique. Psaume des fils de Koré. Au chef des chantres. Pour chanter sur la flûte. Cantique d'Héman, l'Ézrachite. (88:2) Éternel, Dieu de mon salut! Je crie jour et nuit devant toi.
2 (88:3) Que ma prière parvienne en ta présence! Prête l'oreille à mes supplications!
3 (88:4) Car mon âme est rassasiée de maux, Et ma vie s'approche du séjour des morts.
4 (88:5) Je suis mis au rang de ceux qui descendent dans la fosse, Je suis comme un homme qui n'a plus de force.
5 (88:6) Je suis étendu parmi les morts, Semblable à ceux qui sont tués et couchés dans le sépulcre, A ceux dont tu n'as plus le souvenir, Et qui sont séparés de ta main.
6 (88:7) Tu m'as jeté dans une fosse profonde, Dans les ténèbres, dans les abîmes.
7 (88:8) Ta fureur s'appesantit sur moi, Et tu m'accables de tous tes flots. Pause.
8 (88:9) Tu as éloigné de moi mes amis, Tu m'as rendu pour eux un objet d'horreur; Je suis enfermé et je ne puis sortir.
9 (88:10) Mes yeux se consument dans la souffrance; Je t'invoque tous les jours, ô Éternel! J'étends vers toi les mains.
10 (88:11) Est-ce pour les morts que tu fais des miracles? Les morts se lèvent-ils pour te louer? Pause.
11 (88:12) Parle-t-on de ta bonté dans le sépulcre, De ta fidélité dans l'abîme?
12 (88:13) Tes prodiges sont-ils connus dans les ténèbres, Et ta justice dans la terre de l'oubli?
13 (88:14) O Éternel! j'implore ton secours, Et le matin ma prière s'élève à toi.
14 (88:15) Pourquoi, Éternel, repousses-tu mon âme? Pourquoi me caches-tu ta face?
15 (88:16) Je suis malheureux et moribond dès ma jeunesse, Je suis chargé de tes terreurs, je suis troublé.
16 (88:17) Tes fureurs passent sur moi, Tes terreurs m'anéantissent;
17 (88:18) Elles m'environnent tout le jour comme des eaux, Elles m'enveloppent toutes à la fois.
18 (88:19) Tu as éloigné de moi amis et compagnons; Mes intimes ont disparu.

1 Lord, you are the God who saves me;(A)
day and night I cry out(B) to you.
2 May my prayer come before you;
turn your ear to my cry.
3 I am overwhelmed with troubles(C)
and my life draws near to death.(D)
4 I am counted among those who go down to the pit;(E)
I am like one without strength.(F)
5 I am set apart with the dead,
like the slain who lie in the grave,
whom you remember no more,
who are cut off(G) from your care.
6 You have put me in the lowest pit,
in the darkest depths.(H)
7 Your wrath(I) lies heavily on me;
you have overwhelmed me with all your waves.[d](J)
8 You have taken from me my closest friends(K)
and have made me repulsive to them.
I am confined(L) and cannot escape;(M)
9 my eyes(N) are dim with grief.
I call(O) to you, Lord, every day;
I spread out my hands(P) to you.
10 Do you show your wonders to the dead?
Do their spirits rise up and praise you?(Q)
11 Is your love declared in the grave,

12 Are your wonders known in the place of darkness,
or your righteous deeds in the land of oblivion?
13 But I cry to you for help,(S) Lord;

14 Why, Lord, do you reject(V) me
and hide your face(W) from me?
15 From my youth(X) I have suffered(Y) and been close to death;
