1 ¡Dios mío, apresúrate a rescatarme!
SEÑOR, ven pronto a ayudarme.
2 Que los que buscan destruirme
terminen sintiéndose avergonzados y humillados.
Que los que me desean el mal
se retiren sin lograr nada.
3 Que los que se burlan de mí
retrocedan avergonzados.
4 Pero que los que buscan tu ayuda
encuentren la felicidad.
Que todos los que te aman puedan decir:
«¡Qué grande es Dios!»
5 Dios mío, ven pronto y ayúdame,
que soy pobre y humilde.
SEÑOR, tú eres quien me salva y me protege.

2 Que sean avergonzados y confundidos
los que tratan de matarme.
Que retrocedan humillados
todos los que desean mi ruina.
3 Que vuelvan atrás por su vergüenza
los que se burlan de mí.
4 Pero que todos los que te buscan
se alegren en ti y se regocijen;
que los que aman tu salvación digan siempre:
«¡Sea Dios exaltado!».
5 Yo soy pobre y necesitado;
¡ven pronto a mí, oh Dios!
Tú eres mi socorro y mi libertador;
¡no te demores, Señor!

1 Hasten, O God, to save me;
come quickly, Lord, to help me.(B)

be put to shame and confusion;
may all who desire my ruin
be turned back in disgrace.(D)
3 May those who say to me, “Aha! Aha!”(E)
turn back because of their shame.
4 But may all who seek you(F)
rejoice and be glad(G) in you;
may those who long for your saving help always say,
“The Lord is great!”(H)

2 Let them be ashamed and confounded that seek after my soul: let them be turned backward, and put to confusion, that desire my hurt.
3 Let them be turned back for a reward of their shame that say, Aha, aha.
4 Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified.
5 But I am poor and needy: make haste unto me, O God: thou art my help and my deliverer; O Lord, make no tarrying.
