感恩的祷告
30 耶和华啊，我要尊崇你，
因为你救了我，不让仇敌向我夸耀。
2 耶和华—我的 神啊，
我呼求你，你医治了我。
3 耶和华啊，你救我的性命脱离阴间，
使我存活，不至于下入地府。
4 耶和华的圣民哪，你们要歌颂他，
要颂扬他神圣的名字[a]。
5 因为，他的怒气不过是转眼之间；
他的恩典乃是一生之久。
一宿虽然有哭泣，
早晨便必欢呼。
6 至于我，我凡事顺利，就说：
“我永不动摇。”
7 耶和华啊，你曾施恩，使我稳固如山；
你转脸不顾，我就惊惶。
8 耶和华啊，我曾求告你；
我向耶和华恳求：
9 “我被害流血，下到地府，有何益处呢？
尘土岂能称谢你、传扬你的信实吗？
10 耶和华啊，求你应允我，怜悯我！
耶和华啊，求你帮助我！”
11 你将我的哀哭变为跳舞，
脱去我的麻衣，为我披上喜乐，
12 使我的灵[b]歌颂你，不致缄默。
耶和华—我的 神啊，我要称谢你，直到永远！

30 耶和华啊，我要赞美你，
因为你救我脱离危难，
不让我的仇敌幸灾乐祸。
2 我的上帝耶和华啊，
我呼求你，你就医治了我。
3 耶和华啊，你从阴间把我救出，
没有让我落入坟墓。
4 耶和华忠心的子民啊，
你们要歌颂祂，
赞美祂的圣名。
5 因为祂的怒气瞬间消逝，
祂的恩惠却持续一生。
我们虽然整夜哭泣，
早晨必定欢呼。
6 我在顺境中曾说：
“我永不动摇。”
7 耶和华啊，
你向我施恩，我便稳固如山；
你掩面不理我，我就惊慌失措。
8 耶和华啊，我向你呼求，
恳求你怜悯，说：
9 “耶和华啊，
我被毁灭、落入坟墓有何益处？
我归于尘土，还能赞美你、
宣扬你的信实吗？
10 耶和华啊，求你垂听我的呼求，怜悯我！
耶和华啊，求你帮助我！”
11 你把我的哀哭变成了舞步，
为我脱下悲伤的麻衣，
披上喜乐的外袍，
12 好叫我从心底歌颂你，
不致默然无声。
我的上帝耶和华啊，
我要永远向你感恩！

30 耶和華啊，我要讚美你，
因為你救我脫離危難，
不讓我的仇敵幸災樂禍。
2 我的上帝耶和華啊，
我呼求你，你就醫治了我。
3 耶和華啊，你從陰間把我救出，
沒有讓我落入墳墓。
4 耶和華忠心的子民啊，
你們要歌頌祂，
讚美祂的聖名。
5 因為祂的怒氣瞬間消逝，
祂的恩惠卻持續一生。
我們雖然整夜哭泣，
早晨必定歡呼。
6 我在順境中曾說：
「我永不動搖。」
7 耶和華啊，
你向我施恩，我便穩固如山；
你掩面不理我，我就驚慌失措。
8 耶和華啊，我向你呼求，
懇求你憐憫，說：
9 「耶和華啊，
我被毀滅、落入墳墓有何益處？
我歸於塵土，還能讚美你、

A psalm. A song. For the dedication of the temple.[b] Of David.
1 I will exalt(A) you, Lord,
for you lifted me out of the depths(B)
and did not let my enemies gloat over me.(C)
2 Lord my God, I called to you for help,(D)
and you healed me.(E)
3 You, Lord, brought me up from the realm of the dead;(F)
you spared me from going down to the pit.(G)
4 Sing(H) the praises of the Lord, you his faithful people;(I)
praise his holy name.(J)
5 For his anger(K) lasts only a moment,(L)
but his favor lasts a lifetime;(M)
weeping(N) may stay for the night,
but rejoicing comes in the morning.(O)
6 When I felt secure, I said,
“I will never be shaken.”(P)
7 Lord, when you favored me,
you made my royal mountain[c] stand firm;
but when you hid your face,(Q)
I was dismayed.
