祈願 神審判不公的領袖
亞薩的詩。
82 神站在大能者的會中，
在眾神之中施行審判，說：（本節在《馬索拉文本》包括細字標題）
2 “你們不按公義審判，
偏袒惡人，要到幾時呢？（細拉）
3 你們要為貧寒的人和孤兒伸冤，
為困苦和窮乏的人伸張正義。
4 要搭救貧寒和窮困的人，
救他們脫離惡人的手。”
5 他們沒有知識，也不明白，
在黑暗中走來走去；
大地的一切根基都搖動了。
6 我曾說過：“你們都是神，
是至高者的兒子。
7 然而，你們要像世人一樣死亡，
像世上任何一位領袖一樣倒斃。”
8 神啊！求你起來，審判大地，
因為萬國都是你的產業。

Unjust Judgments Rebuked.
A Psalm of Asaph.
82 God takes His (A)position in [a]His assembly;
He (B)judges in the midst of the (C)gods.
2 How long will you (D)judge unjustly
And (E)show partiality to the wicked? Selah
3 (F)Vindicate the weak and fatherless;
Do justice to the afflicted and destitute.
4 (G)Rescue the weak and needy;
Save them from the hand of the wicked.
5 They (H)do not know nor do they understand;
They (I)walk around in darkness;
All the (J)foundations of the earth are shaken.
6 [b]I (K)said, “You are gods,
And all of you are (L)sons of the Most High.
7 Nevertheless (M)you will die like men,
And fall like (N)one of the princes.”
8 (O)Arise, God, (P)judge the earth!
For You (Q)possess all the nations.

2 Hvor lenge vil I dømme urettferdig og holde med de ugudelige? Sela.
3 Døm den ringe og farløse, la den elendige og fattige få sin rett!
4 Redd den ringe og trengende, frels ham fra de ugudeliges hånd!
5 De skjønner intet, og de forstår intet, de vandrer i mørke; alle jordens grunnvoller vakler.
6 Jeg har sagt: I er guder, og I er alle den Høiestes sønner.
7 Men sannelig, som mennesker skal I dø, og som en av fyrstene skal I falle.
8 Reis dig, Gud, hold dom over jorden! For du har alle hedningene i eie!
