在悲苦中呼求 神拯救
大衛的詩，交給詩班長，用絲弦的樂器伴奏，調用“舍明尼”。
6 耶和華啊！求你不要在烈怒中責備我，
也不要在氣忿中管教我。
2 耶和華啊！求你恩待我，因為我軟弱；
耶和華啊！求你醫治我，因為我的骨頭發抖。
3 我的心也大大戰慄，
耶和華啊！要等到幾時呢？
4 耶和華啊！求你回轉搭救我，
因你慈愛的緣故拯救我。
5 因為在死亡之地無人記念你，
在陰間有誰稱謝你呢？
6 我因悲歎而疲憊，
我夜夜流淚，把床漂起，
把床榻浸透。
7 我因愁煩眼目昏花，
因眾多的仇敵視力衰退。
8 你們所有作惡的人，離開我去吧，
因為耶和華聽了我哀哭的聲音。
9 耶和華聽了我的懇求，
耶和華必接納我的禱告。
10 我所有的仇敵都必蒙羞，大大驚惶；
眨眼之間，他們必蒙羞後退。

6 O Lord, rebuke me not in thine anger, neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.
2 Have mercy upon me, O Lord; for I am weak: O Lord, heal me; for my bones are vexed.
3 My soul is also sore vexed: but thou, O Lord, how long?
4 Return, O Lord, deliver my soul: oh save me for thy mercies' sake.
5 For in death there is no remembrance of thee: in the grave who shall give thee thanks?
6 I am weary with my groaning; all the night make I my bed to swim; I water my couch with my tears.
7 Mine eye is consumed because of grief; it waxeth old because of all mine enemies.
8 Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for the Lord hath heard the voice of my weeping.
9 The Lord hath heard my supplication; the Lord will receive my prayer.
10 Let all mine enemies be ashamed and sore vexed: let them return and be ashamed suddenly.

6 Ó Senhor Deus, não me repreendas
quando estiveres irado!
Não me castigues no teu furor.
2 Tem compaixão de mim,
pois me sinto fraco.
Dá-me saúde, pois o meu corpo
está abatido,
3 e a minha alma está muito aflita.
Ó Deus, quando virás me curar?
4 Vem salvar a minha vida,
ó Senhor Deus!
Por causa do teu amor,
livra-me da morte.
5 Pois no mundo dos mortos
não és lembrado,
e lá ninguém pode te louvar.
6 Estou cansado de chorar.
Todas as noites a minha cama
se molha de lágrimas,
e o meu choro encharca o travesseiro.
7 Por causa dos meus inimigos,
os meus olhos estão inchados
de tanto chorar,
e quase não posso enxergar.
8 Afastem-se de mim,
vocês que fazem o mal!
O Senhor Deus me ouve quando choro;
9 ele me escuta quando peço ajuda
e atende as minhas orações.
10 Os meus inimigos ficarão
envergonhados e apavorados;
eles fugirão de repente,
em completa confusão.
