祈求上帝拯救的祷告

69 上帝啊，求你拯救我，
因为洪水快把我淹没；
2 我深陷泥沼，无法站稳脚；
我落入深渊，被洪流淹没。
3 我连连呼救，已声嘶力竭；
我期盼上帝的帮助，望眼欲穿。
4 无故恨我的人不计其数，
无故害我的仇敌势力强大，
逼我偿还我没有偷过的东西。
5 上帝啊，你知道我的愚昧，
我的罪恶也瞒不过你。
6 主——万军之耶和华啊，
求你不要使等候你的人因我而受辱；
以色列的上帝啊，
求你不要让信靠你的人因我而蒙羞。
7 我为了你的缘故遭受辱骂，
羞辱满面。
8 我的弟兄视我为陌生人，
我的手足看我为外人。
9 我对你的殿充满炙热的爱，
辱骂你之人的辱骂都落在我身上。
10 我悲伤禁食，
他们就羞辱我。
11 我披上麻衣，
他们就讥笑我。
12 我成了街谈巷议的话题，
醉汉作歌取笑我。

13 可是，耶和华啊，
在你悦纳人的时候，
我向你祷告。
上帝啊，
求你以你的大爱和信实拯救我。
14 求你救我脱离泥沼，
不要让我沉下去；
求你救我脱离恨我的人，
使我离开深渊。
15 求你不要让洪水淹没我，
深渊吞灭我，
坟墓吞噬我。

16 耶和华啊，求你答应我的祷告，
因为你充满慈爱和良善；
求你以无限的怜悯眷顾我。
17 求你不要掩面不理你的仆人。
我正身陷困境，
求你快快答应我。
18 求你前来拯救我，
把我从仇敌手中救赎出来。
19 你知道我受的辱骂、欺凌和羞辱，
你看到了我仇敌的所作所为。
20 他们的辱骂使我心碎，
令我绝望无助。
我渴望有人同情，却没有一个；
期望有人安慰，却无一人。
21 他们给我苦胆当食物，
又拿醋给我解渴。

22 愿他们面前的宴席变为网罗，
成为他们的陷阱。
23 愿他们眼目昏暗，无法看见；
愿他们哆哆嗦嗦，直不起腰来。
24 求你把烈怒倾倒在他们身上，
将怒气撒向他们。
25 愿他们的家园一片荒凉，
愿他们的帐篷无人居住。
26 因为他们迫害你击打过的人，
嘲笑你所打伤之人的痛苦。
27 求你清算他们的种种罪行，
不要让他们有份于你的拯救之恩。
28 愿他们的名字从生命册上被抹去，
不得和义人的名字列在一起。
29 上帝啊，
我陷入痛苦和忧伤，
求你拯救我，保护我。
30 我要用歌声赞美上帝的名，
以感恩的心尊崇祂。

69 ¡Sálvame, Dios mío,
    porque las aguas ya me llegan al cuello!
2 Me estoy hundiendo en un pantano profundo
    y no tengo dónde apoyar el pie.
Estoy en medio de profundas aguas
    y me arrastra la corriente.
3 Cansado estoy de pedir ayuda;
    tengo reseca la garganta.
Mis ojos languidecen,
    esperando la ayuda de mi Dios.
4 Más que los cabellos de mi cabeza
    son los que me odian sin motivo;
muchos son los enemigos gratuitos
    que se han propuesto destruirme.
    ¿Cómo voy a devolver lo que no he robado?

5 Oh Dios, tú sabes lo insensato que he sido;
    no te puedo esconder mis culpas.

6 Señor Soberano de los Ejércitos,
    que no sean avergonzados por mi culpa
    los que en ti esperan;
oh Dios de Israel,
    que no sean humillados por mi culpa
    los que te buscan.
7 Por ti yo he sufrido insultos;
    mi rostro se ha cubierto de vergüenza.
8 Soy como un extraño para mis hermanos;
    soy un extranjero para los hijos de mi madre.
9 El celo por tu casa me consume;
    sobre mí han recaído las burlas de los que te insultan.
10 Cuando lloro y ayuno,
    tengo que soportar sus insultos;
11 cuando me visto de luto,
    soy objeto de burlas.
12 Los que se sientan a la puerta murmuran contra mí;
    los borrachos me dedican parodias.

13 Pero yo, Señor, elevo a ti una oración
    en el tiempo de tu buena voluntad.
Por tu gran amor, oh Dios, respóndeme;
    por tu fidelidad, sálvame.
14 Sácame del lodo;
    no permitas que me hunda.
Líbrame de los que me odian
    y de las aguas profundas.
15 No dejes que me arrastre la corriente;
    no permitas que me trague el abismo
    ni que el foso cierre sus fauces sobre mí.

16 Respóndeme, Señor, por tu bondad y tu gran amor;
    por tu inmensa misericordia, vuélvete hacia mí.
17 No escondas tu rostro de este siervo tuyo;
    respóndeme pronto, que estoy angustiado.
18 Ven a mi lado y rescátame;
    redímeme, por causa de mis enemigos.

19 Tú bien sabes cómo me insultan,
    me avergüenzan y denigran;
    sabes quiénes son mis adversarios.
20 Los insultos me han destrozado el corazón;
    para mí ya no hay remedio.
Esperé compasión y no la hubo;
    busqué consuelo y no lo hallé.
21 En mi comida pusieron hiel;
    para calmar mi sed me dieron vinagre.

