认罪与赦免
大卫的诗。
32 过犯得赦免、罪恶被饶恕的人有福了！
2 心里没有诡诈、
不被耶和华算为有罪的人有福了！
3 我默然不语、拒绝认罪的时候，
就因整日哀叹而身心疲惫。
4 你昼夜管教我，
我的精力耗尽，
如水在盛夏枯竭。（细拉）
5 我向你承认自己的罪，
不再隐瞒自己的恶。
我说：“我要向耶和华认罪。”
你就赦免了我。（细拉）
6 因此，趁着还能寻求你的时候，
凡敬虔的人都当向你祷告；
洪水泛滥时，就没有机会了。
7 你是我的藏身之所，
你保护我免遭危难，
用得胜的凯歌四面环绕我。（细拉）
8 耶和华说：“我要教导你，
引领你走正路；
我要劝导你，看顾你。
9 不要像无知的骡马，
不用嚼环辔头就不驯服。”
10 恶人必多遭祸患，
耶和华的慈爱必环绕信靠祂的人。
11 义人啊，
你们要靠耶和华欢喜快乐；
心地正直的人啊，
你们都要欢呼。

Bài mạch-kinh của Đa-vít.
32 Phúc cho người nào mà tội lỗi được tha,
mọi lầm lỗi được bôi xóa.
2 Phước cho người mà CHÚA không kết tội
và trong lòng không có gì giả dối.
3 Khi tôi im lặng, tôi cảm thấy yếu đuối.
Tôi rên rỉ suốt ngày.
4 Ngày và đêm tay CHÚA đè nặng trên tôi.
Sức lực tôi suy yếu vì sức nóng mùa hè. Xê-la
5 Rồi tôi xưng tội cùng CHÚA,
không giấu diếm tội lỗi tôi.
Tôi nói, “Tôi sẽ xưng tội cùng CHÚA,”
còn Ngài sẽ tha thứ cho tôi. Xê-la
6 Vì thế những ai vâng lời Ngài
hãy cầu nguyện trong khi còn có cơ hội.
Để khi khốn khó xảy đến như nước lụt,
họ sẽ không bị tổn hại gì.
7 Ngài là nơi trú ẩn của tôi.
Ngài bảo vệ tôi khỏi mọi gian nan
và khiến lòng tôi đầy dẫy những bài ca cứu rỗi của CHÚA. Xê-la
8 CHÚA phán, “Ta sẽ khiến con khôn ngoan,
và sẽ chỉ cho con biết đường phải đi.
Ta sẽ dắt dẫn và trông nom con.
9 Đừng giống như lừa và ngựa
vốn không hiểu biết gì.
Người ta phải dùng hàm khớp và dây cương để dắt dẫn,
nếu không chúng sẽ chẳng chịu đến gần con.”
10 Kẻ ác gặp nhiều nỗi khổ đau
nhưng tình yêu CHÚA bao phủ những kẻ tin cậy Ngài.
11 Hỡi những người nhân đức,
hãy hớn hở vui mừng trong CHÚA.
Còn những ai có lòng ngay thẳng,
hãy ca hát lên.

1 Blessed is the one
whose transgressions are forgiven,
whose sins are covered.(A)
2 Blessed is the one
whose sin the Lord does not count against them(B)
and in whose spirit is no deceit.(C)
3 When I kept silent,(D)
my bones wasted away(E)
through my groaning(F) all day long.
4 For day and night
your hand was heavy(G) on me;
my strength was sapped(H)
as in the heat of summer.[b]
5 Then I acknowledged my sin to you
and did not cover up my iniquity.(I)
I said, “I will confess(J)
my transgressions(K) to the Lord.”
And you forgave
the guilt of my sin.(L)
6 Therefore let all the faithful pray to you
while you may be found;(M)
surely the rising(N) of the mighty waters(O)
will not reach them.(P)
7 You are my hiding place;(Q)
you will protect me from trouble(R)
and surround me with songs of deliverance.(S)
8 I will instruct(T) you and teach you(U) in the way you should go;
I will counsel you with my loving eye on(V) you.
9 Do not be like the horse or the mule,
which have no understanding
but must be controlled by bit and bridle(W)
or they will not come to you.
10 Many are the woes of the wicked,(X)
but the Lord’s unfailing love
surrounds the one who trusts(Y) in him.
11 Rejoice in the Lord(Z) and be glad, you righteous;
sing, all you who are upright in heart!
