祈求 神惩罚入侵的外族
亚萨的诗。
79 神啊！外族人侵入你的产业，
污秽了你的圣殿，
使耶路撒冷成为废墟。（本节在《马索拉文本》包括细字标题）
2 他们把你仆人的尸首，
给空中的飞鸟啄食；
把你圣民的肉，
给地上的野兽吞噬。
3 他们在耶路撒冷的周围把圣民的血像水一般倒出，
没有人埋葬他们。
4 我们成为邻国羞辱的对象，
成为四周的人嗤笑和讥刺的目标。
5 耶和华啊！要到几时呢？
你要永远怀怒吗？
你的愤恨要像火焚烧吗？
6 愿你把你的烈怒，倾倒在不认识你的外族人，
和不求告你名的列国身上。
7 因为他们吞吃了雅各，
使他的住处荒凉。
8 求你不要记住我们祖先的罪孽；
愿你的怜悯快快临到我们，
因为我们落到极卑微的地步。
9 拯救我们的 神啊！
求你因你名的荣耀帮助我们；
为你名的缘故，
搭救我们，赦免我们的罪。
10 为甚么容外族人说：
“他们的 神在哪里呢？”
愿我们亲眼看见你在列邦中，
使人知道你要为你仆人所流的血伸冤。
11 愿被囚的人的唉哼，达到你面前；
愿你用你的大能，使那些已定死罪的人可以存留。
12 主啊！愿你把我们邻国羞辱你的羞辱，
七倍归还在他们身上。
13 这样，我们作你的子民，作你牧场上的羊的，
要永远称谢你；
我们要世世代代述说你可称颂的事。

Salmo de Asaf.
79 Oh Dios, vinieron las naciones a tu heredad;
Han profanado tu santo templo;
Redujeron a Jerusalén a escombros.(A)
2 Dieron los cuerpos de tus siervos por comida a las aves de los cielos,
La carne de tus santos a las bestias de la tierra.
3 Derramaron su sangre como agua en los alrededores de Jerusalén,
Y no hubo quien los enterrase.
4 Somos afrentados de nuestros vecinos,
Escarnecidos y burlados de los que están en nuestros alrededores.
5 ¿Hasta cuándo, oh Jehová? ¿Estarás airado para siempre?
¿Arderá como fuego tu celo?
6 Derrama tu ira sobre las naciones que no te conocen,
Y sobre los reinos que no invocan tu nombre.
7 Porque han consumido a Jacob,
Y su morada han asolado.
8 No recuerdes contra nosotros las iniquidades de nuestros antepasados;
Vengan pronto tus misericordias a encontrarnos,
Porque estamos muy abatidos.
9 Ayúdanos, oh Dios de nuestra salvación, por la gloria de tu nombre;
Y líbranos, y perdona nuestros pecados por amor de tu nombre.
10 Porque dirán las gentes: ¿Dónde está su Dios?
Sea notoria en las gentes, delante de nuestros ojos,
La venganza de la sangre de tus siervos que fue derramada.
11 Llegue delante de ti el gemido de los presos;
Conforme a la grandeza de tu brazo preserva a los sentenciados a muerte,
12 Y devuelve a nuestros vecinos en su seno siete tantos
De su infamia, con que te han deshonrado, oh Jehová.
13 Y nosotros, pueblo tuyo, y ovejas de tu prado,
Te alabaremos para siempre;
De generación en generación cantaremos tus alabanzas.

A Psalm of Asaph.
1 ¶ O God, the Gentiles are come into thine inheritance; they have defiled the temple of thy holiness; they have laid Jerusalem on heaps.
2 The dead bodies of thy slaves they have given to be food unto the fowls of the heavens, the flesh of thy saints unto the beasts of the earth.
3 They have shed their blood like water round about Jerusalem, and there was no one to bury them.
4 We are reproached by our neighbours, scorned, and derided by those that are round about us.
5 How long, LORD? wilt thou be angry for ever? shall thy jealousy burn like fire?
6 ¶ Pour out thy wrath upon the Gentiles that do not know thee and upon the kingdoms that do not call upon thy name.
7 For they have devoured Jacob and laid waste his dwelling place.
8 O remember not against us former iniquities; let thy tender mercies speedily meet us on the way, for we are very poor.
9 Help us, O God, our saving health, for the honor of thy name and deliver us and purge away our sins, for thy name’s sake.
10 Why should the Gentiles say, Where is their God? let him be known among the Gentiles in our sight by the revenging of the blood of thy slaves which is shed.
11 Let the sighing of the prisoners come before thee; according to the greatness of thy power preserve those that are appointed to die
12 and render unto our neighbours sevenfold into their bosom their reproach, with which they have reproached thee, O Lord.
13 So we thy people and sheep of thy pasture will give thee thanks for ever: from generation to generation we will sing thy praises.

A psalm of Asaph.
1 O God, the nations have invaded your inheritance;(A)
they have defiled(B) your holy temple,
they have reduced Jerusalem to rubble.(C)
2 They have left the dead bodies of your servants
as food for the birds of the sky,(D)
the flesh of your own people for the animals of the wild.(E)
3 They have poured out blood like water
all around Jerusalem,
and there is no one to bury(F) the dead.(G)
4 We are objects of contempt to our neighbors,
of scorn(H) and derision to those around us.(I)
5 How long,(J) Lord? Will you be angry(K) forever?
How long will your jealousy burn like fire?(L)
6 Pour out your wrath(M) on the nations
that do not acknowledge(N) you,
on the kingdoms
that do not call on your name;(O)
7 for they have devoured(P) Jacob
and devastated his homeland.
8 Do not hold against us the sins of past generations;(Q)
may your mercy come quickly to meet us,
for we are in desperate need.(R)
9 Help us,(S) God our Savior,
for the glory of your name;
deliver us and forgive our sins
for your name’s sake.(T)
10 Why should the nations say,
“Where is their God?”(U)
Before our eyes, make known among the nations
that you avenge(V) the outpoured blood(W) of your servants.
11 May the groans of the prisoners come before you;
with your strong arm preserve those condemned to die.
12 Pay back into the laps(X) of our neighbors seven times(Y)
the contempt they have hurled at you, Lord.
13 Then we your people, the sheep of your pasture,(Z)
will praise you forever;(AA)
from generation to generation
we will proclaim your praise.
