神必使恶人降卑义人高升
歌一首，亚萨的诗，交给诗班长，调用“休要毁坏”。
75 神啊！我们称谢你，我们称谢你，
因为你（“你”原文作“你的名”）接近人，
人都述说你奇妙的作为。
2 你说：“我选定了日期，
我要按公正施行审判。
3 地和地上的居民都因惧怕而融化，
我却使大地的柱子坚立。
（细拉）
4 我对狂傲的人说：‘不要行事狂傲’；
对邪恶的人说：‘不要举角，
5 不要高举你们的角，
不要挺着傲慢的颈项说话。’”
6 高升不是从东面来，不是从西面来，
也不是旷野来，
7 而是由 神来决定；
他使这人降卑，使那人升高。
8 原来耶和华的手里有杯，
装满了起沫和混杂各种香料的酒；
他把酒从杯里倒出来，地上所有的恶人都必定要喝，
甚至连酒的渣滓都要喝尽。
9 至于我，我要永远传扬，
我要向雅各的 神歌唱。
10 所有恶人的角，我都要砍断，
只有义人的角必被高举。

75 上帝啊，
我們稱謝你，我們稱謝你，
因為你與我們同在。
人們都述說你奇妙的作為。
2 你說：「我已定好時間，
我必秉公審判。
3 大地震動，世人戰抖的時候，
是我使地的根基穩固。（細拉）
4 我警告狂妄人不要再狂傲，
告誡惡人不要再張狂。
5 不要再狂妄自大，
不要說話傲氣沖天。」
6 人的尊貴不是來自東方，
不是來自西方，
也不是來自曠野。
7 決定人尊貴的是上帝：
祂擢升這個，貶抑那個。
8 耶和華手中的杯裡盛滿泛著泡沫、精工調製的怒酒。
祂倒出怒酒，讓世上的惡人喝得一滴不剩。
9 我要永遠宣揚祂的作為，
我要頌讚雅各的上帝。
10 上帝必剷除惡人的勢力，
使義人充滿力量。

Guds dom över de övermodiga
1 För sångmästaren, "Fördärva inte", en psalm, en sång av Asaf.
2 Vi tackar dig, Gud, vi tackar dig.
Ditt namn är nära, man talar om dina under.
3 "På den tid jag har bestämt
skall jag fälla en rättvis dom.
4 Jorden och alla som bor där kan vackla,
men jag har gjort dess pelare stadiga." Sela.
5 Jag säger till de övermodiga: "Var inte övermodiga!"
och till de ogudaktiga: "Upphöj inte hornet!"
6 Höj inte ert horn så högt,
tala inte så trotsigt och fräckt.
7 Ty inte från öster eller väster
och inte från öknen kommer upphöjelsen.
8 Nej, Gud är den som dömer,
den ene böjer han ner, den andre reser han upp.
9 Ty i Herrens hand är en bägare.
Den skummar av vin,
den är full av tillblandad dryck
och han häller upp.
Alla ogudaktiga på jorden måste dricka den i botten.
10 Men jag skall alltid förkunna
och lovsjunga Jakobs Gud.
11 Alla de ogudaktigas horn skall jag hugga av,
men den rättfärdiges horn skall bli upphöjt.

For the director of music. To the tune of “Do Not Destroy.” A psalm of Asaph. A song.
1 We praise you, God,
we praise you, for your Name is near;(A)
people tell of your wonderful deeds.(B)
2 You say, “I choose the appointed time;(C)
it is I who judge with equity.(D)
3 When the earth and all its people quake,(E)
it is I who hold its pillars(F) firm.[b]
4 To the arrogant(G) I say, ‘Boast no more,’(H)
and to the wicked, ‘Do not lift up your horns.[c](I)
5 Do not lift your horns against heaven;
do not speak so defiantly.(J)’”
6 No one from the east or the west
or from the desert can exalt themselves.
7 It is God who judges:(K)
He brings one down, he exalts another.(L)
8 In the hand of the Lord is a cup
full of foaming wine mixed(M) with spices;
he pours it out, and all the wicked of the earth
drink it down to its very dregs.(N)
