70 　神啊！求你搭救我；

耶和華啊！求你快來幫助我。

²願那些尋索我性命的，抱愧蒙羞；

願那些喜悅我遭害的，退後受辱。

³願那些對我說：“啊哈！啊哈！”的，

都因羞愧退後。

⁴願所有尋求你的，

都因你歡喜快樂；

願那些喜愛你救恩的，

常說：“要尊　神為大。”

⁵至於我，我是困苦貧窮的；

　神啊！求你快快到我這裡來；

你是我的幫助，我的拯救；

耶和華啊！求你不要耽延。

²Vieni a salvarmi, o Dio,
vieni presto, Signore, in mio aiuto.
³Siano confusi e arrossiscano
quanti attentano alla mia vita.
Retrocedano e siano svergognati
quanti vogliono la mia rovina.
⁴Per la vergogna si volgano indietro
quelli che mi deridono.
⁵Gioia e allegrezza grande
per quelli che ti cercano;
dicano sempre: «Dio è grande»
quelli che amano la tua salvezza.
⁶Ma io sono povero e infelice,
vieni presto, mio Dio;
tu sei mio aiuto e mio salvatore;
Signore, non tardare.

¹Hasten, O God, to save me;
come quickly, Lord, to help me.^(B)

²May those who want to take my life^(C)
    be put to shame and confusion;
may all who desire my ruin
    be turned back in disgrace.^(D)
³May those who say to me, “Aha! Aha!”^(E)
    turn back because of their shame.
⁴But may all who seek you^(F)
    rejoice and be glad^(G) in you;
may those who long for your saving help always say,
    “The Lord is great!”^(H)

⁵But as for me, I am poor and needy;^(I)
come quickly to me,^(J) O God.
You are my help^(K) and my deliverer;^(L)
Lord, do not delay.^(M)

70 Make haste, ^(C)O God, to deliver me!
Make haste to help me, O Lord!

²^(D)Let them be ashamed and confounded
Who seek my life;
Let them be ^[a]turned back and confused
Who desire my hurt.
³^(E)Let them be turned back because of their shame,
Who say, ^[b]“Aha, aha!”

⁴Let all those who seek You rejoice and be glad in You;
And let those who love Your salvation say continually,
“Let God be magnified!”

⁵^(F)But I am poor and needy;

You are my help and my deliverer;
