神为其民做避难之所
46 可拉后裔的诗歌，交于伶长。调用女音。
1 神是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们在患难中随时的帮助。
2 所以地虽改变，山虽摇动到海心，
3 其中的水虽砰訇翻腾，山虽因海涨而战抖，我们也不害怕。（细拉）
4 有一道河，这河的分汊使神的城欢喜，这城就是至高者居住的圣所。
5 神在其中，城必不动摇，到天一亮，神必帮助这城。
6 外邦喧嚷，列国动摇，神发声，地便熔化。
7 万军之耶和华与我们同在，雅各的神是我们的避难所。（细拉）
8 你们来看耶和华的作为，看他使地怎样荒凉。
9 他止息刀兵，直到地极；他折弓断枪，把战车焚烧在火中。
10 你们要休息，要知道我是神！我必在外邦中被尊崇，在遍地上也被尊崇。
11 万军之耶和华与我们同在，雅各的神是我们的避难所。

Dieu, le souverain refuge
46 Au chef de chœur. Des descendants de Koré, pour sopranos, chant.
2 Dieu est pour nous un refuge et un appui,
un secours toujours présent dans la détresse.
3 C’est pourquoi nous sommes sans crainte quand la terre est bouleversée,
quand les montagnes sont ébranlées au cœur des mers
4 et que les flots de la mer mugissent, écument,
se soulèvent jusqu’à faire trembler les montagnes. – Pause.
5 Les bras d’un fleuve réjouissent la ville de Dieu,
le sanctuaire des demeures du Très-Haut.
6 Dieu est au milieu d’elle: elle n’est pas ébranlée;
Dieu la secourt dès le point du jour.
7 Des nations s’agitent, des royaumes sont ébranlés:
il fait entendre sa voix, et la terre tombe en défaillance.
8 L’Eternel, le maître de l’univers, est avec nous,
le Dieu de Jacob est une forteresse pour nous. – Pause.
9 Venez contempler ce que l’Eternel a fait,
les actes dévastateurs qu’il a accomplis sur la terre!
10 C’est lui qui a fait cesser les combats jusqu’aux extrémités de la terre;
il a brisé l’arc et rompu la lance,
il a détruit par le feu les chars de guerre.
11 «Arrêtez, et sachez que je suis Dieu!
Je domine sur les nations, je domine sur la terre.»
12 L’Eternel, le maître de l’univers, est avec nous,
le Dieu de Jacob est pour nous une forteresse. – Pause.

2 Dio è per noi rifugio e forza,
aiuto sempre vicino nelle angosce.
3 Perciò non temiamo se trema la terra,
se crollano i monti nel fondo del mare.
4 Fremano, si gonfino le sue acque,
tremino i monti per i suoi flutti.
5 Un fiume e i suoi ruscelli rallegrano la città di Dio,
la santa dimora dell'Altissimo.
6 Dio sta in essa: non potrà vacillare;
la soccorrerà Dio, prima del mattino.
7 Fremettero le genti, i regni si scossero;
egli tuonò, si sgretolò la terra.
8 Il Signore degli eserciti è con noi,
nostro rifugio è il Dio di Giacobbe.
9 Venite, vedete le opere del Signore,
egli ha fatto portenti sulla terra.
10 Farà cessare le guerre sino ai confini della terra,
romperà gli archi e spezzerà le lance,
brucerà con il fuoco gli scudi.
11 Fermatevi e sappiate che io sono Dio,
eccelso tra le genti, eccelso sulla terra.
12 Il Signore degli eserciti è con noi,
nostro rifugio è il Dio di Giacobbe.

King James Version
46 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
2 Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
3 Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.
4 There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.
5 God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.
6 The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.
7 The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
8 Come, behold the works of the Lord, what desolations he hath made in the earth.
9 He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.
10 Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
11 The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
