感恩的禱告
大衛的詩，作獻殿之歌。
30 耶和華啊，我要讚美你，
因為你救我脫離危難，
不讓我的仇敵幸災樂禍。
2 我的上帝耶和華啊，
我呼求你，你就醫治了我。
3 耶和華啊，你從陰間把我救出，
沒有讓我落入墳墓。
4 耶和華忠心的子民啊，
你們要歌頌祂，
讚美祂的聖名。
5 因為祂的怒氣瞬間消逝，
祂的恩惠卻持續一生。
我們雖然整夜哭泣，
早晨必定歡呼。
6 我在順境中曾說：
「我永不動搖。」
7 耶和華啊，
你向我施恩，我便穩固如山；
你掩面不理我，我就驚慌失措。
8 耶和華啊，我向你呼求，
懇求你憐憫，說：
9 「耶和華啊，
我被毀滅、落入墳墓有何益處？
我歸於塵土，還能讚美你、
宣揚你的信實嗎？
10 耶和華啊，求你垂聽我的呼求，憐憫我！
耶和華啊，求你幫助我！」
11 你把我的哀哭變成了舞步，
為我脫下悲傷的麻衣，
披上喜樂的外袍，
12 好叫我從心底歌頌你，
不致默然無聲。
我的上帝耶和華啊，
我要永遠向你感恩！

30 Ein Psalm Davids. Ein Lied zur Einweihung des Tempels[a].
2 Ich will dich preisen,
denn du hast mich aus einem tiefen Abgrund heraufgezogen
und meinen Feinden keinen Triumph über mich gegönnt.

und du hast mich geheilt.
4
und mir das Leben wieder neu geschenkt.
Vor dem sicheren Tod[c] hast du mich bewahrt.
5 Singt und musiziert für den
Preist ihn, den ihr als den heiligen Gott kennt.[d]
6 Denn nur einen Augenblick dauert sein Zorn, aber ein Leben lang seine Güte.
Noch am Abend weinen wir – doch am Morgen kehrt wieder Jubel ein.
7 Als es mir gut ging, war ich sorglos und dachte:
»Niemals werde ich zu Fall kommen!«

Du gabst mir Schutz wie eine sichere Festung auf einem hohem Berg.[e]
Doch als du dich[f] vor mir verbargst, da war ich ohne jeden Halt.
9 In meiner Not schrie ich zu dir,
ich rief zu dir um Hilfe:
10 »Willst du, dass mein Leben zu Ende geht
und dass man mich zu Grabe trägt?
Welchen Wert hätte das für dich?[g]
Kann ein zu Staub zerfallener Mensch dich preisen[h]
und deine Treue verkünden?
11 Höre mich doch,
12 Ja, du hast mein Klagelied in einen Reigentanz verwandelt!
Den Trauermantel hast du mir ausgezogen und mich in ein Festgewand gekleidet[i].
13 So singe ich von ganzem Herzen zu deiner Ehre – nie werde ich schweigen.

1 I will exalt(A) you, Lord,
for you lifted me out of the depths(B)
and did not let my enemies gloat over me.(C)
2 Lord my God, I called to you for help,(D)
and you healed me.(E)
3 You, Lord, brought me up from the realm of the dead;(F)
you spared me from going down to the pit.(G)
4 Sing(H) the praises of the Lord, you his faithful people;(I)
praise his holy name.(J)
5 For his anger(K) lasts only a moment,(L)
but his favor lasts a lifetime;(M)
weeping(N) may stay for the night,
but rejoicing comes in the morning.(O)
6 When I felt secure, I said,
“I will never be shaken.”(P)
7 Lord, when you favored me,
you made my royal mountain[c] stand firm;

I was dismayed.

30 I will extol thee, O Lord; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.
2 O Lord my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.
3 O Lord, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.
4 Sing unto the Lord, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
5 For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.
6 And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved.
7 Lord, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled.
8 I cried to thee, O Lord; and unto the Lord I made supplication.
9 What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?
10 Hear, O Lord, and have mercy upon me: Lord, be thou my helper.
11 Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;
12 To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever.
