哀陈苦况，祈求 神拯救
大卫的诗，交给诗班长，调用“百合花”。
69 神啊！求你拯救我，
因为大水淹没了我。
2 我深陷在淤泥中，
没有立足之地；
我到了水深之处，
波涛漫过我身。
3 我因不住呼求而疲倦，我的喉咙发干；
我因等候我的 神，眼睛昏花。
4 那些无故恨我的，比我的头发还多；
无理与我为敌，要把我灭绝的，人数众多。
我没有抢夺过的，竟要我偿还。
5 神啊！我的愚昧你是知道的，
我的罪愆不能向你隐瞒。
6 主万军之耶和华啊！
愿那些等候你的，不要因我蒙羞；
以色列的 神啊！
愿那些寻求你的，不要因我受辱。
7 然而，为了你的缘故，我忍受辱骂，
满面羞愧。
8 我的兄弟都疏远我，
我同母的兄弟把我当作外人。
9 因我为你的殿，心中迫切如同火烧；
辱骂你的人的辱骂，都落在我身上。
10 我哭泣禁食，
这竟成了我的羞辱。
11 我披上麻衣，
就成了他们取笑的对象。
12 坐在城门口的人对我议论纷纷，
我成了酒徒之歌。
13 但是，耶和华啊！
在悦纳的时候，我向你祷告；
神啊！求你按着你丰盛的慈爱，
凭着你信实的拯救应允我。
14 求你救我脱离淤泥，
不要容我沉下去；
求你救我脱离那些恨我的人，
救我脱离深水。
15 求你不要让波涛淹没我，
不要让深水吞灭我，
也不要让深坑把我封闭。
16 耶和华啊！求你应允我，因为你的慈爱美善；
求你照着你丰盛的怜悯转脸垂顾我。
17 求你不要向你的仆人掩面；
求你快快应允我，因为我在困境之中。
18 求你亲近我，拯救我，
因我仇敌的缘故救赎我。
19 我所受的辱骂、欺凌和侮辱，你都知道，
我所有的敌人都在你面前。
20 辱骂伤了我的心，
我忧愁难过；
我希望有人同情，却一个也没有；
我希望有人安慰，还是找不到一个。
21 他们在我的食物中加上苦胆，
我渴了，他们把醋给我喝。
22 愿他们的筵席在他们面前变为网罗、

26 因为他们迫害你所击打的人，

不容他们在你面前得称为义。
28 愿他们的名字从生命册上被涂抹，

69 (2) Sálvame, Dios mío,
porque estoy a punto de ahogarme;
2 (3) me estoy hundiendo en un pantano profundo
y no tengo dónde apoyar los pies.
He llegado a lo más hondo del agua
y me arrastra la corriente.
3 (4) Ya estoy ronco de tanto gritar;
la garganta me duele;
¡mis ojos están cansados
de tanto esperar a mi Dios!
4 (5) Son más los que me odian sin motivo
que los pelos de mi cabeza;
han aumentado mis enemigos,
los que sin razón me destruyen
y me exigen que devuelva lo que no he robado.
5 (6) Dios mío, tú sabes cuán necio he sido;
no puedo esconderte mis pecados.
6 (7) Señor, Dios todopoderoso,
¡que no pasen vergüenza por mi culpa
los que confían en ti!
Dios de Israel,
¡que no se decepcionen por mi causa
los que con ansia te buscan!
7 (8) Por ti he soportado ofensas;
mi cara se ha cubierto de vergüenza;

para mis propios hermanos!

¡líbrame de mis enemigos!
19 (20) Tú conoces las ofensas,
la vergüenza y la deshonra que he sufrido;
tú sabes quiénes son mis enemigos.
20 (21) Las ofensas me han roto el corazón;
¡estoy sin ánimo y sin fuerzas!
Inútilmente he buscado
quien me consuele y compadezca.
21 (22) En mi comida pusieron veneno,
y cuando tuve sed me dieron a beber vinagre.
22 (23) ¡Que su mesa y sus comidas de amistad
se conviertan en trampa para ellos!
23 (24) ¡Haz que se queden ciegos
y que siempre les tiemblen las piernas!
24 (25) Descarga tu enojo sobre ellos;
¡que tu furia encendida los alcance!
25 (26) Que su campamento se vuelva un desierto,
y que nadie viva en sus tiendas;
26 (27) pues persiguen al que has afligido
y se burlan del dolor del que has herido.
27 (28) Devuélveles mal por mal;
¡que no alcancen tu perdón!
28 (29) ¡Bórralos del libro de la vida!
¡No los pongas en la lista de los justos!
29 (30) Pero a mí, que estoy enfermo y afligido,
levántame, Dios mío, y sálvame.
30 (31) Alabaré con cantos el nombre de Dios;
lo alabaré con gratitud,
31 (32) y el Señor quedará más complacido
que si le ofreciera un toro en sacrificio
o un novillo con cuernos y pezuñas.
32 (33) Al ver esto, se alegrarán los afligidos
y se animará el corazón de los que buscan a Dios;
33 (34) pues el Señor escucha a los pobres
y no desprecia a los suyos que están presos.
34 (35) ¡Alaben al Señor el cielo, la tierra y el mar,
y todos los seres que en ellos viven!
35-36 (36-37) Pues Dios salvará a Sión
y reconstruirá las ciudades de Judá.
Los hijos de sus siervos heredarán la ciudad;
allí vivirán y tomarán posesión de ella;
¡los que aman su nombre la habitarán!

