大卫的训诲诗。
32 过犯得蒙赦免，
罪恶得到遮盖的人，是有福的。（本节在《马索拉文本》包括细字标题）
2 心里没有诡诈，
耶和华不算为有罪的，这人是有福的。
3 我闭口不认罪的时候，
就整天唉哼，以致骨头衰残。
4 因为你的手昼夜重压在我身上，
我的精力耗尽，好象盛暑的干旱。（细拉）
5 我向你承认我的罪，
没有隐藏我的罪孽；
我说：“我要向耶和华承认我的过犯”；
你就赦免我的罪孽。（细拉）
6 因此，凡是敬虔的人，都当趁你可寻找的时候，向你祷告；
大水泛滥的时候，必不能达到他那里。
7 你是我藏身之处，
你必保护我脱离患难，
以得救的欢呼四面环绕我。（细拉）
8 我要教导你，指示你应走的路；
我要劝戒你，我的眼睛看顾你。
9 你不可像无知的骡马，
如果不用嚼环辔头勒住牠们，
牠们就不肯走近。
10 恶人必受许多痛苦；
但倚靠耶和华的，必有慈爱四面环绕他。
11 义人哪！你们要靠着耶和华欢喜快乐；
所有心里正直的人哪！你们都要欢呼。

2 心裡沒有詭詐，
耶和華不算為有罪的，這人是有福的。
3 我閉口不認罪的時候，
就整天唉哼，以致骨頭衰殘。
4 因為你的手晝夜重壓在我身上，
我的精力耗盡，好像盛暑的乾旱。（細拉）
5 我向你承認我的罪，
沒有隱藏我的罪孽；
我說：“我要向耶和華承認我的過犯”；
你就赦免我的罪孽。（細拉）
6 因此，凡是敬虔的人，都當趁你可尋找的時候，向你禱告；
大水氾濫的時候，必不能達到他那裡。

32 Dichoso aquél cuyo pecado es perdonado,
y cuya maldad queda absuelta.
2 Dichoso aquél a quien el Señor
ya no acusa de impiedad,(A)
y en el que no hay engaño.
3 Mientras callé, mis huesos envejecieron,
pues todo el día me quejaba.
4 De día y de noche me hiciste padecer;
mi lozanía se volvió aridez de verano.
5 Te confesé mi pecado; no oculté mi maldad.
Me dije: «Confesaré al Señor mi rebeldía»,
y tú perdonaste la maldad de mi pecado.(B)
6 Por eso, todos tus fieles orarán a ti
mientras puedas ser hallado.
Aunque sufran una gran inundación,
las aguas no los alcanzarán.
7 ¡Tú eres mi refugio!
¡Tú me libras de la angustia!
¡Tú me rodeas con cánticos de libertad!
8 «Yo te voy a hacer que entiendas.
Voy a enseñarte el camino que debes seguir,
y no voy a quitarte los ojos de encima.
9 No seas como los caballos ni como las mulas,
que no quieren obedecer,
y que hay que sujetarlos con la brida y el freno,
pues de lo contrario no se acercan a su amo.»
10 Al malvado le esperan muchas aflicciones,
pero la misericordia del Señor acompaña
a todos los que confían en él.
11 Ustedes, los hombres justos,
¡alégrense y regocíjense en el Señor!
Y ustedes, los de recto corazón,
¡canten todos llenos de alegría!

1 Blessed is the one
whose transgressions are forgiven,
whose sins are covered.(A)
2 Blessed is the one
whose sin the Lord does not count against them(B)
and in whose spirit is no deceit.(C)
3 When I kept silent,(D)
my bones wasted away(E)
through my groaning(F) all day long.
4 For day and night
your hand was heavy(G) on me;
my strength was sapped(H)
as in the heat of summer.[b]
5 Then I acknowledged my sin to you
and did not cover up my iniquity.(I)
I said, “I will confess(J)
my transgressions(K) to the Lord.”
And you forgave
the guilt of my sin.(L)
6 Therefore let all the faithful pray to you
while you may be found;(M)
surely the rising(N) of the mighty waters(O)
will not reach them.(P)
7 You are my hiding place;(Q)
you will protect me from trouble(R)
and surround me with songs of deliverance.(S)
8 I will instruct(T) you and teach you(U) in the way you should go;
I will counsel you with my loving eye on(V) you.
9 Do not be like the horse or the mule,
which have no understanding
but must be controlled by bit and bridle(W)
or they will not come to you.
10 Many are the woes of the wicked,(X)
but the Lord’s unfailing love
surrounds the one who trusts(Y) in him.
11 Rejoice in the Lord(Z) and be glad, you righteous;
sing, all you who are upright in heart!
