10 惡人日夜在城牆上繞行，
在城裡盡是邪惡與禍害；
11 城中也有毀滅人的事，
欺壓和詭詐不離城裡的街道。
12 原來不是仇敵辱罵我，
如果是仇敵，我還可以忍受；
也不是恨我的人向我狂妄自大，
如果是恨我的人，我還可以躲避他。

10 Day and night they prowl(A) about on its walls;
malice and abuse are within it.
11 Destructive forces(B) are at work in the city;
threats and lies(C) never leave its streets.
12 If an enemy were insulting me,
I could endure it;
if a foe were rising against me,
I could hide.
