¹⁵但是，主啊！你是有憐憫有恩典的　神，

你不輕易發怒，並且有極大的慈愛和信實。

¹⁶求你轉向我，恩待我；

把你的能力賜給你的僕人，

拯救你婢女的兒子。

¹⁷求你向我顯出恩待我的記號，

好使恨我的人看見了，就覺得羞愧；

因為你耶和華幫助了我，安慰了我。

¹⁵But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, long suffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth.

¹⁶O turn unto me, and have mercy upon me; give thy strength unto thy servant, and save the son of thine handmaid.

¹⁷Shew me a token for good; that they which hate me may see it, and be ashamed: because thou, Lord, hast holpen me, and comforted me.
