57 神啊，求你恩待我！求你恩待我！
因为我投靠你；
我要投靠在你翅膀的荫下，
直到灾害过去。
2 我要向至高的 神呼求，
就是向为我成就他旨意的 神呼求。
3 神从天上施恩拯救我，
斥责那践踏我的人；（细拉）
神必向我发出他的慈爱和信实。

57 上帝啊，求你憐憫我，憐憫我，
因為我投靠你。
我要在你翅膀下得到蔭庇，
直到災難結束。
2 我向至高的上帝，
向為我成就一切的上帝呼求。
3 上帝從天上施助、拯救我，
使迫害我的人蒙羞。
上帝必彰顯祂的慈愛和信實。