22 Que se conviertan en trampa sus banquetes
    y su prosperidad, en lazo.
23 Que se les nublen los ojos para que no vean
    y que se encorven sus espaldas para siempre.
24 Descarga tu furia sobre ellos;
    que tu ardiente ira los alcance.
25 Que su campamento quede desierto
    y que nadie habite sus tiendas de campaña.
26 Pues al que has afligido lo persiguen
    y se burlan del dolor del que has herido.
27 Añade a sus pecados más pecados;
    no los hagas partícipes de tu salvación.
28 Que sean borrados del libro de la vida;
    que no queden inscritos con los justos.

29 Y a mí, que estoy pobre y adolorido,
    que me proteja, Dios mío, tu salvación.

30 Con cánticos alabaré el nombre de Dios;
    con acción de gracias lo exaltaré.
31 Esa ofrenda agradará más al Señor que la de un toro o un novillo
    con sus cuernos y pezuñas.
32 Los pobres verán esto y se alegrarán;
    ¡reanímense ustedes, los que buscan a Dios!
33 Porque el Señor oye a los necesitados
    y no desprecia a su pueblo cautivo.

34 Que lo alaben los cielos y la tierra,
    los mares y todo lo que se mueve en ellos,
35 porque Dios salvará a Sión
    y reconstruirá las ciudades de Judá.
Allí se establecerá el pueblo
    y tomará posesión de la tierra.
36 La heredarán los hijos de sus siervos;
    la habitarán los que aman su nombre.

Save Me, O God

69 Save me, O God,
For the (A)waters have [b]threatened my life.
2 I have sunk in deep (B)clay, and there is no foothold;
I have come into deep waters, and a [c](C)flood overflows me.
3 I am (D)weary with my calling out; my throat is parched;
My (E)eyes fail while I wait for my God.
4 Those (F)who hate me without cause are more than the hairs of my head;
Those who would [d]destroy me (G)are powerful, being wrongfully my enemies;
(H)What I did not steal, I then have to restore.

5 O God, it is You who knows (I)my folly,
And [e](J)all my guilt is not hidden from You.
6 May those who hope for You not (K)be ashamed through me, O Lord Yahweh of hosts;
May those who seek You not be dishonored through me, O God of Israel,
7 Because (L)for Your sake I have borne reproach;
(M)Dishonor has covered my face.
8 I have become (N)estranged [f]from my brothers
And a foreigner to my mother’s sons.
9 For (O)zeal for Your house has consumed me,
And (P)the reproaches of those who reproach You have fallen on me.
10 When I wept (Q)in my soul with fasting,
It became my reproach.
11 When I made (R)sackcloth my clothing,
I became (S)a byword to them.
12 Those who (T)dwell at the gate moan about me,
And I am (U)the drunkards’ songs.

13 But as for me, my prayer is to You, O Yahweh, (V)at an acceptable time;
O God, in the (W)abundance of Your lovingkindness,
Answer me with the truth of Your salvation.
14 Deliver me from the (X)mire and do not let me sink;
May I be (Y)delivered from [g]my foes and from the [h](Z)deep waters.
15 May the [i](AA)flood of water not overflow me
Nor the deep swallow me up,
Nor the (AB)pit shut its mouth on me.

16 Answer me, O Yahweh, for (AC)Your lovingkindness is good;
(AD)According to the abundance of Your compassion, (AE)turn to me,
17 And (AF)do not hide Your face from Your slave,
For I am (AG)in distress; answer me quickly.
18 Oh draw near to my soul and (AH)redeem it;
(AI)Ransom me because of my enemies!
19 You know my (AJ)reproach and my shame and my dishonor;
All my adversaries are [j]before You.

20 Reproach has (AK)broken my heart and I am so sick.
And (AL)I hoped for sympathy, but there was none,
And for (AM)comforters, but I found none.
21 They also gave me [k](AN)gall [l]for my food
And for my thirst they (AO)gave me vinegar to drink.

22 May (AP)their table before them become a snare;
And [m](AQ)when they are in peace, may it become a trap.
23 May their (AR)eyes darken so that they cannot see,
And make their (AS)loins quake continually.
24 (AT)Pour out Your indignation on them,
And may Your burning anger overtake them.
25 May their [n](AU)camp be desolate;
May none dwell in their tents.
26 For they have (AV)persecuted him whom (AW)You Yourself have struck down,
And they recount the pain of those whom (AX)You have [o]wounded.
27 Add (AY)iniquity to their iniquity,
And (AZ)may they not come into (BA)Your righteousness.
28 May they be (BB)blotted out of the (BC)book of life
And may they not be [p](BD)recorded with the righteous.

29 But I am (BE)afflicted and in pain;
[q]May Your salvation, O God, (BF)set me securely on high.
30 I will (BG)praise the name of God with song
And (BH)magnify Him with (BI)thanksgiving.
31 And this will (BJ)please Yahweh better than an ox
Or a young bull with horns and hoofs.
32 The (BK)humble [r]see it and are glad;
You who seek God, (BL)let your heart [s]revive.
33 For (BM)Yahweh hears the needy
And (BN)does not despise His who are prisoners.

34 Let (BO)heaven and earth praise Him,
The seas and (BP)everything that moves in them.
35 For God will (BQ)save Zion and (BR)build the cities of Judah,
That they may dwell there and (BS)possess it.
36 The (BT)seed of His slaves will inherit it,
And those who love His name (BU)will dwell in it.
