86 耶和华啊，我穷苦无助，
求你垂听我的祷告，应允我。
2 求你保护我的性命，
因为我忠于你。
你是我的上帝，我信靠你，
求你拯救仆人。
3 主啊，我终日向你呼求，
求你怜悯我。
4 主啊，我的心仰望你，
求你赐我欢乐。
5 主啊，你良善仁慈，乐意赦免，
以无限的慈爱待一切求告你的人。
6 耶和华啊，求你听我的祷告，
垂听我的恳求。
7 患难之时，我要向你呼求，

8 主啊，
众神明中没有一位能与你相比，
你的作为无与伦比。
9 主啊，
你创造的万国都要来敬拜你，
将荣耀归给你的名。
10 因为你伟大无比，行事奇妙，

我要行在你的真理中，
求你使我一心敬畏你。

Psalm 86
Living Bible
86 Bend down and hear my prayer, O Lord, and answer me, for I am deep in trouble.
2 Protect me from death, for I try to follow all your laws. Save me, for I am serving you and trusting you. 3 Be merciful, O Lord, for I am looking up to you in constant hope. 4 Give me happiness, O Lord, for I worship only you. 5 O Lord, you are so good and kind, so ready to forgive, so full of mercy for all who ask your aid.
6 Listen closely to my prayer, O God. Hear my urgent cry. 7 I will call to you whenever trouble strikes, and you will help me.
8 Where among the heathen gods is there a god like you? Where are their miracles? 9 All the nations—and you made each one—will come and bow before you, Lord, and praise your great and holy name. 10 For you are great and do great miracles. You alone are God.
11 Tell me where you want me to go and I will go there. May every fiber of my being unite in reverence to your name. 12 With all my heart I will praise you. I will give glory to your name forever, 13 for you love me so much! You are constantly so kind! You have rescued me from deepest hell.
14 O God, proud and insolent men defy me; violent, godless men are trying to kill me. 15 But you are merciful and gentle, Lord, slow in getting angry, full of constant loving-kindness and of truth; 16 so look down in pity and grant strength to your servant and save me. 17 Send me a sign of your favor. When those who hate me see it, they will lose face because you help and comfort me.

1 Doamne, pleacă-Ţi urechea şi răspunde-mi,
căci sunt sărman şi lipsit.
2 Păzeşte-mi sufletul, căci sunt credincios,
mântuieşte-l pe robul Tău, căci Tu eşti Dumnezeul meu;
eu mă încred în Tine!
3 Stăpâne, ai milă de mine,
căci Te chem toată ziua!
4 Adu bucurie robului Tău,
căci la Tine, Stăpâne,
îmi ridic sufletul.
5 Fiindcă Tu, Stăpâne, eşti bun şi iertător,
bogat în îndurare faţă de toţi cei ce Te cheamă.
6 Doamne, auzi-mi rugăciunea,
ascultă glasul cererii mele!
7 Te chem în ziua necazului meu,
căci Tu îmi răspunzi.
8 Stăpâne, nu este nimeni ca Tine între zei!
Nimic nu se aseamănă cu lucrările Tale!
9 Toate neamurile, pe care Tu le-ai făcut,
vor veni să se închine înaintea Ta, Stăpâne,
şi să-Ţi proslăvească Numele.
10 Tu eşti mare, eşti înfăptuitor de minuni;
numai Tu eşti Dumnezeu!
11 Doamne, învaţă-mă calea Ta,
şi voi umbla în adevărul Tău!
Dă-mi o inimă neîmpărţită
pentru a mă teme de Numele Tău!
12 Te laud, Stăpâne, Dumnezeul meu, din toată inima mea,
proslăvesc Numele Tău pe vecie,
13 căci mare este îndurarea Ta faţă de mine;
Tu mi-ai scăpat sufletul din adânca Locuinţă a Morţilor.
14 Dumnezeule, nişte îngâmfaţi se ridică împotriva mea
şi o ceată de asupritori caută să mă omoare,
oameni care nu ţin seama de Tine.
15 Tu însă, Stăpâne, eşti un Dumnezeu milostiv şi îndurător,
încet la mânie, plin de îndurare şi credincioşie!
16 Întoarce-Te spre mine şi ai milă de mine!
Dă tăria Ta robului Tău
şi mântuieşte-l pe fiul slujitoarei Tale[a]!
17 Înfăptuieşte un semn care să arate bunătatea Ta faţă de mine,
ca astfel duşmanii mei să vadă şi să fie făcuţi de ruşine
pentru că Tu, Doamne, m-ai ajutat şi m-ai mângâiat.
