大卫的诗：献殿之歌。
30 耶和华啊！我要尊崇你，因为你曾救拔我，
不容我的仇敌向我夸耀。
2 耶和华我的 神啊！
我曾向你呼求，
你也医治了我。
3 耶和华啊！你曾把我从阴间救上来，
使我存活，不至于下坑。
4 耶和华的圣民哪！你们要歌颂耶和华，
赞美他的圣名。
5 因为他的怒气只是短暂的，
他的恩惠却是一生一世的；
夜间虽然不断有哭泣，
早晨却必欢呼。
6 至于我，我在安稳的时候曾说：
“我必永不动摇。”
7 耶和华啊！你的恩宠，使我坚立，如同大山；
你一掩面，我就惊惶。
8 耶和华啊！我曾向你呼求；
我曾向我主恳求，说：
9 “我被害流血，下到深坑，有甚么益处呢？
尘土还能称赞你，还能传扬你的信实吗？
10 耶和华啊！求你垂听，恩待我；
耶和华啊！求你帮助我。”
11 你已经把我的悲哀变为舞蹈，
把我的麻衣脱去，又给我穿上欢乐；
12 好让我的灵（“灵”或译：“荣耀”或“肝”；与16:9，57:8，108:1同）歌颂你，永不停止。
耶和华我的 神啊！我要永远称赞你。

30 (2) Señor, yo te alabo
porque tú me libertaste,
porque no has permitido
que mis enemigos se burlen de mí.
2 (3) Señor, mi Dios,
te pedí ayuda, y me sanaste;
3 (4) tú, Señor, me salvaste de la muerte;
me diste vida, me libraste de morir.
4 (5) Ustedes, fieles del Señor, ¡cántenle himnos!,
¡alaben su santo nombre!
5 (6) Porque su enojo dura un momento,
pero su buena voluntad, toda la vida.
Si lloramos por la noche,
por la mañana tendremos alegría.
6 (7) Yo me sentí seguro, y pensé:
«Nada me hará caer jamás.»
7 (8) Pero tú, Señor, en tu bondad
me habías afirmado en lugar seguro,
y apenas me negaste tu ayuda
el miedo me dejó confundido.
8 (9) A ti, Señor, clamo;
a ti, Señor, suplico:
9 (10) ¿Qué se gana con que yo muera,
con que sea llevado al sepulcro?
¡El polvo no puede alabarte
ni hablar de tu fidelidad!
10 (11) Señor, óyeme y ten compasión de mí;
Señor, ¡ayúdame!
11 (12) Has cambiado en danzas mis lamentos;
me has quitado el luto
y me has vestido de fiesta.
12 (13) Por eso, Señor y Dios,
no puedo quedarme en silencio:
¡te cantaré himnos de alabanza
y siempre te daré gracias!

1 I will exalt(A) you, Lord,
for you lifted me out of the depths(B)
and did not let my enemies gloat over me.(C)
2 Lord my God, I called to you for help,(D)
and you healed me.(E)
3 You, Lord, brought me up from the realm of the dead;(F)
you spared me from going down to the pit.(G)
4 Sing(H) the praises of the Lord, you his faithful people;(I)
praise his holy name.(J)
5 For his anger(K) lasts only a moment,(L)
but his favor lasts a lifetime;(M)
weeping(N) may stay for the night,
but rejoicing comes in the morning.(O)
6 When I felt secure, I said,
“I will never be shaken.”(P)
7 Lord, when you favored me,
you made my royal mountain[c] stand firm;
but when you hid your face,(Q)
I was dismayed.

感恩的禱告
大衛的詩，作獻殿之歌。
30 耶和華啊，我要讚美你，
因為你救我脫離危難，
不讓我的仇敵幸災樂禍。
2 我的上帝耶和華啊，
我呼求你，你就醫治了我。
3 耶和華啊，你從陰間把我救出，
沒有讓我落入墳墓。
4 耶和華忠心的子民啊，
你們要歌頌祂，
讚美祂的聖名。
5 因為祂的怒氣瞬間消逝，
祂的恩惠卻持續一生。
我們雖然整夜哭泣，
早晨必定歡呼。
6 我在順境中曾說：
「我永不動搖。」
7 耶和華啊，
你向我施恩，我便穩固如山；
你掩面不理我，我就驚慌失措。
8 耶和華啊，我向你呼求，
懇求你憐憫，說：
9 「耶和華啊，
我被毀滅、落入墳墓有何益處？
我歸於塵土，還能讚美你、
宣揚你的信實嗎？
10 耶和華啊，求你垂聽我的呼求，憐憫我！
耶和華啊，求你幫助我！」
11 你把我的哀哭變成了舞步，
為我脫下悲傷的麻衣，
披上喜樂的外袍，
12 好叫我從心底歌頌你，
不致默然無聲。
我的上帝耶和華啊，
我要永遠向你感恩！
