8 你没有把我交在仇敌的手里，

你使我的脚站稳在宽阔之地。

9 耶和华啊！求你恩待我，因为我在患难之中；

我的眼睛因愁烦昏花，

我的身、我的心也都衰残。

10 我的生命因愁苦耗尽，

我的岁月在叹息中消逝，

我的力量因罪孽衰退，

我的骨头也枯干。

我双眼哭肿，身心疲惫。
10 我的生命被愁苦吞噬，
岁月被哀伤耗尽，
力量因罪恶而消逝，
我成了枯骨一堆。

9 Be merciful to me, Lord, for I am in distress;(C)

10 My life is consumed by anguish(F)
