神同在是最好的保障
可拉子孙的歌，交给诗班长，用女高调。
46 神是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，
是我们在患难中随时都可得到的帮助。
2 因此，地虽然震动，
群山虽然崩塌入海洋的深处，
我们也不害怕。
3 虽然海浪翻腾澎湃，
虽然山岳因波涛汹涌摇动，
我们也不害怕。（细拉）
4 有一条河，它众多的支流使 神的城充满快乐；
这城就是至高者居住的圣所。
5 神在城中，城必不动摇；
天一亮， 神必帮助它。
6 列邦喧嚷，万国动摇；
神一发声，地就融化。
7 万军之耶和华与我们同在；
雅各的 神是我们的保障。（细拉）
8 你们都来，看耶和华的作为，
看他怎样使地荒凉。
9 他使战争止息，直到地极；
他把弓折毁，把矛砍断，
把战车用火焚烧。
10 你们要住手，要知道我是 神；
我要在列国中被尊崇，我要在全地上被尊崇。
11 万军之耶和华与我们同在；

God Is Our Fortress
To the choirmaster. Of (A)the Sons of Korah. According to (B)Alamoth.[a] A Song.
46 God is our (C)refuge and strength,
a very (D)present[b] help in (E)trouble.
2 Therefore we will not fear (F)though the earth give way,
though the mountains be moved into (G)the heart of the sea,
3 though (H)its waters roar and foam,
though the mountains tremble at its swelling. Selah
4 There is (I)a river whose streams make glad (J)the city of God,
the holy (K)habitation of the Most High.
5 (L)God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved;
God will help her when morning dawns.
6 (M)The nations rage, the kingdoms totter;
he (N)utters his voice, the earth (O)melts.
7 (P)The Lord of hosts is with us;
the God of Jacob is our fortress. Selah
8 (Q)Come, behold the works of the Lord,
how he has brought desolations on the earth.
9 (R)He makes wars cease to the end of the earth;
he (S)breaks the bow and shatters the spear;
(T)he burns the chariots with fire.
10 (U)“Be still, and know that I am God.
(V)I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth!”
11 (W)The Lord of hosts is with us;
the God of Jacob is our fortress. Selah

(B)Handang saklolo sa kabagabagan.
2 Kaya't hindi tayo matatakot bagaman ang lupa ay mabago,
At bagaman ang mga bundok ay mangaglipat sa kagitnaan ng mga dagat;
3 Bagaman ang tubig niyaon ay magsihugong at mabagabag.
Bagaman ang mga bundok ay mangauga dahil sa unos niyaon. (Selah)
4 (C)May isang ilog, na ang mga agos ay nagpapasaya (D)sa bayan ng Dios.
Sa banal na dako ng mga tabernakulo ng Kataastaasan.
5 (E)Ang Dios ay nasa gitna niya; siya'y hindi makikilos:
Tutulungan siya ng Dios na maaga.
6 Ang mga bansa ay nangagkagulo, ang mga kaharian ay nangakilos:
Inihiyaw niya ang kaniyang tinig, ang lupa ay natunaw.
7 (F)Ang Panginoon ng mga hukbo ay sumasa atin;
Ang Dios ni Jacob ay ating kanlungan. (Selah)
8 Kayo'y parito, inyong masdan ang mga gawa ng Panginoon,
Kung anong mga kagibaan ang kaniyang ginawa sa lupa.
9 (G)Kaniyang pinapaglilikat ang mga pagdidigma sa wakas ng lupa;
Kaniyang binabali ang busog, at pinuputol ang sibat;
Kaniyang sinusunog ang mga karo sa apoy.
10 Kayo ay magsitigil at kilalanin ninyo na ako ang Dios:
(H)Ako'y mabubunyi sa gitna ng mga bansa, ako'y mabubunyi sa lupa.
11 Ang Panginoon ng mga hukbo ay sumasa atin;
Ang Dios ni Jacob ay ating kanlungan.
