²他把我從荒蕪的坑裡，

從泥沼中拉上來；

他使我的腳站在磐石上，

又使我的腳步穩定。

³他使我口唱新歌，

讚美我們的　神；

許多人看見了，就必懼怕，

並且要倚靠耶和華。

⁴那倚靠耶和華，

不轉向高傲和偏向虛謊的人的，

這人是有福的。

²He lifted me out of the slimy pit,^(A)
    out of the mud^(B) and mire;^(C)
he set my feet^(D) on a rock^(E)
    and gave me a firm place to stand.
³He put a new song^(F) in my mouth,
    a hymn of praise to our God.
Many will see and fear the Lord^(G)
    and put their trust^(H) in him.