69 Save me, O God; for the waters are come in unto my soul.
2 I sink in deep mire, where there is no standing: I am come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me.
3 I am weary of my crying: my throat is dried: mine eyes fail while I wait for my God.
4 They that hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of mine head: they that would destroy me, being mine enemies wrongfully, are mighty: then I restored that which I took not away.
5 O God, thou knowest my foolishness; and my sins are not hid from thee.
6 Let not them that wait on thee, O Lord God of hosts, be ashamed for my sake: let not those that seek thee be confounded for my sake, O God of Israel.
7 Because for thy sake I have borne reproach; shame hath covered my face.
8 I am become a stranger unto my brethren, and an alien unto my mother's children.
9 For the zeal of thine house hath eaten me up; and the reproaches of them that reproached thee are fallen upon me.
10 When I wept, and chastened my soul with fasting, that was to my reproach.
11 I made sackcloth also my garment; and I became a proverb to them.
12 They that sit in the gate speak against me; and I was the song of the drunkards.
13 But as for me, my prayer is unto thee, O Lord, in an acceptable time: O God, in the multitude of thy mercy hear me, in the truth of thy salvation.
14 Deliver me out of the mire, and let me not sink: let me be delivered from them that hate me, and out of the deep waters.
15 Let not the waterflood overflow me, neither let the deep swallow me up, and let not the pit shut her mouth upon me.
16 Hear me, O Lord; for thy lovingkindness is good: turn unto me according to the multitude of thy tender mercies.
17 And hide not thy face from thy servant; for I am in trouble: hear me speedily.
18 Draw nigh unto my soul, and redeem it: deliver me because of mine enemies.
19 Thou hast known my reproach, and my shame, and my dishonour: mine adversaries are all before thee.
20 Reproach hath broken my heart; and I am full of heaviness: and I looked for some to take pity, but there was none; and for comforters, but I found none.
21 They gave me also gall for my meat; and in my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink.
22 Let their table become a snare before them: and that which should have been for their welfare, let it become a trap.
23 Let their eyes be darkened, that they see not; and make their loins continually to shake.
24 Pour out thine indignation upon them, and let thy wrathful anger take hold of them.
25 Let their habitation be desolate; and let none dwell in their tents.
26 For they persecute him whom thou hast smitten; and they talk to the grief of those whom thou hast wounded.
27 Add iniquity unto their iniquity: and let them not come into thy righteousness.
28 Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, and not be written with the righteous.
29 But I am poor and sorrowful: let thy salvation, O God, set me up on high.
30 I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving.
31 This also shall please the Lord better than an ox or bullock that hath horns and hoofs.
32 The humble shall see this, and be glad: and your heart shall live that seek God.
33 For the Lord heareth the poor, and despiseth not his prisoners.
34 Let the heaven and earth praise him, the seas, and every thing that moveth therein.
35 For God will save Zion, and will build the cities of Judah: that they may dwell there, and have it in possession.
36 The seed also of his servants shall inherit it: and they that love his name shall dwell therein.

3 我連連呼救，已聲嘶力竭；
我期盼上帝的幫助，望眼欲穿。
4 無故恨我的人不計其數，
無故害我的仇敵勢力強大，
逼我償還我沒有偷過的東西。
5 上帝啊，你知道我的愚昧，
我的罪惡也瞞不過你。
6 主——萬軍之耶和華啊，
求你不要使等候你的人因我而受辱；
以色列的上帝啊，
求你不要讓信靠你的人因我而蒙羞。
7 我為了你的緣故遭受辱罵，
