升降黜陟权操神
75 亚萨的诗歌，交于伶长。调用休要毁坏。
1 神啊，我们称谢你，我们称谢你！因为你的名相近，人都述说你奇妙的作为。
2 “我到了所定的日期，必按正直施行审判。
3 地和其上的居民都消化了，我曾立了地的柱子。（细拉）
4 我对狂傲人说：‘不要行事狂傲！’对凶恶人说：‘不要举角，
5 不要把你们的角高举，不要挺着颈项说话！’”
6 因为高举非从东，非从西，也非从南而来；
7 唯有神断定，他使这人降卑，使那人升高。
8 耶和华手里有杯，其中的酒起沫，杯内满了掺杂的酒。他倒出来，地上的恶人必都喝这酒的渣滓，而且喝尽。
9 但我要宣扬，直到永远，我要歌颂雅各的神。
10 “恶人一切的角，我要砍断；唯有义人的角，必被高举。”

For the director of music. To the tune of “Do Not Destroy.” A psalm of Asaph. A song.
1 We praise you, God,
we praise you, for your Name is near;(A)
people tell of your wonderful deeds.(B)
2 You say, “I choose the appointed time;(C)
it is I who judge with equity.(D)
3 When the earth and all its people quake,(E)
it is I who hold its pillars(F) firm.[b]
4 To the arrogant(G) I say, ‘Boast no more,’(H)
and to the wicked, ‘Do not lift up your horns.[c](I)
5 Do not lift your horns against heaven;
do not speak so defiantly.(J)’”
6 No one from the east or the west
or from the desert can exalt themselves.
7 It is God who judges:(K)
He brings one down, he exalts another.(L)
8 In the hand of the Lord is a cup
full of foaming wine mixed(M) with spices;
he pours it out, and all the wicked of the earth
drink it down to its very dregs.(N)

75 Kami ay nagpapasalamat sa iyo, Oh Dios:
Kami ay nagpapasalamat, sapagka't ang iyong pangalan ay (A)malapit:
Isinasaysay ng mga tao ang iyong mga kagilagilalas na gawa.
2 Pagka aking nakamtan ang takdang kapanahunan,
Hahatol ako ng matuwid.
3 Ang lupa at lahat na tagarito ay natutunaw:
Aking itinayo ang mga (B)haligi niyaon. (Selah)
4 Aking sinabi sa (C)hambog, Huwag kang gumawang may kahambugan:
At sa masama, Huwag kang magtaas ng sungay:
5 Huwag mong itaas ang iyong sungay ng mataas;
Huwag kang magsalitang may (D)matigas na ulo.
6 Sapagka't hindi man mula sa silanganan, o mula man sa kalunuran,
O mula man sa timugan, ang pagkataas.
7 Kundi ang (E)Dios ay siyang hukom:
(F)Kaniyang ibinababa ang isa, at itinataas ang isa.
8 Sapagka't (G)sa kamay ng Panginoon ay may (H)isang saro, at ang alak ay bumubula;
Puno ng pagkakahalohalo, at kaniyang inililiguwak din:
Tunay na ibubuhos ng lahat na masama sa lupa ang latak, at iinumin.
9 Nguni't aking ipahahayag magpakailan man,
Ako'y aawit ng mga kapurihan sa Dios ni Jacob.
10 (I)Lahat ng mga sungay naman ng masama ay aking ihihiwalay;
Nguni't (J)ang mga sungay ng matuwid ay matataas.

75 Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee do we give thanks: for that thy name is near thy wondrous works declare.
2 When I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly.
3 The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it. Selah.
4 I said unto the fools, Deal not foolishly: and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn:
5 Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck.
6 For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.
7 But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.
8 For in the hand of the Lord there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.
9 But I will declare for ever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.
10 All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.
